Not only was he responsive, but he actually came to my house. He repaired the undercarriage, buffed out the damage, and repainted the fender. When he was finished, the car looked brand new. You would never know there had been any damage. What impressed me most was the combination of professionalism, convenience, and affordability. This was the only shop that refused to issue a quote without a photo of the license plate and the VIN inside the door. I sent the VIN from the dashboard (it's the same VIN), but apparently, that was not enough for them. And they don't need a license plate to issue a quote. I can only imagine that they are looking for more personal information that I am comfortable giving out for a simple quote. If they won't even issue a quote, why would anyone use them?
