6/12 I needed my FZ6R inspected and a tune up. It also…read moredidn't start so I had to push start it, figured they could find out what was wrong and fix it at the shop. They mentioned that they are swamped with work right now and there's a bit of a waitlist for service, I should have called ahead of time. Either way I let Mike know what the issue was and he was kind enough to take a quick look at the bike. He try turning it on and right away mentioned there was a problem with the battery, it was not the correct one and it turned out to be bad anyway. He helped me install the new battery, also did a quick inspection and mentioned everything seemed good just recommended an oil and filter change, and to lube the chain, got me everything I needed and checked me out with a copy of the tune up specifications for the bike. I was extremely satisfied and hope they are able to service my bike soon.

After speaking with Joe for about 2hrs and 10 bikes later we realized it was an 1hr after closing and the entire staff happily chatted with us and treated my son like a sponsored racer. We pointed out that it was late and they said no worries. Never were we pressured out the door at the end of a long shift and a Friday night. I just cant say enough about Joe and these guys. My son added on the way home that I should get a job there!! Again great selection from bikes to ramps to gear. My son got to see enthusiastic riders and talk shop and not just be upsold. I've looked around at…read morea few places and was able to find a jacket that not only fit me but fit in the right places. Elbow pads need to sit at the elbows, not below. They also carry a wide selection of leather gloves, being a female I need smaller gloves, many cycle stuff just carry gloves for men, even a small won't work for me. I also bought my helmet here a real good selection of those. I do wish they carried more boots. Helpful and knowledgeable staff, this is key to making sure you're buying the right size for protection.
