Service was great. They were super friendly and efficient. The pizza.....burnt black on bottom and outside edge around entire pizza. Unfortunately, we ordered take out so didn't know until too late. The toppings were good and flavorful. Too much sauce for me was a bit overpowering. Would probably not return, since quality control on pick up orders is not good. They knew it was burned. Absolutely amazing! Honestly, I didn't expect much for a pizza place in Katy Asian Town...but this place is so amazing! People are super friendly and give out very constructive suggestions. Service is very fast and the place is super clean. Each slice of pizza is about 2-3 slices of a regular pizza and even though they are sitting on display, somehow, they come out super crispy on the bottom. Reviewing because I live in the area and see potential. The ambiance is cute, trendy, and nostalgic with the game room. The staff that brought our food was kind and had great customer service. Food: The first time I had the Parmesan wings they were phenomenal, and the best I ever had. The second time, the coating was clumpy, salty, and not appetizing. I'm hoping they work on the consistency because I LOVED these wings. The pizza.... I honestly ordered it once and I was not incredibly impressed to order it again. I like oily thin crust pizza but the crust needs to be crispier to hold up to all the oil. Spinach artichoke dip- all I have to say is please just take it off the menu. Probably the best pizza and wings in Katy. We had the Ranch hand pizza and it was absolutely delicious. It's got pulled pork, red onion, bbq sauce and pineapple. A literal flavor bomb in your mouth. The chili thai wings have to be my all time favorite as well. Staff was super friendly and gave us great recommendations. First time customer here and I will be going back! I ordered a large buffalo chicken pizza for takeout and it was delicious. I normally don't eat the crust of pizza but I ate all of this crust. I had several questions when I called being a first time customer and the guy that answered the phone was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I've gone to fat boys twice and it hasn't been the best experiences. The first time was a little over a month ago when the cook wasn't wearing gloves and was sweeping / making my pizza at the same time. Wow. This place nailed it. Not only is the pizza incredible but the wings are awesome as well. Only complaint with the wings was I asked for sauce to be on the side but they ended up putting on the wings. Oh well no big deal they were great. Customer service is on point. You can tell the management has great communication with their team. When I first saw the process of a slice of pizza I thought to myself " they are insane to think this price will work for one slice." We asked several times what the issue was and was told that they were working on it. This place should be five stars but let me tell you why they came short. I got there around 6:30 pm on a Friday night. It was busy but not too bad. Service: when I ordered the food everything was fine. I was given a number after I paid so I started walking around to find a table and could not find one. There were at least 7 tables empty but with dirty dishes. I sat my kids down by a table that I wanted waiting to find someone nearby. A young woman walked up to me and gave me my salad. I told her there were no clean tables and if she could please clean this one for me. She was visibly annoyed, picked up a couple plates and napkins, walked away and never came back. I saw her talking to coworkers, laughing, and just walking around socializing. I could not believe she did not wipe down the table that was visibly dirty. I had to go back to the counter to find the young Asian girl who initially rang me up. She quickly came over and cleaned the table. I went to get a fork for my salad near the soda machine and there were no forks. I had to go ask for a fork, the girl (who didn't clean my table) handed me a fork and walked away. The fork was dirty. Luckily by then, they restocked the forks near the soda machine. Then comes our pizzas, another woman drops off the pizzas and says she will return with plates. She drops off two plates when we have three people at our table. The entire time the tables remained dirty on my right, left and behind me with gnats flying around the tables. When we left I can see the young Asian girl cleaning the tables on the other side. It seems like she was the only person working. This place needs a shift manager/supervisor .. and if there was one they were useless. The establishment was busy but manageable. It appeared more busy than it was due to the staff not cleaning the tables. Every party that came in after us had to walk around and find someone to clean a table. This place has potential but it's not being ran correctly. Pizza: the pizza is actually delicious however I ordered two medium pizzas and the crust overpowered the slice. When I compared my pizza to the pictures left on Yelp my pizza did not compare. A smaller crust would've made the pizza perfect. My kids enjoyed the pizza so I would consider one more try but if it's a similar experience i would not come back a 3rd time. read more

The pizza we got was called the skinny boy. It was a step below mid. The shrimp was cooked too hard and the seasoning was too much. We had to stop eating it because the salt content was high AF. All elements of the pizza played zero role in taste. The service was great. Everywhere we turned there were dirty tables. The area where you get soda was dirty all around. The floor was dirty, the counter was dirty, and there were no tops for soda. This place has such high potential its was quite disappointing to see the state that it was in.
