Do not sign up for this company. Their machines are shit and they will continue to charge you no matter how much you try to cancel. Extremely rude, literally yelled at us to leave. The service we went there for was unavailable and when trying to figure out how to navigate the impossible parking lot to leave, got yelled at by an employee to leave without even letting us talk or explain. I've been a customer for years, service at Livernois & Warren has dropped. I no longer want to do business with them, I call their phone number posted with no answer & mailbox full, I try to email & it says there is a error. I am on a automatic billing cycle for monthly car wash I want to discontinue. I drive in for wash, they don't scrub my vehicle or wheels, on way out they don't armoral my wheels, then to top it off they harass/beg for a tip at end of line. "BAD BUSINESS". Tips are earned not given, if they done a good job, I'd gladly tip/reward. But at this point I just no longer want to do business with them. read more

I've been trying to cancel my subscription for 6 months. No one answers the phone at none of the locations. I tried canceling while I was there, they just told me to do it online. When I'm online there's nothing saying to cancel subscription. FRAUD. read more

NO STARS!!!!! My BRAND NEW windshield wiper was BROKEN OFF and I was advised by Alia that I could get a few extra washes. She NEVER asked for my name or account number even after I mentioned it. My husband and I currently have monthly memberships and have for YEARS. I really like the location on 6 Mile by my home but now have to consider getting another company. My money and car are NEVER to be treated less than or uncared for. My car is BRAND NEW and I KNOW it happened in the wash! The manager seemed nice enough but now the headquarters is showing me I REALLY don't matter and neither does my car or membership. I've been trying to get this resolved for almost a week now to no avail. I didn't think I would be taken advantage of like this by this company but I am. WOW! Thanks for letting me know how valued, myself, my membership, my husbands memberships, and our vehicles ARE NOT! This is the worst accommodation EVER for a car that had 3 miles on it! I had my car LESS than a week, took it to the car wash to transfer my membership from my old lease and then THIS happened. OH, did I tell you? Alia said she knows how cars work and that this couldn't happen because she's worked there over 25 years. Oh! BUT, when I spoke to Mike on Livernois AND Anthony on 6 Mile who advised me materials do come off vehicles. I don't know what is wrong with the people at the Southfield in 6 mile location fast splash car wash. The person who does the intake for the car has the worst attitude of all time. I'm a 35 year human resources professional who wonders where and how they hire these horrible people that take your money at the entrance of the auto wash. This is not been just one person; this is two in a row that speaks poorly to the clients and shows almost an animosity towards the customer. The last one I encountered refused to open his mouth - he would only point or gesture to complete the transaction. Had the scowl of anger as if I had stolen his mothers life savings. Never seen the guy before. Bear in mind this is two people in a row. I live closest to the Southfield & 6 mile location, but drive down to 6 mile & the lodge to avoid the shitty attitude. read more

The best car wash around. My wife and I were amazed at how clean our was when finished. They hand washed the wheels which came out great, and made sure the car was ready upon entering. The guys at the front were helpful and friendly. They also have more than enough free vacuums to finish off the job yourself. We got all of this for only $12!! We were super excited!!!! Thank you for a great experience. We will only come to Fenders from now on! read more

Just left Fast Splash Car Wash on Warren and Livernois and the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a car wash. The workers had one drying lane open yet kept running cars back to back resulting in another car hitting my car from the back. Workers come up AFTER this and open the 2nd lane, I'm out of my car at this point to look at the damage and the rat behind me acts like I'm trying to get rich off of her hitting my bumper so now I'm arguing with this idiot. I tell the workers they caused her to hit my bumper, bring the manager up here. They refuse and tell me to pull back around. I do and the manager on duty has an attitude, gets checked by other male customers there and does absolutely nothing. No apology, no offer of a refund or anything. I told him I wanted my money refunded and my subscription canceled. He had to be told several times by men that overheard to call his boss. A worker that usually dries my car even offers money out of his own pocket which I declined because he's an employee, not the business owner or even manager. The manager finally supposedly does call his boss and tells me that I have to cancel online and to give him my subscription number. I'm a regular customer, always tip well and what irks me more than the chick's car being ran into mine, which did scratch my bumper, I'm livid that there was absolutely no customer service there, and in the end they refused to even handle canceling the subscription which of course is saying it can't be found on their website. read more

Wack! I guess sometimes life forces change.... Today 12/4/17 approximately 2:30-2:45 pm I stopped at the livernois location and experienced horrible customer service. Mind you, my husband and I WAS customers for almost 15 yrs. After today anybody that I know will be aware of what happened today. I will drive all the way east to Mr C's if I have to to get the service I deserve. I tried contacting Mike but no answer. O well u guys, have lost my daughter, husband and I as customers.
