I called Lee's, and the entire process was quick and easy from start to finish. Their automated phone system was surprisingly simple to use to create an account, and I was quickly connected with a friendly representative who found an available technician within a three-hour window. Less than two hours later, Brian called to let me know he was about 15 minutes away. I also received a text with his photo and notification that he was on the way, which was a nice touch. Brian and Marco quickly diagnosed the problem, had the replacement part on hand, and got the AC up and running right away. From the time I called to having cold air again, the entire process took about three hours! This was my first time using Lee's Air, Plumbing & Heating, and I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, communication, efficiency, and customer service. Huge kudos to Brian, Marco, and the entire team for making what could have been a stressful situation so easy. Predatory flat-rate pricing, aggressive padding, and their workers are probably paid by commission and trained to be as charismatic as possible. Once you sign, you cannot argue down the bill. Pretty much every service they have offered and charged for is 2x the price. They do not work very fast, and do a very uninformative and sub-par job. Don't get yourself tied in with them. Go for a second opinion, or a third. Do your research and avoid large scale bureaucratic companies like this. Save your money.

I've been meaning to contact them for a 3rd perspective so the raffle win happened to be perfect timing. Jamal came out to complete the complimentary tune-up & the experience was superb! He took photos of everything he serviced, offered to have me tag along so I can understand the processes he was completing & thoroughly answered any/every question I had. His findings were similar to the other two companies I received two quotes from... a new a/c system is need (oy...). The difference was, he was very thorough in explaining why he felt the replacement was needed & showed concrete facts of why. Even emailed me a copy of his photos/videos and notes so I could show my husband when he got home. Jamal completed his professional service, made sure all my questions were answered and scheduled for me to talk to a manager abut options and pricing. I was hesitant to move forward, but the replacement was inevitable. I could have rode it out until the unit was on its last string, but this is Vegas. I wanted to be preventative. Plus, 3 neighbors' units crapped out within the month. I didn't want to be the 4th in the height of a hot summer. Queue in Larry. He was beyond professional. Personable even. I was ready for the upselling and pushiness, but the experience never came. He went over Jamal's findings with me once more. Explained his recommendations for new units & even suggested an extra vent install for better performance. The kicker? He didn't deviate from his initial guesstimated price as he continued to include various extras that would help us put our best foot forward. Who does that? Bumble Breeze apparently lol. After everything was said & done, I told him I wanted to talk it over with my husband & make sure we can afford the financing. No pressure or pushiness on his end. We even agreed on a date of no contact if he never heard from me to ease the indecisiveness. He followed up with me & offered an additional incentive where I couldn't say no. BumbleBreeze with the install, maintenance/extended warranties & extra razzle dazzle of free dryer vent cleaning and sanitization ended up being almost $10k cheaper than my other two quotes!! No brainer. We came up with a comfortable number, finance plan/budget and the appt for install happened in no time. Jesus & Curtis came in and completed the install. Just like Jamal and Larry, both gentlemen were courteous, professional & friendly. They were mindful of my home and their mess during the whole process. They kept me in the loop as the process went on too. They gave me a tour of the finished product & explained filters and my new thermostat. Curtis made sure any of my questions were answered and explained how beneficial the new unit will be overall before they left. They explained a tech will be in contact complete the process with a duct sanitization and cleaning as well as the promised free dryer vent cleaning. Devin came a couple days later to finish the job. Just like all the rest, he was professional, courteous and friendly. He completed the vent cleaning & sanitization process. He took before & after photos/videos that I got emailed a copy of for my records. He made sure the team prior was thorough with the initial tune-up, inspection and install. He even took a photo of the filter recommendation sticker on the unit while he was in the attic to make sure I had all the info I needed. He explained the duct maintenance schedule and went on his way. As a home owner, dreaded big purchases like a new a/c unit in Vegas is traumatizing sometimes. However, Bumble Breeze made this experience as positive as it could be. I see the reviews and posts about post-install trauma and maintenance. A preliminary evaluation of the site requirements should have been carried out at the beginning of the process. This would have avoided unnecessary delays and wasted time for all parties involved. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this provider for commercial HVAC assessments requiring planning, coordination, and technical qualification.

