Walked in, very clean gym, Eddie greeted me and gave me an orientation. I was extremely imitated, HOWEVER everyone's fitness level varied, and worked at their own pace. Eddie made his rounds, and helped me with my technique during the workout. I was exhausted; drenched in sweat, but with a smile on my face!
