The location is conveniently close to the airport terminal and because the shuttle is fast to pick you up at your car, You'll be at the terminal in no time. First time user. It was easy to make a reservation and the bus came right up to the car for easy bag transfer and transport to the terminal. I was worried about pickup, but three buses showed up quickly and whisked us away to our cars. Very fast and efficient. Drivers are very courteous and help load and unload bags. read more

I have been a customer of Fast Park since they opened and up until now, have always thought they were an example of a true Austin company that cared. And some of the employees do! Especially Ranelle. But not so the manager, Adam. I drive a Tesla and always park in the EV row so that my car will be fully charged when I return. That didn't work out on this 8 day trip. Although there was a placard on my windshield that claimed the car was charged, it had the almost the same charge as when I left it. I reported this to Adam, the manager, and he basically said that I was lying. Now why would I make that up? It was probably an oversight on one of the staff and all Adam had to do is say he was sorry. Maybe throw in a bottle of water or a few frequent points points on my account. But there is no excuse to say I was making it all up! Now I have to find a supercharger for my Tesla so I can make it home (i live 50 miles outside of Austin) Adam sure left a bad impression on me and didn't give a dang. Sad how much Austin is changing. read more

I used to rave about these guys but the last handful of trips have been a bust. The wait gets longer and longer. I waited in front of my car for ten minutes and ended up having to call them to ask for a ride. It was 4:30am so I am assuming it wasn't busy. Another time we were in the shuttle and the guy was radioed and told to wait for two vehicles. This ended up costing the people already in the shuttle an extra 15 minutes. I guess they aren't lightning fast like they used to be. Maybe management changed or they're trying to conserve gas but whatever it is .. it's not very comfortable for the consumer. read more

I have been a loyal customer of FastPark for over a decade, and have always had great, fast, and courteous experiences. Late on Sunday / Early Monday (12-1am) on 6/21 was an all different experience, which will unfortunately cause me to look for an alternative parking provider in the future. Not only, did FastPark fail to get me back to my car fast (getting back to car took almost 1hr), they failed a few hundred other passengers, and one of their drivers was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude to me and several customers as we attempted to explain to him how their process was completely broken. There is no process to handle a line of hundreds of riders, and the busses fail to stop in any marked or designated areas (a few parking cones or painted driveway could fix this...). This lack results in chaos when trying to get in line for various busses, fights between passengers and they move back and forth jockeying for a bus to get on, and lack of understanding by drivers to do the right thing, and let those get on busses on 'first come, first served basis'. All of this broken process can get fixed, and FastPark and other providers will need to quickly address this as the parking issue grows. What they cannot fix is when a driver (I did not get his name, as we did not enter his bus) is rude, uses offensive language, and fails to help improve the situation with his actions. I can only assume, that FastPark is ok with this driver behavior, and therefore I will need to look for alternative transpo, or simply use airport LT parking. Best of luck to all in summer travels. Easy and cost effective. I park here for both personal and work travel. I'm glad I can reserve in advance and hardly any waiting for the shuttle to come by and pick you up right near where you park. They drop you off near where you park too so walking is very minimal. Today, Priscilla was our driver and she was informative, helpful and displayed true customer service. FastPark & Relax has been reliably consistent with their convenience, timing, and safety. Also, I returned from a trip to find my car battery dead. The staff immediately sent Joe Angel, one of the shuttle drivers. Mr. Angel lived his namesake and gave me a friendly conversation and a cold bottle of water on that hot day while he jumped my car battery. I was back on the road in no time. Used to be my go-to for Bergstrom parking, but I'll try another place next time, as the service has taken a turn for the worse & I had a rather unpleasant experience trying to leave, as the credit card only self-serve lane took me nearly ten minutes to get out of because the credit card reader was partially broken and it took me that long to figure out they'd just taped it over with a little card saying you had to use the swipe part of the reader & it was almost impossible to do that without getting out of the car & of course I couldn't open the car door because I was right up against the machine. From the raggedy sign, it had obviously been broken for some time. They also don't have the free cold water they used to give you on your way out, which isn't a big deal but added to the sense they've let the customer service slip. read more

