Andrew and Riley are true professionals. They actually understand how modern hvac works and take their time to leave it in tip top shape. On top of this they take pride in leaving the site better than they found it. They cleaned out all the rubbish the installers left in the cabinet and tidied up the wiring. My units cool better now than when they were brand new. They are a little pricier than your run of the mill technician but the quality you get is more than worth it. I put in a claim through Choice Home Warranty because my main sewer line was clogged and this is the company they sent out. Since the main line as clogged we couldn't flush any toilets, do dishes, or anything that required water because it was backflowing through our toilets and flooding our bathrooms. They called to schedule an appointment which was 3 days after I made the initial claim, so no water usage in the house for 3 days. When the technician arrived he said he was going to snake the drain to remove the clog, which makes sense. However he did this in 2 different spots and told me he was unable to remove it. He then told me that they were going to request the warranty to cover a hydro-jet which I am pretty sure he knew wasn't covered and they charge $875 for this service. Being that I am on a strict budget I declined the service. My husband and I then went to Home Depot and rented a snake and snaked the drain ourselves, and guess what we were able to clear it out without spending the $875 for the hydro-jetting, which obviously was not needed. And all we did was the same thing their technician claimed he did. I would not let this company back into my house and I regret not reading the Yelp reviews before I did. read more

From Eric in the office to set up my appointment to Riley the technician who fixed my problem very quickly, when it's 110* outside and your a/c goes out not good. Yes I have a home warranty, but you can Not blame Air Pro Masters if your home warranty denies part of your claim, In my case home warranty did pay for part of the fix and the other part I had to pay, which I feel was a very reasonable cost (and I am on a very limited income). Air Pro Master deserves No Stars!!! They came for a water heater and softener quote. After they left, the next day the garage had a flood of water. The water came from the water flush spigot on the water heater. It was left open, and overnight a small spray of water drenched the one side of my garage. I closed the spigot and the water stopped. They said they have videos of a completely dry floor. Which is great! Because here are the pics of my garage the next morning. So how does a water spigot magically turn on, especially when you just had a water heater person over to look at the water heater?? I spoke to the manager who said they are not taking responsibility. And then he tried to blame it on the company that did a hot water flush for us three months ago, I then informed him that IT WAS THEIR COMPANY THAT DID THE FLUSH! Btw, we had the same rep come out today to see the leak, he claims he did nothing. I captured our interaction on video. At one point he said, "Are you now going to blame me for the roof damage too?" At that point I told him to leave! I won't post the video because I don't want to ruin his career. But instead of saying I am sorry, not sure how this happened, what can we do? Hired a competitor to come inspect my A/C. He told me I needed a new HVAC system and quoted me $11k for the system and install. Called many other companies including to get a bid. After reaching out Air Pro Master Air Conditioning Repair & Installation was the best company across the board. The inspector found several things that other companies didn't even notice (e.g. the air return vent had no duct connected to return the air from the vent to the system). Air Pro Master did a full-house installation for our 4-story, 2-family rowhouse. Our old configuration was a single-zone system, natural gas furnace, forced air, with an A/C condenser in the rear garden. The A/C never reached the top floor of the house which was always boiling hot in summer. Also since single-zone, the lower unit could not control their air but relied on the thermostat in the upper unit. I didn't really know what I needed, but Jose came up with an excellent proposal that addressed all the issues with a minimal impact on walls & ceilings. (I wished to respect the aesthetics of this 19th c house as much as possible, and the solution does that.) The top floor now has ducted units where ceiling height permitted (ducts positioned discreetly above doors), and also ductless recessed ceiling cassettes where ceiling is lower. Top floor units connect to new rooftop exterior unit. Middle two floors use preexisting ducts to new heat exchanger in cellar (not pictured), connected to new exterior unit in garden. Finally, ground floor rental apt now has its own fully separate system with both ceiling cassette and wall-mount units. I am very pleased with the results, and recommend Air Pro Master. read more

