There was only ONE car there when I arrived and it was already being serviced. I was told (very rudely) by the old lady with glasses that it would be 3-4 hours. I walked back outside to remove my son's car seat from the vehicle, a very rude gentleman asked me to move my car loudly and abruptly before I could inform him that I no longer had my keys. Fast forward, 1:15pm I called to check on my vehicle to be informed that they had JUST started on it. I immediately asked them to stop because it had already been 5 hours and it should have been completed. When I walked in, I retrieved my keys and walked out to my car to find my gas tank wide open. I went back in and asked for a manager to inform them that I would be filing a police report because I feel as though the tampered with my car. Once inside my vehicle to my surprise, it was WORSE than when I dropped it off. Apparently they "prepped my vehicle and sprayed the door jams and now there are water marks on my ceiling around EVERY door. When I spoke to the manager, Paul, he apologized and told me he would do absolutely NOTHING for me beside clean my ceiling THAT THEY DAMAGED...and I could bring my car back and continue to wait. After 5 hours I received nothing but a damaged vehicle and inconvenience. I will be filing a police report and a claim in court for someone to correct the issues that they have caused me. I told my friend who referred me to my them to never refer anything else to me! They charge the same price as the Chevy dealership and the Chevy dealership is more efficient. This is what you get for trying to support small owned businesses. Go to Matick Chevrolet, they are the same price and will have you in and out in 2 hours or less.

I ended up waiting one hour before it was my turn in the small lobby. Luckily, I brought reading material. The service of exterior and interior car wash took about 30 minutes for my sedan. Everyone was very pleasant, and most of my car was cleaned spectacularly. Looking through my windshield has never been more HD! However, there was a small area near the rear door that was missed. I made sure to tip well for Covid workers and hopped in my car and drove away. $245... As I was pulling away, I noticed food and wrappers in between the driver seat and the center counsel along with the same thing on the other side. I turned around and vacuumed it out myself. Just so you can get a proper under body wash to knock out all that salt from the undercarriage. That particular wash is priced at $10 here. They are two kinds of vacuums at each station -- the wide flat paddle, and the narrow tube. Some users reported the prices were a little high, but I never thought that. It's $12 for a mid-level wash (the one that includes the undercarriage). I love that they accept credit cards! No quarters needed! Hallelujah! they were even able to accommodate my bike rack. They said they can handle all types of racks and trailers. Just let them know prior to beginning the automated part. At the end of the wash, there are people who will dry your car off with towels. All the employees are very nice and helpful and have gone out of their way to help me with a couple of special requests. I highly recommend!

I'm pretty sure he was fishing for a tip because when I said I didn't have any other way to pay, magically a giant wad of cash came out of his pocket and he had enough fives and tens in there to make change for me several times over... My biggest regret? Not paying with a credit card so I could file a chargeback. If you want a clean car, consider going elsewhere... Not all of the pictures show up for some reason so I'll list everything... Glovebox wasn't cleaned, full of dirt still. Sand on the floor in the back. Center console wasn't cleaned, full of dirt still. Interior trim still has gunk and crud in the nooks and crannies. Brand new stain on the back of center row seat, that wasn't there when I dropped the car off. White specks of what looks like paint on the front passenger seat, not there when I dropped the car off. Floor mats were poorly cleaned, some still have pebbles stuck to them. Overall, very dissatisfied with their work.
