I called the day before they came to ask about how they are going to figure out which holes to cut. Also asked if it was a guessing game. I was assured that there would be special equipment according to the employee and that everything would be very neat. The service call was about $380 to cut two really big holes which were about a foot larger than they needed and weren't as clean as I was expecting. The professionalism could've been a little more on point. I didn't really appreciate the sarcasm and undermining. Also, when the pipes were cut and water started coming out, they had one little rag and so to protect my home I had to go grab two beach towels to put underneath their work so the water would stop going into my walls. And the laundry door kept getting left open in 100° plus weather when I have two AC's cranking. I'm keeping it to the point and these are just the simple key points I noted. The first cut was also going to be in the wrong spot. Thankfully, I had a little spy camera to be able to identify that the pipe was not there. The call took about four hours because of several reasons. 1. They didn't have the right equipment and had to switch vans. 2. They then had to have an additional van show up with one more plumber to help identify and trace the leak. 3. They then had to call back another Van for reasons I don't know. 4. After they quoted me $4000 to run one pipe about 20 feet I declined. At this point, I wasn't very confident in the work and I also thought that that was overpriced. 5. They had to return to the warehouse again for more equipment just to cap my pipes. 6. It took about 30 minutes for them to clean up the pipes because the cuts were not very clean. 7. There was also no offer to replace my 2' x 2' piece of drywall that just got thrashed.

This is the quality homemade shower pan they constructed. On the other side of my dad's office. Thank God for tile floors, right? 76 gal

I called Lee's, and the entire process was quick and easy from start to finish. Their automated phone system was surprisingly simple to use to create an account, and I was quickly connected with a friendly representative who found an available technician within a three-hour window. Less than two hours later, Brian called to let me know he was about 15 minutes away. I also received a text with his photo and notification that he was on the way, which was a nice touch. Brian and Marco quickly diagnosed the problem, had the replacement part on hand, and got the AC up and running right away. From the time I called to having cold air again, the entire process took about three hours! This was my first time using Lee's Air, Plumbing & Heating, and I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, communication, efficiency, and customer service. Huge kudos to Brian, Marco, and the entire team for making what could have been a stressful situation so easy. I'll definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC service.

Predatory flat-rate pricing, aggressive padding, and their workers are probably paid by commission and trained to be as charismatic as possible. Once you sign, you cannot argue down the bill. Pretty much every service they have offered and charged for is 2x the price. They do not work very fast, and do a very uninformative and sub-par job. Don't get yourself tied in with them. Go for a second opinion, or a third. Do your research and avoid large scale bureaucratic companies like this. Save your money.

We have decided to sell our home and with that comes the buyer's home inspection process. The buyer's inspector suggested that our double sinks were not up to code and required repair. To appease our buyers, I immediately called Pure Plumbing to correct the issue. Francis C. was dispatched to my home today in regard to the above matter. Turns out, the sinks are very much up to code. He took several pictures, cited plumbing code, etc. I was relieved that we did not require a repair and that Francis and Pure Plumbing was so honest with me. Francis provided me with documentation of his findings that I can keep for my records and also provide to the realtors/buyers. It has been a pleasure doing business with Pure Plumbing and I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs. I hear they have a top notch AC/HVAC division as well.(we never required their services for that though :) )

Unfortunately, my experience changed once the technician arrived. After discussing my concerns, only a very limited inspection was performed. The technician checked my refrigerant lines by hand and, during the process, tore part of the insulation covering the lines. The insulation was left damaged without being repaired, repositioned, or taped back together. I explained that I had recently cleaned the system myself and had been experiencing performance issues afterward. By the time of the appointment, the system had fortunately started operating normally again. Despite my concerns, the technician did not perform what I would consider a thorough inspection of either the outdoor unit or the indoor head unit. Several areas I asked about were dismissed with comments such as, "Don't worry about that, it doesn't need cleaning." When I later asked about replacement options and newer systems, the conversation quickly shifted toward sales estimates. I was quoted approximately $11,000 for a new ductless mini-split installation. While I understand labor, materials, permits, overhead, and warranties contribute to installation costs, the estimate seemed significantly higher than I expected. What confused me most was that the technician appeared far more interested in discussing replacement options than addressing the maintenance concerns I originally scheduled the appointment for. At the end of the visit, I was informed there would be a $19 charge. Assuming this was being collected before the advertised coil cleaning service was performed, I also provided a $20 tip. However, the technician then left without performing any coil cleaning service. In the end, I paid for a service call, had insulation on my system damaged, received very little troubleshooting or maintenance assistance, and never received the coil cleaning that was advertised and expected. I left the experience disappointed and feeling that my concerns were never properly addressed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

