Good burgers and food. I wish the burger meat quality was a bit better- the meat seems sort of sketchy, likely due to the low cost. Staff seems harried sometimes. Clientele is frequently young people (and gets "rowdy" in a very suburban and lame way after 9pm or so). Have been coming here for several years as we pass thru town. They have a good selection on a American style menu. Burgers, Chicken Sandwiches, appetizers, deserts are all really good. Everytime I come here, I've enjoyed myself. They have some great wait staff. Elle was my server tonight and she was fabulous!! As was the food.... I had a diet cola, their famous bacon cheddar fries, honey bbq wings, and my absolute favorite, potatoe boats. I ate 1 of each, LOL! And carried out what felt like 10lbs of food. All for $14.35 I left $7 for tip and have food for two meals or more... But it's a good place that has a lot of specials on draft, bottles of beer, and food too. Food was amazing, our server was 100% on point and didn't even write a single thing down. It was all memory!!! We had absolutely nothing bad to say. Our initial wait time was only 7 mins and the house was packed! Timing of food was perfect (not sure if this was per the kitchen or the server, but it was perfect), drinks never got low, we were even checked on by the manager in customer rounds. Delicious food and I can't wait to try more of the items. Highly recommend!!!! The french onion soup was to die for and MUST HAVE bacon chedder fries!! Our server ANGELO was stellar, extremely nice and made our table feel as he only had us to wait on. The quantity of food is amazing as well as the quality! The burgers are huge! While the staff were friendly and helpful, I really have nothing good to say about the food other than it was priced cheep, or the environment which resembles a cheap bar scene. The burger I had was dry, tasteless, and a lousy excuse of a burger. When I asked the waitress if they could bring me a burger that was a little less cooked, she told me that they "precook" them and that they all come at the same temp. The Jukebox blared rap music so loudly that if made me uncomfortable and was just flat out annoying . I thought the choice of music for a "family restaurant" was ill-favored and disrespectful. Let's start from the top...although the bar and TVs look great BTW. First, our server for a Friday luncheon was decent. I ordered coffee...it was weak and I stirred it with a soup spoon. Then, the Buffalo Chicken dip app was maybe the most disgusting thing I've ate in a while. Then we asked our server about entrees; he suggested we DIDNT get a burger (mind you they have over 20 on the menu and I wish I had listened). This is one of the worst burger joints that I've ever visited. The burgers are the same as the frozen burgers you get from a convenient store. You know the ones that you throw in the microwave? The chips were stale and some were soggy. This is incredibly low quality food at expensive prices. The only people I know who recommend this place live off frozen dinners. I'm not kidding. We've tried this place a few times and it's gets worse each time. This weekend I got the buffalo chicken sandwich and it was basically a McDonald's McChicken patty DRENCHED in buffalo sauce. Wasn't anywhere close to what the price would warrant or that I ever care to have again. My husband got some mess of a burger that he said tasted like the meat had been in the freezer for a couple of years. He said Wendy's burgers tasted 100% better than the one he got here. When this place first opened it was good, they used fresh meat and tried a lot harder. Now that it's popular, they've switched to subpar frozen hamburger and chicken and the food is more cafeteria quality than pricey hamburger joint. IMO, if you're craving a burger, skip Fat Patty's and go a bit further down the road to Five Guys , or even Wendy's. read more

During my trip to visit my friend we stopped in for pre drinks and food here. We sat at the bar and let me say the bartenders were the sweetest girls. They were on top of everything and had a funny sense of humor. The food was absolutely delicious! The fries and sweet potato fries are amazing along with the burgers and sandwiches. Try the Reuben! Awful. This is the only location I've had an awful experience in twice, maybe three times...but everytime. The only good one is in downtown Huntington because it's a better bar scene. I dont like the atmosphere at the one in Teays Valley. My burger was awful. You can't order them to cook them how you prefer bc they are already frozen, so I hear. Not to mention they are full of fillers....not good. Not good food. Now on to the service, my server was absolutely awful!! Never had such a joke of a waitress before. My girlfriend ordered a mix drink and the server asked my girlfriend to find how to make it on her phone. Really?? lol That is the bartenders job, not the customer's job. Second... at one point the server asked if we would be needing her anytime soon because she needed to go outside for a break, I assume a cigg break. It was just awful.
