The way our house is set up, our irrigation pipelines are on the side where neighbors park, so it's already a super tight fit. I contacted Brandon since I knew him from redoing all my pipes.. which were cast iron. Back then he did not own his own company. I was so excited to find out he now owns this company. Brandon and Chris came out and fixed a leak from our main water line. They spent all day rerouting a new line to our house - the leak was fully fixed by the end of the day. They were very respectful and clean with our landscaping and the interior of our home. I wouldn't have expected a plumbing company to pay attention to small details of the job, but they took the time and care to do the things that I don't think another company would have gone above and beyond to do. Unbelievable service ! Stanley Hutchinson is amazing, We called him at 9:50 am this morning to replace a water heater and he came to our home at 10:30 AM . Fantastic work, and at a very reasonable price. Stanley came out because we were having our kitchen sink randomly drip/leak even while off. Stanley was able to quickly diagnose the issue (a spigot left on outside with the hose off) that was throwing off the pressure and causing the issue, and fixed it quickly. Stanley is great- super nice, didn't leave any kind of mess/things moved around, and he explained exactly what the issue was to make sure it wouldn't happen again. Had appliances scheduled to be delivered from Home Depot and Home Depot installers were not able to install refrigerator due to the water valve being too old (about 20 plus years) & the valve needed to be updated. I called the (same day Home Depot left) Right Connection plumbing and Brandon answered and said he was able to come same day in about 2 hours. He looked at the valve behind the fridge and explained to me what needed to be replaced, reviewed electronic paperwork and estimate the job and he was able to complete that day because he carried all the parts in his van. The estimate came about the price I was thinking maybe slightly higher however, the quality, quick response, and knowledge plumber I did not mind the estimated price. After the job was complete he showed me the work and explained everything again. He also asked if there was anything else and that while he was there could give me the estimates. He looked at the main water line, water line to house, water softener, water heater and drainage in shower. Brandon educated me on all the different options and on all the items he reviewed. I appreciated the time he took to let me know all the details of questions asked. I love that he was knowledgeable, educated me and Gave me options for me to review with my elderly mom for her home. It is not always easy to trust plumbers/workers when booking from a different state to help out my mom. Way to high of price, for a retired senior, too too high of price when I have already purchased the inside replacement

I had a faulty fire sprinkler pressure regulator that was leaking in my ceiling and caused a lot of water damage, the first thing was stopping the leak and Brandon from right connection plumbing responded to my request very quickly and he was also willing to come out and replace the valve. A couple hours later the valve was replaced. Brandon was professional, very informative and did quality work. I have to say, Brandon and Stanley have excellent customer service skills. Brandon is 100% available when you call or text, very responsive and takes time to explain and provide options while working with you on your budget. Stanley is very professional and very respectful. I had an intermittent issue with a bathroom main drain that would back flow into the bathtub and shower drain. As a germophobe, I dread these types of problem as I've heard stories and seen how service techs work around sewer drains and toilets. I hired Right Connection to install an auto-refill dog bowl in my kitchen and fix a wobbly toilet that was leaking under my vinyl flooring. They did a great job on both. I have three large dogs and I've been having to refill three large water bowls DAILY so having the auto-refill bowl is a game changer! Brandon was able to connect it to the water line in the kitchen (where I wanted it) and made sure everything was properly connected without any leaks and that the bowl was functioning properly then moved onto the toilet. He wanted to make sure that the dogs could test it out while he was working on the toilet in case any issues came up with the bowl so he could fix it while he was still there. My dogs now have a constant supply of fresh water without me having to refill it daily, which is exactly what I wanted. The toilet repair was more involved since the leak had made affected the flooring underneath. We woke up to a garage full of water two days ago. We then found that our water heater had burst in the middle of the night and had started flooding our garage.