I've received free tune-ups & quotes from a couple other businesses, but I've been seeing Bumble Breeze at neighbors' homes & was intrigued. I've been meaning to contact them for a 3rd perspective so the raffle win happened to be perfect timing. Jamal came out to complete the complimentary tune-up & the experience was superb! He took photos of everything he serviced, offered to have me tag along so I can understand the processes he was completing & thoroughly answered any/every question I had. His findings were similar to the other two companies I received two quotes from... a new a/c system is need (oy...). The difference was, he was very thorough in explaining why he felt the replacement was needed & showed concrete facts of why. Even emailed me a copy of his photos/videos and notes so I could show my husband when he got home. Jamal completed his professional service, made sure all my questions were answered and scheduled for me to talk to a manager abut options and pricing. I was hesitant to move forward, but the replacement was inevitable. I could have rode it out until the unit was on its last string, but this is Vegas. I wanted to be preventative. Plus, 3 neighbors' units crapped out within the month. I didn't want to be the 4th in the height of a hot summer. Queue in Larry. He was beyond professional. Personable even. I was ready for the upselling and pushiness, but the experience never came. He went over Jamal's findings with me once more. Explained his recommendations for new units & even suggested an extra vent install for better performance. The kicker? He didn't deviate from his initial guesstimated price as he continued to include various extras that would help us put our best foot forward. Who does that? Bumble Breeze apparently lol. After everything was said & done, I told him I wanted to talk it over with my husband & make sure we can afford the financing. No pressure or pushiness on his end. We even agreed on a date of no contact if he never heard from me to ease the indecisiveness. He followed up with me & offered an additional incentive where I couldn't say no. BumbleBreeze with the install, maintenance/extended warranties & extra razzle dazzle of free dryer vent cleaning and sanitization ended up being almost $10k cheaper than my other two quotes!! No brainer. We came up with a comfortable number, finance plan/budget and the appt for install happened in no time. Jesus & Curtis came in and completed the install. Just like Jamal and Larry, both gentlemen were courteous, professional & friendly. They were mindful of my home and their mess during the whole process. They kept me in the loop as the process went on too. They gave me a tour of the finished product & explained filters and my new thermostat. Curtis made sure any of my questions were answered and explained how beneficial the new unit will be overall before they left. They explained a tech will be in contact complete the process with a duct sanitization and cleaning as well as the promised free dryer vent cleaning. Devin came a couple days later to finish the job. Just like all the rest, he was professional, courteous and friendly. He completed the vent cleaning & sanitization process. He took before & after photos/videos that I got emailed a copy of for my records. He made sure the team prior was thorough with the initial tune-up, inspection and install. He even took a photo of the filter recommendation sticker on the unit while he was in the attic to make sure I had all the info I needed. He explained the duct maintenance schedule and went on his way. As a home owner, dreaded big purchases like a new a/c unit in Vegas is traumatizing sometimes. However, Bumble Breeze made this experience as positive as it could be. I see the reviews and posts about post-install trauma and maintenance. I'll definitely update my review if I experience anything negatory like that. However, from this current experience, I'm confident with my experience moving forward. Thanks so much!!

After considerable time spent coordinating the visit, we were finally informed that they did not have the appropriate equipment or expertise to access and inspect the HVAC units. A preliminary evaluation of the site requirements should have been carried out at the beginning of the process. This would have avoided unnecessary delays and wasted time for all parties involved. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this provider for commercial HVAC assessments requiring planning, coordination, and technical qualification.

