They replaced the screen on my Pixel phone. That was fine, but the next day, my sim card stopped working. (Maybe I would have taken it back, but I just switched to an e-sim card.) Also, they said over the phone that they have phone cases for Pixels, but they didn't. They tried to sell me something different (custom printed) and "better"... maybe it is better, but I wanted to research it a bit. I took my phone here for a screen replacement, and it's been a nightmare ever since. After they changed the screen, my phone started overheating. I brought it back, and while the overheating stopped, the screen kept freezing. They replaced it again, but the issue still isn't fixed, it keeps freezing. I've been back five times, and they still haven't been able to fix my phone. On top of that, the screen they put on is garbage quality. I went to change the screen for about 30-40 minutes. When I came back, the battery was not working. I could not charge it. I took it out and charged the battery very badly. I had to charge it all the time. I don't know what caused the erosion, but I had never had this problem before. It felt very bad. I will not go back to this shop again. TEAM TAMEEN FOREVER!!!! I brought in my ZFlip4 with the hopes of getting my screen repaired to retrieve my precious EDC photos (lol iykyk). Tameen walked me through every possible step from backing up data, to changing passwords but unfortunately for me, nothing seemed to be working. I was about to take the L and walk until Tameen game planned the Hail Mary Pass: Motherboard transfer. He went above and beyond for me, backing up my data on an extra phone to make sure the process was even possible. The process as a whole would take more time than I had, and knowing I had to be at work at a certain time, Tameen not only offered to babysit the backup, but even offered to drop my phone off to me when it was finished!
