The best part of my experience was the burger. "The Classic" is a 2-patty all-American cheeseburger. (Combo meal, $14.) But even though I really like salt (it's fat free!), the patties were too salty for me. Speaking of salt, does Fat Shack know there are other seasonings for fries? My SUPER salty fries seemed to have no other seasoning. Fat Shack's management needs to take a field trip to Red Robin, to study how they season their fries. A pet peeve of mine is when you're the customer, you say "thank you", and the person *you're giving money to* says nothing. Doesn't matter if it's in the checkout line at the grocery store, or when someone brings your food to the table as happened here. In fairness, 10 minutes later he did ask how everything was from across the room, and I (untruthfully) gave a thumbs-up. Fat Shack and every other restaurant asking for tips before service need to just stop. It's a hostage situation: "We're about to cook your food and can do whatever we want to it; would you like to tip?"

So I was craving a tasty burger and when I saw that this establishment has been on the Travel Channel and also on Shark Tank I figured It's gotta be good. So I placed my order which was no biggie but I'm guessing they were short-staffed as the guy who took my order was also the cook. They had a steady stream of delivery drivers showing up to pick up orders so it took me about 25-30 minutes to get my order. Get to the AirBnB and the food looked promising. The burger was aight but nothing special. I ordered it with grilled jalapeños and grilled onions but I couldn't taste them. It was cheesy though so it was decent. Needed some seasoning. The onion rings were good and tasty, not oily but kind of on the thin side. The jalapeño poppers with cream cheese were very tasty and they saved the meal to be honest. Don't know if I'll be returning as it was ehhh.

This place is like a burger joint and a carnival had babies!! Definitely some greasy comfort food. The place was very dead but had high traffic for to go. My husband and I ordered to eat there. The food is quite pricey for the type of food they serve. It wasn't to bad but not worth 45 bucks for two people. We ordered a burger fries and mozzarella sticks. Everything is separate. Like a burger is separate price and if u want fries you have to pay separate. Over all the food was good and service was good. I won't be back though because I can get a burger that taste the same for somewhere cheaper w fries and a drink w the meal price.

The jalapeño poppers in mine added just the right amount of spice.

WeldWerks makes some of the very best…read morebeer you'll find, and this tour gave a look into their history and their current process of producing the loads of quality beer they put out every week. It's amazing how much work goes into it, and how complicated it is, and I'm sure everything we saw and were told is only the tip of the iceberg. Our guide Steve was as great a guide as you could ask for. He was friendly, enthusiastic, and informative, and oh, did I mention? He's one of the OGs who started WeldWerks 11 years ago! Besides the tour itself, which alone made the whole experience worth it, we were treated to samples of recent beer, an in-progress taste of Flipped Turned Upside Down (which I absolutely plan to get once the final product hits), fresh-from-the-tank Juicy Bits, and a grand finale flight of hoppy beers that showcase WeldWerks' variety. We also got take as many beer labels from a table as we wanted, and a got a 15% off for today only on purchases from the taproom (a bought another flight, a beer to go, and a sticker). If you missed out on this, don't worry, because WeldWerks is doing a few more tours this year, each with a different theme--today's was "Hops & Hazies". The next will be classic beers like lagers, and I believe the remaining two will be based around barrel-aged beers, and sours. Check it out on Facebook's Events tab. I thought this experience paid for itself several times. P.S.: Steve at the end was discussing things with us, and he happened to mention The Shining, as there is a mural painted on the wall in honor of it in the barrel room, and suddenly the power went out. I told him I will now call the Scarlet Static red ale "Redrum".

The burger was juicy, flavorful, and exactly what you want when a cheeseburger craving hits. The side salad was fresh and I especially loved the vinaigrette--simple but really flavorful. And the fries were crispy and delicious, made even better with the aioli for dipping. Because fries + aioli is always a winning combination. Great food, solid portions, and plenty of flavor. I'd definitely come back!

I wanted to like this place, but the overall experience fell short…read more Food-wise, it's just okay. I ordered a cheese slice, and it wasn't anything memorable. The flavor was very bland-- mostly just tomato sauce and cheese without much depth-- and the crust was overly doughy, almost undercooked. The bigger issue was the service and overall operation. They're listed as opening at 11 AM, but when I arrived with another customer, the doors didn't even open until 11:10 AM. Even then, they clearly weren't ready to be open. There were no slices available, and it didn't feel like they were anywhere close to being prepared for customers. The atmosphere didn't help either. The interaction felt somewhat rude and dismissive, with a lot of excuses instead of solutions. There is a sign stating "no public restrooms," which I initially didn't realize also applied to paying customers. During my visit, two different people came in asking to use the restroom-- want to use it in another just to wash their hands-- and both were returned away. After the second request, the employee put "out of order" signs on both of the restroom doors, which felt misleading. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and underwhelming. The food is mediocre, and the service doesn't make up for it.