At first, I was a little bit taken aback because outward honesty is rare, but in the end after I compared all of the analysis, estimates, visuals, I was provided with, and statements of the five bids I put myself through - Zoom Drain was spot on accurate and offered what was truly in my best interest and recommended only what was in my best interest. I also found it noteworthy that when they begin work, the outside specialties that they brought in such as a plumber, and a relining company for one section of my pipe were exactly the same as they were. Birds of a feather flock together. A year or two ago, I use the lining company to check my pipes because I live in an old neighborhood. That relining company associated with the Zoom Drain told me that there was nothing wrong with my pipes and that I should do nothing. This job involved running new sewer pipe, and a new clean water feed into my house while I had the driveway ripped up to put down new pavers and new Irrigation. In other words, I'm being proactive in in an old neighborhood and getting the pipes replaced before they failed. Zoom's pricing was very very fair and if you want to do the worst of the math, 1/3 of the price of Lee Plumbing who's analysis in bid was outside the norm as determined by the other 4 bids. Don't get me started on Lee Plumbing a conglomerate to scooping up all the small independent plumbing companies in Las Vegas. Finally, when digging up my yard, Zoom Drain did not have to try to save an old cactus a blooming tree in several other plantings, but they did carefully shoveling around things that were in danger instead of just using the heavy machinery. I have no hesitation at all and recommending Zoom Drain. I don't work for them, they did work for me, the work is done, and I'm getting nothing from this except the feeling I'm paying back someone who did very well for me and that I recommend to others.

I was dealing with a persistent leak in my shower. My initial call to another plumbing company resulted in a diagnosis that the leak stemmed from the shower valve, accompanied by an estimated repair cost of $2,109.00. This seemed excessive, and I felt it warranted a second opinion. Fortunately, I decided to contact Franco at Clog Busters. His thorough and meticulous investigation quickly pinpointed the *actual* source of the problem: a faulty shower spray arm. This accurate diagnosis was not just about getting the right fix; it directly prevented me from spending a staggering $2,109.00 on an unnecessary and incorrect repair suggested by the first company. The financial relief alone was immense. Franco truly exemplifies what a professional plumber should be. His extensive experience was immediately evident in his confident yet patient approach. He communicated clearly, explaining every step of his assessment, and demonstrated an unwavering commitment to honesty and fair practice. Unlike others, he prioritizes integrity, ensuring customers receive only the services they genuinely need, at a transparent and reasonable price. It was incredibly refreshing to encounter someone so dedicated to providing excellent service without any upselling or hidden costs. I wholeheartedly recommend Franco from Clog Busters to anyone in need of plumbing services. If you value unparalleled expertise, transparent pricing, exceptional professionalism, and guaranteed satisfaction, look no further. He delivers not just repairs, but peace of mind, and I can confidently say you will be as pleased with his service as I am. O by the way I saved $1,759.00. Thanks a lot Franco:))

They do have polite people and do decent work but I did not have a good experience with their repair business. An annual inspection turned up a couple of small problems - low refrigerant in a system and a nearly failed condenser fan in another. No argument with that conclusion so I said go ahead with fixes. Got the invoice and should have paid more attention - a price gouge of epic proportions. Here's what I sent them that got rejected by their system: PS - registered professional engineer who should have paid more attention. 'I was not here when this work was finished, and I have no issue at all with the technician and work performed. He was professional. I agreed to all of the work. But I regret now not doing additional homework on the cost. A one pound 410a add should cost more like $100 at the high end all in. Easy to find on google or Yelp), given you can get a 25 lb Jug in the range of $250. And yes, there is labor and overhead in that , but for for a 30 minute job $325 seems excessive. I also was able to source the replacement fan motor with an identical Lennox model# from a number of sources- from around $200. Again, that doesn't include labor. So if I'm generous, you got $300 in parts, add 20% for miscellaneous. And yes, I get that there is 'Bob's guarantee' and you have overhead, but an 1800+ bill for less than two labor hours of work, make it 3 with travel time and even at 150 per hour - and maybe 450 in parts and material -the total markup at 2x is to me excessive. Plus your billing is deficient in the level of detail so it's even hard to understand how you could add it up to that much. My wife paid the bill of course, but with these prices even though the service is good I won't be using or recommending Bobs for repairs in the future. I'll do my homework.' PS - last postscript. You may have noticed Bob's no longer responds to Yelp reviews. Must be too busy. Or they don't care. Neither one is a good sign.
