I have Fast5Xpress a second chance and unfortunately the expereience was worst than the last time I went after leaving a review. My car was still dusty, my rims were still dirty, and one of the drying towels at the end of the carwash was being serviced which left one side of my vehicle dirty and not dry. Why on earth would wou have your car wash serviced for maintenance during operating hours? Im finall made my decision to cancel my membership. I would highly not recommend this establishment. This is an absolute terrible excuse for a car wash. I had a membership for about 2 month in which my car never got clean, even when I got the "free upgrade" the car always came out looking halfway washed with dirty water, never using "spot-free" rinse. When I calmly made a complaint to the attendant, they acted like they couldn't care less if I was a customer or not and said "well, would you like to cancel your membership?" So I said yes I would, in which they directed me to fill out the form online. Later the next month I still charged for another month. I went to the wash in-person which the "manager" said there was nothing he could do about it. DO NOT USE! read more

Just notice a metal downspout next to the restroom hasn't been taken care of yet. Mentioned it to them a while back. With the wind blowing, the downspout is hanging loose, swinging back and forth. Hopefully it won't hit someone or a car. read more

Best car wash around. They keep the brushes and dryers clean. Gets my car sparkling clean every time. Only suggestion is to keep those idiot big lifted trucks out. I know that I should know better coming to a quickie place like this, but honestly I thought they might be different here as a friend who is very particular about her car brought hers here and was happy. Nope. When I went through the wash my car didn't come out completely clean and there was still dirt allover the rear lift gate. I thought that since it was a large SUV that was normal and I would have to just deal with it. Not a big deal. Since it was still wet when I pulled around to the vacuum area I just took care of it. What earned the low rating was that it is abundantly clear that they do not clean their equipment. The hood of my vehicle as well as the roof are so scratched and messed up its heartbreaking. Because the handwash place up the street was packed and i didnt have the time to wait, im paying for it now. But i have definitely learned my lesson. If you care about your vehicle and its paint job I highly recommend NOT bringing it here. Honestly other than the fact that the lowest rating you can give is one star, the only reason why they are getting one at all is because the staff was extremely friendly. read more

This place the managers both do not know how to handle customer service we have been talking our cars there since they open it has been 2 times that the equipment has blown off our side panels the first we fixed it and the second time we decided file a claim and a complaint with management . They immediately went into defense mode, saying that the car was damaged prior to going into the car wash. It is a new 2020.ford but they refused to except some or any responsibility and was threatened by one of the employees. I do not recommend this place read more

Cleanliness 4 Cost 2 Cuisine NA Customer service 3 First time taking my vehicle through one of these type of car washes. It was $9 (no tax). Wash, wax, dry. Window had water spots when i came out. Also bottom of vehicle had water on it. I guess dry doesn't mean everything will be dry. Its just some blowers that kind of dry the car. I'd rather continue to just wash my own car. read more

" Very Long & Detailed Car Wash " I went to the Fast5Xpress Car Wash in Beaumont Ca. and had a nice experience. I had never been to this car wash before so everything was new to me. The basic car wash is $6.00 and the automatic car wash I was given was a lot longer and more detailed than several other car washes I had been too before. After the car was wash was done I drove my car out to an area that has dual vacuums, where you can park your car and take your time cleaning the inside of your car. They also have some car mat cleaning clip boards, so you can take out your car mats and vacuum them thoroughly. One of the big things that they are missing here however that a lot of other car washes have, is having drying towels that you can use to wipe down your car with. You have to bring your own towels here at this car wash. But it is a nice, clean, and very organized car wash. read more