The first time was when my AC stopped keeping up. My house is older, so I had already convinced myself I was about to be told I needed a whole new system. Joseph came out, spent a good amount of time actually figuring out what was wrong instead of jumping straight to a sales pitch, and explained everything in a way I could understand. He found that my evaporator coil was really dirty because I had never had it professionally cleaned, and that was causing the problem. I was so relieved when he said all I needed was a cleaning instead of a brand-new unit. That kind of honesty is hard to find these days. A few months later, I called them again because I wanted to look into getting a water softener however again (older property) I learned I didn't have a soft water loop. Before that visit, I had no idea what a loop even was. The technician took the time to explain why it's important, what my options were, and answered every question I had without making me feel rushed or pressured. Even though it turned into a bigger project than I originally expected, I felt comfortable moving forward because they had already earned my trust during my first experience. It's nice finding a company that treats you like a person instead of just another sale. Everyone I've dealt with has been friendly, professional, and patient. I wouldn't hesitate to call Fetch-A-Tech again, and I've already recommended them to a couple of friends.

Well were told it would be between 2-4pm but were surprised when they called back in 10 mins and said someone could be out between 10-2pm. We were just happy someone would be out to check out the situation. When Jacob came out he found out that the Blower was out and oil had leaked which tripped the circuit breakers. Jacob came back in a couple of days and changed out the Blower with another along with a New Thermostat. We cannot say enough about Jacob and Fetch A Tech. They were prompt, professional and above all, cared. They went above the call of duty in their immediate response during a very Hot Week in May. When you live in the desert, you can't take any chances with your AC or water systems. Both can turn into expensive issues very quickly. During our inspection, Arturo with NRS noticed some corrosion and possible past leak at our water heater connections. Chances are these connections are original to our 2004 condo and since we have neighbors downstairs, we want to avoid any leaks that could result in issues that could affect both units. The NRS Team presented us with an estimate that we were pleased with and we scheduled Arturo for today. Arturo called ahead when he was enroute (we appreciate that) and was onsite in no time. Arturo took the time to explain what he would be doing to eliminate a possible issue and make our system more secure. Changing out the old hoses (over 20 years old) and connections to solid copper piping and new connections gives us the peace of mind that you need with plumbing. He also configured it so should we need to replace the hot water heater, the new copper fittings will be easy to disconnect & reconnect. Arturo did an amazing job, kept us informed as he worked and the work area was spotless when he was finished. A true gentleman & professional. We also lost our furniture due to last home making my whole family sick from mold in the HVAc due to leaks. I know the APCOX pricing wholesale, the model I looked at is approx $ 900 dollars. I know the company needs to mark up to install and make a living but the quote I got was way beyond the normal mark up and upselling. The tech quoted that me I needed a duct clean on a 2 year old home, and put a quote for an April Aire that I did not ask for nor discuss into the quote in addition to the APCO X. The quote was an eye popping $11,000 dollars! Not only is this insulting to my intelligence but when I called the company they didn't care.

We are a…read morefamily-owned restaurant, and we called them because our restaurant was flooding and we needed urgent help. We were told the service would be $970, but we were charged over $1,100. On top of that, the job was supposed to include jetting all the lines in the restaurant, including the main line. From what we understand, they only jetted one main line and did not complete the work we paid for. About 20 days later, we had problems again and asked them to come back under their 30-day warranty. They sent someone out, but he did not properly check anything. He basically looked at the drains and said it was not flooding at that moment. Now they want to charge us another $400 just to run a camera and check their own work. The most upsetting part was speaking with the manager. She was extremely unprofessional and was laughing while we were explaining the problem. This is very serious for a restaurant, and we felt completely dismissed. We paid for a service that we believe was not completed properly, and now they do not want to honor the warranty unless we pay even more money. This experience felt completely unfair and unacceptable. I do not usually write reviews like this, but this situation was too serious to ignore. We will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.I would avoid using "scam" too many times in the public review so it stays strong and credible.