My Yelp friend Michelle W. highly recommended this place. She did not steer me wrong! This business is located across the highway from the airport. It is extremely easy to get in making it so convenient. You drive in, show them your reservation on your phone, and they direct you where to park. You get covered parking with both a letter and a number. Remember that because they are going to give you a ticket with the info on it. When you return, you give them that ticket, and they return you to your exact parking space. They take you to your airline and get your luggage out for you. When I returned, I walked to the waiting area for them, and they drove up before I could set my luggage down. Then they returned me to my exact parking spot-Nice! Will I use them again? Fellow Yelpers pointed me here, and I'm glad they did! I reserved my spot about a month before I needed it (Xmas travel) and it was a good thing I did! FastPark's conveniently located only about a mile from t he airport. If you're approaching the airport from Austin, you just hang a left off the airport exit instead of a right. FP offers covered parking with both a letter and a number. Take note of this as the bus driver will give you a ticket with this written on it. The ticket will help you direct the driver back to your spot when you return. Look for the pickup service outside the airport in the 'Long Term Parking Shuttles' area. Important Note: If you're travelling during a peak time like Thanksgiving or Xmas, reserve your spot IN ADVANCE. When I arrived at 11am on December 23, they were already turning away 'walk ins' who hadn't reserved a spot! read more

This is my primary parking location when I bring my vehicle to the airport. It definitely is the best where never had an issue. All parking is under a covered overhang. I always have great service where as a member can reserve a spot, have transport bus show up at my vehicle, help me load luggage, get to the terminal, and accumulate points for free parking. It's much cheaper than paying ABIA pay fees if parked on the airport grounds. Leaving is no hassle except waiting for a transport bus at luggage but they come by on a regular basis. The wait is not long at all. Once again they help me with luggage and leaving is very quick. Make sure to tip drivers where they do an excellent job. read more

DON'T PARK HERE! "FastPark & Relax" is a total lie. We parked here for a quick Friday night to Sunday morning trip and found the car window smashed in with everything misplaced. We weren't the only one, there were multiple other cars broken into. The Assistant Manager said they would pay for everything, and then when we got a call from the Manager, Adam, he said they won't be. They don't care about you and said, "parking here is the same as parking in downtown Austin." They don't have cameras for all areas or security patrolling. I have been a Fast Park customers for a very long time. My experience has been mostly positive. But I haven't travelled and so haven't parked there since end of 2019. I thought I will check the price on their website - I know I used to pay $11 or $12 before. Finding price on their website is a challenge - yes it says prominently $9.15 (but also says taxes and fees extra). But could not find out how much is tax and fees. Park&Zoom on the other hand clearly say $11.95 plus sales tax (8.25%) and 10% ABIA FEE. While we have to compute them, at least they mention it clearly - Fast Park need to update their website and be more transparent and forthcoming with pricing. read more

Their pick up and drop off at the airport is good. However, the employees that work in the booth are often unfriendly or have a bad attitude. On 3/11/23 about 5:45PM I asked the lady in the booth if she could tell me how many days credit had I earned on my rewards program. After a long wait she turned to groused at me and told me I should be using the express lane. This was the second bad interaction I had with booth employees so we are going to start using one of the other parking facilities. read more

Did you know that Frontier and Allegiant Airlines moved to the "South Terminal"? Neither does FastPark. We arrived at FastPark, with plenty of time to make our flight, but our shuttle driver dropped us off at the wrong terminal: "Get off here for Frontier and Southwest". We passed through security and found out that we were at the wrong terminal. We had to go back outside and take an airport shuttle to the South Terminal and we missed our flight. At least two other groups of travelers were also dropped off at the wrong terminal. I called the local number for FastPark to complain and was hung up on. read more

