They no longer carry a LOT of things that the old Cash n Carry use to have. 10 pound bag of onions was a pretty decent price, but the yellow onions in that bag were really small, not medium to large like the old Cash n Carry. I'll be sticking with CostCo from now on to purchase what I need, more of a variety, better quality, and priced more reasonably, even WITH the membership fee.

We had no idea when they were going to do it as they haven't contacted us at all. Then randomly one day we get a message, "hey are you free right now?" Like are you serious? Luckily I just got off work and was able to move the boxes out of the way and do the install, but there was no communication of "hey what time and day works for you?" Like what? We were completely in the dark. After the floors were installed, in every room (3 rooms) there were air bubbles in the floor or something because when I walk over it, it feels like an air bubble. We have a slab foundation so there should be no creaking (correct me if I'm wrong). Not only that but the caulking applied to the baseboards was just smeared all over the wall. There's also a bump underneath the vinyl, like they left a screw or something underneath it. It's like cracking through the vinyl board now. Overall the job was messy and did not look good at all. When you're paying 4k+ for some new floors, this is very disappointing. Been on customer service for weeks with Jared, all he tells me is that the contractor will contact me within 5 business days. It's been more than 5 days and he tells me YET AGAIN to wait 5 more business days. Mind you, I waited more than that because I wanted to give the contractor a couple more days. So in reality it was more like 8-9 days the first time and 6-7 days the second time. He finally promotes my case to the higher ups. Now I'm with someone named Omar who is handling my case. Once again no communication apart from the automated messages. I've emailed him 3 times. No response. At least I was getting somewhat of a response with Jared. TLDR: Bad communication, Horrible job, Worst customer service. Will never go through, or recommend LLFlooring.

By the end the stuffing was coming out of it and the seat was broken and being held in place by a piece of sheet metal shoved in the bottom. I wasn't sure if it was salvageable, but a friend recommended this place to me. They were so friendly and even unloaded the chair for me. I didn't want leather and even brought my own fabric. The chair looks brand new and they fixed the bottom so I can actually sit in it. I couldn't be happier with my chair and it was well worth every penny to bring it back to life.

If you have painted you know that there are a million color options and they can look different in different lighting. Cody and the staff were so helpful in narrowing down our options. They asked questions to better understand our situation and then let us have a couple sample colors to put on our walls to decide on what color we wanted. I was so grateful for that since my favorite color on a swatch wasn't my favorite on the wall. After deciding on the color they helped us pick out the type of paint. I am so glad we went with scuff x for the walls because that extra protection will help our walls looking nicer longer! I am so glad I got the experts opinions that way the paint job will last longer, but when it is time to paint again I will be driving back over the Knights paint and getting the assistance of their friendly experts!

I just noticed the new review and checked the dates and photos. This business just moved to their…read morenew location a few months ago, and I've been there. It's got cement floors and isn't very attractive inside (no carpeting, few windows, etc.). This could account for some of the messiness. But I found the staff helpful and knowledgable, as per the first review by Brooke. After I got past my first uncomfortability (I'm an older lady now, and feel a little out of place around younger service staff anymore), I was able to get good advice and was able to do some comparison shopping -- I've researched my materials ahead of time, and know what the wholesalers would sell to the public for, and the prices are fair. I didn't notice that the customers or staff were dirty, although the young'un at the counter appeared to be trying to grow a beard. As a customer, i'd like y'all to know that I'm a stable, middle class older woman, and I shower daily, wash my hands regularly and cover my mouth when I sneeze. I participate in several community volunteer activities with children, local churches and schools, I work, pay taxes and donate regularly to good causes, and I don't smoke marijuana or take any drug stronger than asprin (although I'll occasionally have a glass of wine or on occasional mixed drink with my girlfriends). I'm just letting you know this because I'm probably not the 'worst element' around ~ hahaha. When I was there, the other customers were mostly in my age and income range (by appearance). Meanwhile, if you don't know what you want before you go, it could be really confusing, since they have a huge selection and it's not real obvious what everything is for. So get someone to help you -- they'll be able to give you suggestions and answer your questions.
