Absolutely massive pizza! My parter wanted pizza and I was going to have one of the delicious hamburgers, so I said we could get both thinking we would take some home. We definitely did take some home. These pizzas are the size of a small table and each slice is gigantic. The servers were great as well. Attentive, friendly and prompt. For the size of these pizzas the value is very good too.

Good stuff. I have been to the original location but that was a good 10+ years ago. Shopping in the area and suddenly remembered knowing this location was here. Stopped in the hopes it wasn't too busy on a Friday night. Surprisingly it wasn't. Every other placed we stopped had a very long wait. I wanted the giant pizza..like really badly, but settled on a giant slice with Italian Sausage and a Cesar salad. Quick, it came out so fast. That was a good thing. The slice is really large as was the salad. I love a thin real crust and this fit the bill of giant, floppy have to fold and eat with 2 hands and a side head tilt pizza. The salad is for 1 was pretty damn big. Packed with croutons and big fresh parm pieces. It was a little heavy on the dressing for me, so I know to ask for it a bit lighter next time. It's served family style so the more who order the bigger bowl to share. One salad for 1 is plenty to share between 2 ppl. The staff was attentive and multiple checked on us frequently, but not so much as to be annoying. There are a bunch of board games there you can play if your in the mood to chill and hang. Overall a fun, active place on a Friday night. They even have an open air patio which would be great on warmer winter days and summers.

I saw that there was this location in Greenwood Village and I've only ever been to the one in Denver on Colfax. It was nice to find this in a not "downtown" location so easy parking - big space. We were able to be seated quickly on a Thursday night - which also happened to be trivia night!! We started with garlic knots. Man - they were great!! It can with marina and queso. So unique and so delish. We had ordered a 12" without knowing it was gluten free only (missed that on the menu). Our waitress was extremely understanding and fired up single slices for us. Those slices were huge on their own so we both were filled. I'm glad I got to bring a New Yorker here and myself being from Connecticut - we approve of this pizza! So good.

Needing to cure to my NYE hangover, my husband and I opted for a lazy Sunday of pizza and football....and let's just say it's dangerous that this spot is so close to home!! Here are the takeaways: ++ Denver Biscuit Co is also Fat Sully's and Atomic Cowboy! Come one, come all! ++ Pies are offered in thin crust in either 20- or 26-inch size. Life is better bigger! ++ Red or white sauce is the sauce of choice - no olive oil here! ++ Build your own pizza is the way to go! We chose the 20-inch red pie topped with pepperoni, pineapple and jalapenos! YUM. ++ You can order online, over the phone or in person...and pick up in the drive thru - or opt for delivery! ++ Friendly staff who are delighted to hand over the biggest pizza box known to man! ha! ++ Pricing is extremely reasonable for the size and quality - you won't be disappointed! Cheers to 2023! #pizzaislife

Woohoo! BF had been BEGGING Denver Biscuit Co to bring Fat Sully's to our 'hood, but finally gave up. Then I saw Katie F's review!!! They closed early yesterday, so we rushed over today. It's got a very bright, fresh vibe. We were seated quickly, and our server was GREAT. Nice blond guy. I did the self-serve coffee, and BF had iced tea. We ordered the Lights Out burger with waffle fries, and a monster 26" pizza, half cheese, half pepperoni and onion. BF insisted that I try the burger. YUM. Really juicy. Fries were delicious. The pizza was flawless. Thin, crispy crust lightly dusted with cornmeal, perfect ratio of cheese and sauce. Shoutout to their Merf's hot sauces! I had never tried them. The pineapple arbol and the berry arbol are the perfect balance of sweet and heat. The jalapeño lime packed more heat, and I skipped the mango and ghost pepper. Maybe another day :-) We're looking forward to returning again and again and again. We used to drive down to the Highlands for Fat Sully's! This location closes at 10 pm, but we'll see. Maybe they'll extend the hours at some point. We also want to try happy hour. Craft beer and cocktail menus look amazing.

