The top wash packages like the Ceramic Shield and Hot Wax & Shine left my car looking spotless with an incredible glossy finish, and the tire shine really made the wheels pop. It was nice to have a spotless clean car especially after the rain that we had. In my area, the rain wasn't coming down as much so I ended up with a dirty dusty car so this wash was a good thing. At this location, there are also free vacuum stations which are quite powerful that it accidentally sucked up a few pennies that was on my floormat. Even tho I'm not a monthly member here anymore I still frequent this car wash because it's close to where I live and the air pressure if the vacuums and air guns are always amazing! I've been coming to this car wash for 2 years and I've had a pleasant experience every single time. As of recently that's all changed. I've noticed majority of the time I've went to go wash my car, the employee Efren has made my experience magnificent & smoothly with refilling the towel container, even assisting me on how to put my car on neutral and also helping me out a couple time with fishing out my belongings out of the vacuum tray. I've never had any issues with that young man. He's a very hard worker. I've recently went back on the days I tend to see him and he was no longer there. The times he's not been there, I noticed no worker is like him. I've asked around and they mentioned he's no longer employed there, such a disappointing situation. I've came to a conclusion where I will be canceling my membership, and take my business elsewhere. Disappointed with Service - Antenna Damaged and No Accountability I took my car to this car wash in Norwalk and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. After going through the wash, I discovered that my car's antenna had been broken. When I brought it to the staff's attention, they informed me that they are not liable for any damage caused by their machine--a policy I believe is completely unreasonable and unfair to customers. While I understand that certain disclaimers exist, it's frustrating that they take no responsibility for damage clearly caused by their equipment. A business should stand behind the quality and safety of its service, especially when it leads to customer property being damaged. At this point, my only options seem to be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and possibly pursuing legal action in small claims court. I've been a member here for a year and everything was just convenient. Quality of this car wash sub par decent. Customer service was ok. So about a month or two their website I guess took a $hit and messed up my membership. They were having trouble retrieving my membership so one of their employees told me that they'll just have to make another purchase for the membership and proceeded to give me a new sticker. I mentioned that I have another car that also has a sticker that may need to be change and one of the associate said it should be ok. I was furious and I asked for a refund since they charged me twice and they couldn't do anything because the record showed that I have history washing my car using my previous membership! I didn't ask for another account/membership let alone they didn't tell me anything about having another account! How does the car wash listed to close at eight starts unplugging and closing at 7:30 .. I went to use the vacuum. The worker was using the vacuum that I was supposed to use as soon as I pulled into the stall to vacuum up the trash told me to hold on. I literally moved out into another stall and she took that vacuum. Then she gets all crazy and starts calling her manager and is hollering pacing back-and-forth as I'm vacuuming my car help it makes sense. If a car wash is listed to close at eight workers should not start cleaning until 8 o'clock. I came to wash my car, dry it and vacuum. The young kid that worked there was trying to get me to upgrade to get a month for $14 instead of paying $14 for one day. But he forgot to mention was that the area where you vacuum your car and dry it was closed. I only paid for the $14 to wash my car which in my opinion is way too high because I know other car places that are 8 and 10 dollars but at that time we're not in the direction I was going. I love coming here for a great car wash! My one thing is that the vacuums don't seem like they have much suction. But I've spent some time here trying to get everything out of my car and the workers never asked me to leave. Actually, the workers are very, very pleasant! Customer service is absolutely A1. If you buy a $20 monthly pass, you can clean your car as much as you would like to frequent which is a steal considering some car washes are $7 for a basic wash. I had to cancel my membership recently and while the staff on hand did what they could to help me out, I'd recommend just calling the customer service line to ensure the membership is really cancelled.
