A tree fell on the back of my car a few weeks back, leaving a large dent with the paint cracked. I was referred to Fast Track by a friend, who swore by the work these people do. I wish I took before and after pictures to share, because they did wonderful work. My car is a white Honda Accord. Anyone that has owned a white car can attest to how hard it is to paint one section of a car and blend it properly with other sections. Essentially, the white paint is a three layer process that tends to cost a lot more to fix. In addition, the dent created by the tree was large and craggy. Again, I cannot make out where the damage for the dent originally was. I would consider the price that Fast Track to give me to fair. The important thing is, though, that the paint job is seamless. I cannot see where the old damage began and ended. This is important because my car is a lease and I do not want to be charged for bad body work when I return it. read more

I was recently rear ended and thank goodness no one got hurt. My 2017 Mercedes Gle in the other hand had some signifiant damages. My 1st thought was to bring the car to fast track auto body. Rich came out to look at the car and said, no worries he'll make sure that everything will be taken care of. He is very detailed and professional. I've never been rear ended before so i was not familiar on how the procedures operate. He guided me exactly on how to handle this situation. Sure enough, everything went smooth. Not only did the other insurance company handle all the payments ( from the rental to the damages/repairs ) but the car came out beautiful. All OEM parts and also a nice wash/detailed afterwards. I must say although my auto insurance company is terrible, and gave them such a hard time with not answering, as well as being the cause of my car to be in the shop for longer than two weeks. I found Fast Track Auto Body to be very competent and professional. My car was very badly damaged in a three car accident. I was the middle care and as you probably can imagined, I had incurred damage to my car from the back and the front. The car had to be towed off the highway. I recently had some major bodywork done on a 2013 company Ford Transit Connect, and my personal vehicle a 2016 Genesis Coupe. Both vehicles were finished beyond my best expectations. Brought my Dodge Charger to Fast Track for some pretty bad hood, roof, windshield and body damage sustained from construction debris left on our NY highway. 1st off, I'm a nut about my car and my biggest concern was would it be restored to its original beauty. This repair shop does great work. I have a pearl white car and I needed my rear bumper painted due to an accident. And pearl white is a very hard color to blend. The did an awesome job blending the paint. Al and his staff is very straight forward he didn't lie to me like another body shop that I rather not name and say that he gets the paint from Nissan. Honest, courteous, and soooo helpful. My car needed a side panel replaced - I got a quote and then the guys immediately removed a bit of paint that had scraped onto my car (my teenager is learning to drive). I need to bring the car back for the side panel -- but they charged me nothing for the quick paint removal. During the pandemic, I had a problem with the same side panel -- the guys fixed it immediately -- and their price was very fair. This is the best place on Staten Island for auto body repairs.