Air Pro Master must have lost the good employees. I have used them since back in 2024 thru my insurance. Alfred Salgado and Jose Jaruegi came out for AC and Water Heater. I had no issues whatsoever but they did advise that my AC should be replaced soon since it is over 20 years old. Las Vegas isnt the type of place you ignore fixing or replacing your AC. This time around on 05/26/26 they had a guy come out here Paul who looked at the AC, changed the capacitor and told us the AC is not the issue(knowing well we told him what issues we found and have discussed before and that one of their people advised it is an old unit and wont be working well at all). Paul insisted it is working fine but had no issues giving us quotes for a new AC (he just wont report it to the insurance who should be covering at least up to 5 grand). He kept saying it's the breaker not the AC. Well if it's the breaker wouldnt everything else be tripping too if the breaker is the issue? But no only the AC is not working well. It does'nt blow cold air. I requested for my insurance to send another guy from Air Pro Master and they sent the request to them. Air Pro Master refuse to send someone else to check the AC and insist on sending the same guy. Why would you send the same guy? So he can tell us the same thing and do nothing? Make it make sense. I called my insurance to cancel the recall and they refused to acknowledge the issue and refund me my money since the issue was not fixed. I will be contacting the Nevada DOI and sending them the conversations and email of the quote they sent with photos. You would not send the photos if there was no issue and a replacement is not needed. The office manager, the lady who answers the phone is rude(she was mad I called her cell phone, um why would you put your cell phone number on the website for the company? How would I have known that is your personal number? I am not a psychic lady). They acted like I was wasting their time when they get paid to deal with me as a consumer. Do not use Air Pro Master. Just when the weather is getting cold, my thermostat decided to stop communicating with my boiler. I had two units installed a bit over one year ago by a different company and one of the units developed a refrigerant leak. We called for service and Andrew came out to assist. He found that the leak was caused by poor installation and insulation by the original company and came back to repair it. The quality of work (fit and finish) of the new pipes and insulation was honestly done so much better than when it was originally installed. I would also like to mention even though we had an appointment for a later date and time, they called and came for the fix a few days sooner due to an available opening and saved us from a few extra days of heat and misery. Air Pro Master has been one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with, mainly due to their extremely poor customer service. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've had unpleasant interactions with them. On Sunday, September 7, 2025, I called because my AC system's fan was making a loud noise. The system had been installed about two years ago, and I wasn't sure if it was still under warranty. When I called, the customer service representative who answered the phone sounded like she had just woken up. I explained the issue and told her I wasn't sure of the exact install date. She told me the system had a 2-year labor warranty and a 10-year parts warranty. She then looked up my information and confirmed I was still covered for both labor and parts. Based on that, I agreed to have a technician come out. When the technician arrived and diagnosed the problem, he told me that I was not covered for labor and that it would cost $450 to complete the repair. I declined, since I was clearly told over the phone that labor and parts were both covered. Later, after checking with my home warranty, I decided to attempt the repair myself. I then called Air Pro Master back to ask how to obtain the replacement part (since parts were supposed to be covered). The same customer service rep answered, but this time she was extremely rude. She told me I had an outstanding balance for the diagnostic visit. I explained that if she had told me from the start that my labor warranty was expired, I never would have agreed to the service call. She denied ever saying I had labor coverage, and when I told her she was lying, she put me on hold. When she returned, she claimed she had listened to the recorded call and accused me of being the liar. I was shocked--why would I ever agree to a technician visit if I wasn't covered for labor? I would have just gone straight to my home warranty provider. I asked to speak with the company's owner, but she refused to provide contact information. When I insisted I would find out myself, she dismissed me and said the owner didn't even live in the country, insinuating it was pointless to try. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Later, the same representative actually called me back. She admitted that when I first spoke to her, she was just waking up and had given me the wrong information because she thought it was still August. This validated exactly what I had been saying the entire time--that I would never have scheduled a technician visit if I had been told the correct information. She eventually emailed me the diagnostic details so I could request the part directly from the manufacturer. This interaction not only demonstrated shockingly poor professionalism, but it also raised legal concerns. At no point did I consent to our phone conversation being recorded. To my knowledge, Nevada is a two-party consent state, which means both parties must agree before recording. I never gave that consent. If anyone has information regarding this company or its ownership, please reach out. I strongly caution others against doing business with Air Pro Master. read more

One star because you can't get a no star rating! Workmanship is average, after the job the office hawks you down for money, even when the job isn't complete. Air Pro Master didn't connect with and set up the inspection with the State. APM said a video inspection would suffice, State Inspector said no and we had to wait for their availability. All the while asking make payment when the job wasn't done...which includes drywall and painting. No the job is done and the office loses track and does not send a bill until 1month later. The office lady was rude and said it was our problem and they would forward to collections. Poor service, rude conversations on the phone from their office, lack of attention to detail, and port accounting practices are why Air Pro Master gets a substandard rating! read more

Aside from taking a few pictures of the A/C unit, he left without attempting to find the problem. Days later, they sent a report to my warranty company stating that the unit had physical damage and not normal wear and tear. Additionally, they sent me a quote for a new unit. In contrast, I called another company, Supreme Air Conditioning and Heating LLC at 702-757-8464, and they were able to find and repair the leak within an hour. Had to have them come out FOUR!!! times because it wasn't functioning properly and actually shut off a couple times or just kept running. We needed an annual check of our AC because it was not cooling the house properly. This was the end of August, 2025. Andrew came out and checked the system. He discovered that the coils under the in-wall unit, was frozen almost completely. This was causing the issue. He explained the evap coils and the condensing coils and how they interact. Our AC unit was installed in 2012 so it was over it's expected shelf-life. We ended up getting a new AC unit and a matching evap coil installed. Adam arrived on the appointment date after calling first. He installed both units and ensured the unit s were working. We have used Air Pro in the past and had a smart thermostat already. We are pleased with the system and satisfied with the work. On other issue. Because our old system was not cooling the house, Air Pro had another tech bring out a temporary room AC. That helped keep the house cool for a few days until they returned to install the new AC. The office staff and the techs were great to work with and very respectful. I would like to recommend this business for your HVAC needs, I have a property in Las Vegas but I live out of town, so I was at a big disadvantage for getting prompt and professional service. Air Pro Master was on top of the job, they rushed out to my place to give an estimate and beat the other two estimates. They ordered my unit and it was professionally installed the next day after it arrived. There was some slight air noise that my tenant reported on the following Friday and their senior technician arrived first thing on Monday to sort out the problem. It's hard to talk with anyone but a receptionist at some businesses, but not here. They really made the process easy and fast.