Francis provided me with documentation of his findings that I can keep for my records and also provide to the realtors/buyers. It has been a pleasure doing business with Pure Plumbing and I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs. Unfortunately, my experience changed once the technician arrived. After discussing my concerns, only a very limited inspection was performed. The technician checked my refrigerant lines by hand and, during the process, tore part of the insulation covering the lines. The insulation was left damaged without being repaired, repositioned, or taped back together. I explained that I had recently cleaned the system myself and had been experiencing performance issues afterward. By the time of the appointment, the system had fortunately started operating normally again. Despite my concerns, the technician did not perform what I would consider a thorough inspection of either the outdoor unit or the indoor head unit. Several areas I asked about were dismissed with comments such as, "Don't worry about that, it doesn't need cleaning." When I later asked about replacement options and newer systems, the conversation quickly shifted toward sales estimates. I was quoted approximately $11,000 for a new ductless mini-split installation. While I understand labor, materials, permits, overhead, and warranties contribute to installation costs, the estimate seemed significantly higher than I expected. What confused me most was that the technician appeared far more interested in discussing replacement options than addressing the maintenance concerns I originally scheduled the appointment for. At the end of the visit, I was informed there would be a $19 charge. Assuming this was being collected before the advertised coil cleaning service was performed, I also provided a $20 tip. However, the technician then left without performing any coil cleaning service. In the end, I paid for a service call, had insulation on my system damaged, received very little troubleshooting or maintenance assistance, and never received the coil cleaning that was advertised and expected. I left the experience disappointed and feeling that my concerns were never properly addressed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

They do have polite people and do decent work but I did not have a good experience with their repair business. An annual inspection turned up a couple of small problems - low refrigerant in a system and a nearly failed condenser fan in another. No argument with that conclusion so I said go ahead with fixes. Got the invoice and should have paid more attention - a price gouge of epic proportions. Here's what I sent them that got rejected by their system: PS - registered professional engineer who should have paid more attention. 'I was not here when this work was finished, and I have no issue at all with the technician and work performed. He was professional. I agreed to all of the work. But I regret now not doing additional homework on the cost. A one pound 410a add should cost more like $100 at the high end all in. Easy to find on google or Yelp), given you can get a 25 lb Jug in the range of $250. And yes, there is labor and overhead in that , but for for a 30 minute job $325 seems excessive. I also was able to source the replacement fan motor with an identical Lennox model# from a number of sources- from around $200. Again, that doesn't include labor. So if I'm generous, you got $300 in parts, add 20% for miscellaneous. And yes, I get that there is 'Bob's guarantee' and you have overhead, but an 1800+ bill for less than two labor hours of work, make it 3 with travel time and even at 150 per hour - and maybe 450 in parts and material -the total markup at 2x is to me excessive. Plus your billing is deficient in the level of detail so it's even hard to understand how you could add it up to that much. My wife paid the bill of course, but with these prices even though the service is good I won't be using or recommending Bobs for repairs in the future. I'll do my homework.' PS - last postscript. You may have noticed Bob's no longer responds to Yelp reviews. Must be too busy. Or they don't care. Neither one is a good sign.

Although the initial installation timeline was about two days, I shared that our tenants have small children and asked if there was any chance for an earlier opening. They went above and beyond, contacting us the very next afternoon after they finished early for the day, and were able to complete the replacement ahead of schedule. We couldn't have had a better experience with Fast Plumbing. My boyfriend needed to get two leaks fixed in the front and back yard. We called Fast Plumbing and there were at his house in less than 15 minutes. The found and fixed the problem in under an hour. If you need fast and efficient service, I would definitely give them a call. My boyfriend also said they were polite and friendly as well. Today I had Fast Plumbing repair a leaking second floor toilet that was causing water to come through the ceiling. They responded quickly and sent out Frank and Danny to do repairs. Frank did an excellent job installing a new toilet with minimal fuss and did an excellent job of clean-up. I have used Fast Plumbing several times and found them to be very reliable and have very competitive rates. I recommend them highly for any plumbing needs you might have. read more

What put him over the time, which most likely would not have been done by most any other contractors is, a bracket broke, and instead of rigging it or just leaving it go, he stopped his work, ran to the store and grabbed new ones. As I know this was not the perfect situation for him as he mostlikley had other jobs, he still did it and got the job done the right way. You always hear and see the Ad's on TV about contractors doing it the right way, well I saw it with my own two eyes a contractor that did it the right way, even though he probably could have got away with not doing it. Went in store and they asked us to call the 800-home-depot number, couldn't get anyone on the phone. NOW Plumbers: called, they answered AND they had same day (within an hour or two) installation AND were so much more affordable. I also made it clear that I would let people know Larkin is unreliable and will waste your time. A no call no show is unacceptable.
