I get reaper tenders at Dave's, Thai Hot at all Thai restaurants (Sadudee Thai, Celadon Kitchen, Bangkok Kitchen), extra extra spicy from all Indian places I order from (Shalimar, Nahoori Point, Indian Flame) and this may have been the top 5 spiciest I've eaten.