CHANGE IS NOT ALWAYS GOOD!! I have been the BIGGEST FAN of Fast5Xpress since they opened. I have five (5) cars and take four (4) of my vehicles to Fast5 each week. And I only buy the Platinum wash. You do the math. Four vehicles, four times a month. And when the weather is bad I take them in more than four times. And I don't have a monthly pass, so I pay the full price. When I first started going to Fast5, I met Allison, the manager. A bubbly young lady with the biggest smile. Always happy and always welcoming. She would always try to sell me a monthly pass, but I told her I simply enjoyed the interaction each week with she and her incredible team. Of the four (4) vehicles I take each week, three are suv/trucks. Since the first day, I always had them to let the brushes down on my trucks to assure they get totally clean. Allison had explained that it was the policy of the company not to let brushes down on trucks as they could sometimes do damage. I agreed that I had full coverage on all my vehicles and I would waive any right to bring any litigation. And they clearly have signs indicating they weren't responsible for any damage. That said, Abby's team always gave me the option of lowering the brushes and my vehicles were always sparkling clean. Never a problem.......Then came the change! Allison announced to me one day the company was moving her to another site. It broke my heart because she is so nice. I kind of look at her like one of my kids. Just incredibly nice. Well she was replaced with Elijah. I haven't met him yet, But I've met his team and they're terrible and I know one thing about Elijah. He doesn't keep his word. And where I'm from a man's word is his currency. Well Elijah is penniless. I went into the carwash this past Thursday (Nov 1) to get my first suv washed. I paid for the platinum. I asked for the brushes to come down and the young man refused. I asked for the manager (Mark) who instructed the young man to refuse that service. I was allowed to wash the truck twice and it still was not clean. I told Mark how disappointed I was and how much I missed Abby and the great service she and her team always provided. He didn't care. I asked him to give me the number for the manager. He refused and stated there were no business cards. He stated he would take my number and have Elijah call me. And he assured me I would get a call. Guess what, both Elijah and Mark are liars. As I stated a man keeps his word. And they've both shown me they haven't developed the characteristics of manhood. And as an elder, I'd be happy to teach them. Why would I pay $16 for my trucks four times a month only to have them still be dirty? The answer is I won't. I'll have to drive from Beaumont to San Jacinto to go to Tommy's Express Car Wash because they'll give me what I pay for. And yes, I would drive four vehicles that far to get a clean car!! I wish I could get Tommy's to open a location in Beaumont. I'd rather support a business in Beaumont, as I've done since Fast5Xpress opened, but they don't want my money and I won't pay for something I can't get. A clean vehicle!! I wish Allison would come back. She was the best. And it she can't come back, have her mentor Elijah in how to treat dedicated, devoted, paying customers. Four (4) vehicles, four times a month minimum, every month. You do the math. Fast5Xpress just lost a great customer. read more

This wash was a complete waste of time. Decided to try it out to wash my car after some rain we had and it looked the same coming out as it did going it. This was a waste of 9 bucks. I will never be coming here again. Response to the owner below "It appears that there are bugs that were baked on your vehicle. Being an express wash it is hard for our machines to get the bugs off the first time through." - Yes I agree bugs are hard, but what about the one day old water spots from the previous days rain, Is that too hard for your machines as well? "Certain vehicles require equipment retracts and unfortunately your vehicle is one of them. We make every attempt to explain the retracts to the customers who's vehicles require it so you can decide if you want to go through or not." - Not one single employee told me anything about retracts. So then are you basically telling me that your system cannot give an SUV the same quality wash as a sedan? "If you are unhappy with your wash you can ask to speak with a manager and ask for a rewash." - Why? What would a rewash accomplish if you have to retract so many machines that my vehicle is not getting washed. Basically the moral of this yelp review should be, if you have an SUV don't come here. read more

Two complaints: 1) they give you just a small amount of time to vacuum your car out. 2) the car wash did not clean the rear of the car at all. Staff were extremely nice, informative and accommodating. Don't know if I'd go back and definitely won't buy the membership if the back of my car and window don't get cleaned. Never have had an issue here get my car washed once a week since moving to the community normally any car wash I've gone to taped the rear windshield wipers down to prevent them from coming off or breaking and this location doesn't do that unfortunately today my windshield wiper broke off and is now squeaking and making noises they don't have a manager on site to talk to them. read more
