They have a nice selection for breakfast and I chose the build your own omelette meal option, which includes a three egg omelette and up to five ingredients, hash browns or breakfast potatoes and a choice of bread. I chose the biscuit and I was not disappointed! (It was so good that I wanted to get some to go!) I also ordered a side of breakfast sausage, as I was pretty hungry. Well, that was unnecessary, as the omelette was LOADED with the ingredients I chose (bacon, sausage, onions, peppers and cheese). The hash browns were done perfectly. Crispy but not too crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The breakfast sausage was also very tasty. The server was quite friendly and she kept an eye on my coffee and offered refills when the cup was getting low. The coffee was fresh and they brought a nice variety of creamers.