My experiences have always been positive. I schedule my travel dates ahead of time online. At check-in they direct you to the correct section and the van to take you to the terminal is waiting or shortly behind you. The only downside is sometimes the drivers seem to forget that the passengers don't have seat belts on and you may slide around or believe you've taken Mr. Toad's Wild Ride. I was disappointed my first time using FastPark. Getting a shuttle to the airport was a disorganized mad dash to beat other customers. I'm fit yet I missed two shuttles because I wasn't quick enough or lucky enough to be closer to where the shuttles randomly decided to stop. Fast forward to the return trip. There is no signage or anything letting you know where to wait for the shuttle. I saw plenty of other company shuttles waiting but not FastPark. I finally see one coming and I start a mad dash to get to it like we did on the way to the airport. Another customer yelled angrily at me to let me know there was a VERY long line. I had no clue that this mass of people were all waiting for this one company because it was a disorganized mess with no signage. I eventually see one worker in the crowd who is clearly overwhelmed trying to manage all the waiting customers. Something is definitely off with the shuttle management. Lastly, when checking out at the car park we noticed the price was higher than expected. Advertised at $10/day but for 4 days we paid $52. The price defeated the purpose of even using this car park. Next time I'm opting for another company even if the price looks higher. Not a fan. I'll try using the one company with the spotted shuttle buses because I saw those shuttles all over the place. Please note that I was traveling during a holiday weekend. Not sure if that had something to do with the terrible experience at FastPark. read more

Absolutely TERRIBLE!! Made a month early reservation for a spot with a charging port for the electric car. Returned a full 8 DAYS later, no charge whatsoever to the car. With the disrespectful driver tossing bags off the truck and speeding off, I was left with no employee to speak with upon returning to my car. Called the next day to explain the situation, and was transferred to a very disrespectful "Gina" "Gina" not only was unable to help/ work with the situation, her attitude completely pushed me to the edge with this company. Gina insisted the problem was with my car, rather then their charging port. All the company did was leave a note on my windshield explaining that their charging port wasn't connecting with my car. I (Along with most rational human beings) figured they would have at least contacted me when this issue arose. Alas, Gina claims "they have no way of knowing who any of the cars belong to", even though I input all my personal information when making the reservation. 0 sympathy or cooperation from them. I don't travel much so parking at an airport was very new to me. I made a reservation online and they provided me with a barcode for arrival. They had a quick shuttle to and from the terminal, I was shocked by the great organization and quick shuttles. Everyone I encountered was kind. They gave me a note reminding me where my car was parked & instructions on where to go for the final shuttle upon arrival (that was very helpful because I would have not known where to go after my returning flight lol). You land and there aren't any shuttles. The line is so deep you watch all the other parking companies come and go. They aren't even cheaper. Use any other service! Then when the shuttle comes up - the driver lets anyone on - paying no attention to the line. People are angry and fighting. The driver should respect the line. read more

I've been parking here for years and years. Always seemed a good value and shuttle service was usually timely. However, they used to ask for your return day/date. Presumably to help plan for returning load of passengers. They no longer ask, haven't for 2 years. This bit them in the ass this past Saturday night after 11pm. It also bit all their customers in the rear, too. 45+ mins wait for a shuttle. I've never seen such a shit show there. I'll be considering other places to park at the airport. read more

Well, I went out of town and parked in fast park which I have used for years. Came back to grab my truck and head back to pick up my family only to discover the "Fast park and Relax" is a joke!!! My cat converter was cut straight off while i was on vacation. Drove to the office and waited while the only employee ate chicken and dealt with a rude customer. After 20 minutes she gives me a form to fill out and said good luck! This is ridiculous. I am paying for a secure lot and they don't actually secure it. I even had to pay for my parking! I had to drive home in a Harley....missing cat converter and I was told they do nothing for us but here is the managers card. I will call him but don't expect much. I have probably spent over 5k parking there over the years yet I was treated as a nuisance. The employee even told me that yeah it's a problem but not ours. read more

If you're parking your car and trying to make sure you'll get on a shuttle quickly, park near the shuttle on that row. If you park anywhere on the row you're supposed to & you're farther away - you're going to have to call them to send a shuttle over. Tl;dr - I ended up waiting 15 min to see if I could hop on a shuttle before I gave up and called them instead. Waited 5 more min in the sun before anyone showed up again. read more

No problem with the people working there. What I do have a problem with is that I booked four weeks before my trip for about $8 a day and when I left I was charged $10. I paid but later asked if there was some mistake. They responded that their charges had increased since I made my booking and that what I had was only "an estimate." That's kind of frustrating given that I had shopped around for the best price. And that zero notice was given to me of a 25% increase. I can imagine how I would feel if the airline had told me my charge for the ticket was just an estimate and they had decided to charge me more. I would not take a business practice like that from the airline and I won't take it from these people. read more
