I first ordered my pizza and then sat down to check into Yelp. Once I checked in, The Dolce & Cannoli Pizzeria Appreciation Coupon displayed on my iPhone right from the Yelp app. I went to the counter to order a second pizza and showed the lady the 5-dollar coupon. She claimed that she did not know anything about that and came back with an older gentleman. The older man said it was a 3-year-old coupon and then said he did not know anything about Yelp and asked where I got it from. Now, at this point, he's holding my iPhone and looking at the coupon displayed directly from Yelp. I stopped him mid-sentence, telling him that he knew exactly who Yelp was and that he knew about this coupon. We are talking about five dollars; the pizza was only 10 or 11 dollars. Why lose business over 20 quarters?? Well, I'll post the pizza I did purchase before the coupon debacle. Oh, it's not a bad-tasting pizza; it's just a little soggy and needs more sauce. read more

I have had my eyes on this place every time I go to memorial city mall so I decided to finally visit and it wasn't pleasant at all. When I walked up to order the guy behind the counter was on his iPhone he asked what would I like so I ordered pepperoni pizza 10" and for a 10 inch it's pricey about 1.25$ per slice it was mediocre pizza nothing to crazy nothing to fancy nothing to special to go nuts for. Not to mention the guy that took my order was not very friendly or welcoming seemed he was more busy on his phone rather taking care of customers, I checked in with Yelp app and a 5$ offer for 10 inch pizza I showed the guy and he acted as if he didn't know what the offer was he said " I don't even know how to enter this in the system" but oh wait I think I know but my pizza still came out to 8$ and change? Mmmm... It took like 10 mins for my pizza to come out which ordered two pizzas because my family wanted to eat here but like I said pizza was not all that great kinda of a joke if you ask me, we also ordered the turkey panini pesto sandwich and for 8$ it was like a kids sandwich and the turkey tasted like subway meat so I wasn't pleased at all with a 40$ check and tipped these people on top it all I would never go back because of experience and food not all that great. Had a last minute shopping trip to Memorial Mall. Went and craved pizza because of the smell. It's located in the main hall, NOT the food court. It's convenient with seating area, bar, and live service. Loved it! The prices are FANTASTIC. Make your own personal pizza is the way to go. The ingredients looked fresh and vibrant. The people who build your pizza are attentive. Always asking "is this enough?" Or "would you like to add____ it goes well with the other toppings". I've been wanting to try this place out ever since it first came to Memorial City Mall. Well, I finally got my chance and I wasn't disappointed! My husband and I tried out a large pizza - half margarita and half pesto with pepperoni. We also tried the wings - half with lemon pepper and the other half with teriyaki. The Story of the Roaming Sandwich In a land far, far away on a dark and stormy night.... Nah, it was just lunchtime at the Mall. I stopped by Dolce & Cannoli to grab a turkey pesto panini. The gentleman behind the counter made it to order right in front of me. He handed me the order slip to step down to the cash register while the sandwich underwent the magical process of panini-ing. I paid and was told my sandwich would be brought to me. I was not given an order number. That'll be important later. So about 5-7 minutes later as I'm sitting and sipping on my drink I see the customer who had been in line behind me given his sandwich. He opened it. Looked at it a moment and took it back to the counter. He was given a different sandwich, smiled and left. I continue to wait. Finally I approached the counter and asked about my sandwich. It took a moment or two and then I was handed the sandwich which had just recently been served to the wrong customer. Hmmm. What to do. Eat it? Ask for a remake? I was REALLY hungry. I ate it. I'm not sure if it was just the greasy pizza, or if there was something else added to it, but I've had an upset stomach since my visit there yesterday. I take my daughter to American Girl book club in the store once a month.
