Seems the new separation of members versus cash pmt ! Are not that great! First of all the plate reader is only on rear of vehicle &if anything is covering it won't work! But then you need any employee to come do the keypad in order to let you pass. Had a smaller car cut in line of me cause cash pay car won't pull up! All this happens then they have messed up on my account cause I pay for two vehicles. Try an say my card was updated ! I have recipes in my hand! They have a bookkeeping issue! After the wash never lucky enough to get a person with a semi dry towel to dry it off! Hate to complain but when you pay for a service ld like to get close to that value! Every time I go. None of the vacuums ever work. The trashes are really Full and it always looks like there's water Everywhere. The workers are friendly and nice. I do give them that but they need to get those vacuums working. read more

I have been with them since they opened the new location in Madera. I wish they had a discount for seniors with 2 vehicles. When you are on a fixed income it is hard to pay for 2 vehicles, or make it open so you can use the membership for both. I usually go once a week so if I could take one vehicle one week and then the other the following week it would be great. read more

If I could I'd give negative stars. I had been going here for fast washes... Most of the time they didn't use the bug spray unless I asked, regardless of paying for best wash monthly. I'd even give good tips, but had to dry my car myself or I'd have water spots. Still I'd go for quick washes. This last time I went I had deep scratches on my car and filed a claim having to wait weeks just to be told they're not going to cover for damages. Then even went as far as to act as if my car was the only car this has ever happened too... if your car has been scratched here please leave a review I'm continuing with my claim. read more

For $40 a month it could be better. Started with them after they opened. I got the premium car wash membership. I came in a few times after that to have my car washed and a month later they told me my membership wasn't in the system so I paid again. that was a week ago I came in again today. They tell me that I don't have the service again. I had my receipt with me and showed the guy. Evidently the last guy put my Vin in incorrectly. So far I'm not happy with the customer service and how this place is running, some people drive nicely. Some people are sloppy. There are other car washes that charge slightly over this and you can get full service in your membership and go as many times as you want per month. Here I have to vacuum wipe down my inside and check for the water were they didn't dry off on the outside. Not sure this is going to be worth the membership. read more

Pulled in and payed for platinum . The main reason I went was for the vacuum though. It had just rained so I pull through the car wash into a vacuum stall to find out the are not on . I asked who appeared to be the manager about it. He said they are off because the rain . I told him he should have told me that before I paid . I would have went elsewhere. The sign states free vacuum with all washes . It made me angry that he was unwilling to help and denied me a refund . Whether you purchase the cheapest or the most expensive wash the result seems to be the same. I keep trying to give the benefit of the doubt and disappointed every time. The bug treatment/removal is non effective, and the dry down is even worst. I still have to pull over to vacuum and completely wipe down my own car because a simple wipe leaving the rest of my car dripping wet isn't fun. As for the bug removal, worthless, I still have to spend an extra 10 minutes wiping off the bugs. Higher costs shouldn't equal lack of quality in the service. read more

I had a bad experience on fast track car wash across the street from auto zone there was a guy and a lady worker after the car comes out of the car wash . I guess there sopose to dry your car after the car comes out of the car wash well they waved me to were they were at. the lady just wipes the car 2times and she says it's ready . Those people do not want to work if I knew they were going to dry my car like that I would have told them to leave my car alone. Very disappointed in those two workers . Great place to wash and vacuum your vehicles. Lines can get long and there can be a wait on the vacuum stations. Sometimes it is better to go early or late to avoid the crowds. The lowest price wash is $8 and the highest is $14. The wash cycle is fast and the employees will hand dry left over water spots after your exit. Vacuum's are new and work well. You can pay monthly for unlimited washes but I do not know how much the unlimited packages are. After your 10th wash your 11th one is free. Some of the washes have a guarantee for so many hours, if for some reason you do not like the wash you can return within the hours of the guarantee and they will wash your vehicle again at no charge. I would recommend getting the tire shine- comes with the platinum wash or you can add the tire shine to any wash for $2, gives your vehicle that extra clean look. Most washes come with a rain-x rinse. Vacuuming is free with any wash or $1 just for vacuuming and no wash. You also receive a damp microfiber towel to use for wiping down the interior/exterior of your vehicle. The only thing I can say I do not like is the vacuum stalls are usually so dirty with dirt/mud and trash after the hoards of people run thru them daily. I like the convenience of Fast Track and even though the lines are usually long (especially on weekends) they go by quickly. However, I do have some issues. I usually always go with the priciest wash, platinum I think, however I see no visible difference between that and the basic wash. The tire shine leaves my wheels with a layer of grime/wax that I have to buff out to get them to look shiny. The bug rinse always leaves tons behind, and I usually end up having to spot clean the exterior any way because of all the dirt left behind. I've mentioned this to them but they don't let you re-run the car through. The vacuums are also so inconsistent, sometimes they're great, often they don't suck up anything. The prices went up recently but I don't believe the price is worth it anymore. read more

