The entrance here is to the left side of the building so don't pull straight in. And the exit is steep so if you got a big truck you're flying blind as you can't see the curb/road over your hood as you turn out. Overall a decent oil change shop, yes I'm sure not everyone has had a great experience here but mine has been fine. Oh and they do price match any competitor's coupons or sales so bring those in and you'll get the same deal!

They were both friendly and answered all my questions and did a great job of making recommendations for the overall health of my engine. The shop was very clean and tidy and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. And to top it off, the price was worth it too! I will be returning for any services I made need in the future. We simply did not know who to trust to help us out. We pulled into Alray Tire and those guys helped us without hesitating even though they were already very busy. I bought tires and road hazard warranty and had them installed in early June. I came out to low…read moretire pressure and called to make an appt to get the tire repaired -arriving at 7am. They couldn't find any service on this vehicle but had a car listed on my account that didn't belong to me. I was told to come back when a manager was there. I came back two hours later to speak with Christian. I pointed out the VIN listed for the car that wasn't mine was generic and had multiple services listed under it for Walmarts in many states. The service techs remembered installing the tires on my car and the wrong vehicle listed. Christian said he would put in a ticket to get that fixed, but when I said I needed my tire repaired, he told me they were out of patches and I would end up having to drive to Gastonia to get the repair done. Plus my tire hazard warranty had been cancelled during some of those services and it wasn't by my request. Not at all satisfied with this service department. The people were nice, but the process is horrible.