I'm upset with this place because first of all they almost doubled their price and then when you go through the car wash the kids at the end barely dry your car. so you have to get out and do it yourself. It's convenient because it's either here or the other car wash in Madera that suck pretty bad as well, but is more expensive .... They don't do a very good job here either. They half ass and don't scrub/prep before the wash, cuz they are always trying to jam as many cars as they can in there, all While talking and BS'ing and not really doing a good job. These two gentlemen noticed my vehicle had a lot of bugs on the front end (I hadn't washed the car in literally months so it was expected) and took the time to ask me what car wash I had purchased. After I told them, they knew my car wash included bug removal and kindly let me know I could go through the car wash again for free. So I proceeded to get back in line and without hassle my vehicle got washed again, even getting more focus on the front end which made a significant difference. Anyone who washed their vehicle today that used a debt card might want to check your bank statement and make sure your weren't charged twice! Management is poor I showed them my bank statement which clearly shows I was charged twice they wouldn't give me my money back or even a free car wash told me all they could do is tell me to call the office. I was a great customer of fast track but the quality of work and service to the customers has been awful these adults act like children and are not taking the job seriously and the disrespect that they give you only makes them look bad not only for them but for the business this is why we will not be back it's always something with these so called "adults" college students I can't say that they are all bad but the manager/supervisor is not professional at all !!!!! What I don't understand is how one person could say that they are both very unprofessional on his behalf.....so I paid the $16 dollar wash and they forgot to put tire shine on my tires and when I noticed I went back to tell them and they're like give me a receipt so I did and the guy kept it. Usually I am able to go back again to re-wash my car for another day but he's like I have to keep your receipt because it won't let me do it to just add your tire shine and I was like I want to come back for my wash either Saturday or Sunday he's like I won't be able to do that, and he was acting very rude and disrespectful but I gave them the receipt just so I could stop at arguing with him and he kept my receipt now I can't go back and it's not like I'm gonna go back anyways because the service was horrible. I was driving a rental and needed a Carwash really bad. I found this Carwash and let me tell you it was Great. They have different options with different prices. Worst car wash I've ever been to. I have to run through twice and it is still not clean. They use damp/wet towels to dry with and leave your car and windows with streaks. They use to do a good job. Their just lucky they are one of the only car wash places in town. You pay the higher price for the better car wash and the attendants might half way scrub your windshield to get the bugs off. I've had to on more than one occasion circle back around for a total of 3 car washes just to get them to do the job I pay for. I will continue to go there only because they are the only game in town and how sad is that. Don't do the $14 car wash, the tire treatment doesn't dry quick enough so it splatters on your paint when you drive away. Very bad service! Recently went for a car wash last month and I couldn't be more disappointed. As they had me enter the tracks, at the same time they ask to take my debit card and have me sign a receipt while spraying my car with my window open. Without noticing they wet inside of my car including me. The manager was not there so I had to call the next morning. Whatever manager decided to answer that day apologized, even promised me a free car wash and said they would correct the problem for future. I go two weeks later and they failed to give me a free car wash because for some reason they couldn't "Find me in the system" although they go by your license plate. I call the manager while I'm waiting for 15 minutes and a different manager answers just to tell me there was nothing they could do. She ends up telling me she would call me back by the next day but until this day I have not received one call from them. Very disappointed.