This is my second time at "Atomic Cowboy" & it was amazing both times. The Strawberry spritz is delicious & I'm so thankful for a real mocktail menu! The garlic knots are so yummy & come with both white & red sauce to dip. The personal pizza slice is perfect for one, featured is pineapple & Canadian bacon. I felt like it could use more sauce personally, but that's a preference. The servers were very nice. However, the music was skipping the entire time out on the patio which made for a background annoyance throughout the meal. Hopefully they'll get it fixed. I love the vibes here!!

I like that they are the denver biscuit company in the morning and then Fat Sully's after that. It's a great concept. The pizza is huge! You can either get a while 26inch pie or order it by the slice. My daughter and I got the whole pie, it was a lot! But good, the crust is crunchy and very thin. Easily foldable. Probably best with less toppings, so it doesn't weigh down the crust. I enjoyed it but would just get a slice next time, it's plenty! We also shared the garlic parm wings, those are a must have. Their wings are crispy and really flavorful. They give you a lot too. Our server was attentive and really nice. I love their booths, big and comfy. Only reason for the 4 star is the serve Pepsi products. Blah

Finally a closer location making delicious Biscuits and Pizza! Stopped in for a slice! It's the old steak-n-shake location. Love this place! Great staff, great atmosphere, and great food! It's my go to place for New York style Pizza. Lots of toppings to choose from. Locally sourced too. If you want a nice place to get a bite or enjoy a dine-in only 26" pizza, stop by. Plus it's locally-owned too. It's definitely very close to a NY pie! If you are missing the east coast style pizza, stop by. Oh did I mention a fully stocked bar?

Fat Sully's has really upped their game in my recent visit for their pizza. Sulley's pizza slices are enormous as advertised! What I loved this time was the crunch and chew, much better than the previous visit. Sauce was on point making for a nice visit. Service was top notch and the ambiance is pure fun sending you back to a 50's with a modern twist. Just remember Fat Sully's menu is more of an afternoon thing while the Biscuit Company is more for the morning crowd. Enjoy! I did.

Inside was cozy and clean, though it was loud with plenty of fellow diners having boisterous conversations. The appetizer of fried seafood was incredible, and the best thing we ate there. Perfectly fried, lightly dusted to give a crisp outside, while the inside was juicy and tender. Outstanding, and something we will always order when we come here. Salad was also outstanding. We ordered the salad with their namesake, and every component was perfect in the composition. Perfectly dressed too. I had a Nero d'avola wine by the glass, and it was delicious. Quite dark and jammy, so it was fun. For the mains, we got the fish special, squid ink seafood pasta, and the pappardelle ragu. The fish special had wonderful sauce, but the fish itself was a little like it was previously frozen for a long time. Dry in a sense. Overall an alright dish. Squid ink seafood pasta was a little disappointing. Seafood was okay, but did not wow us. Now that many sushi restaurants in town are upping the seafood game in town, I suppose my expectations have risen despite being in a landlocked state. The pappardelle ragu was nice. Somewhat basic sauce, but it is done well. Next time, I will order their signature pasta dish. Apparently it's a homemade family recipe. Last, but not least, dessert. We got tiramisu and panna cotta. The tiramisu was not our favorite. Out of dozens of tiramisu in denver, we only liked 1. And this was not it. But I would say this is above average for denver. Lady fingers were not soaked enough, the cream felt a bit stiff, and i just wanted I to be a bit more of a gooey mess. The panna cotta was excellent. A bit much on the fruit topping, which we didn't care for, but we loved the panna cotta underneath. Overall a very pleasant experience. We are looking forward to our next visit and trying other items on their menu, like their pizza and their meat special.

A couple of weeks ago I found out about this type of "THICK" pizza crust…read more I had told my husband. Since moving here four yrs. ago, I've never found a pizza place I've wanted to return to. After recently finding out about this 'Super Thick Colorado Crust' pizza I was curious. Last week we ordered a 'medium' 3 lb. pie.... We choose the house sauce. (It's DELICIOUS, a bit of a spicy kick) We also added: Sausage, pepperoni, & extra mozzarella. It was $45. Ready in 30 min. exactly when we pulled up. Nice place. Clean. They were so polite. Recommended we take some honey to drizzle on the thick crust. That pizza box didn't stay closed out of their parking lot! (It smelled so good) First Impression: Their sauce. Spicy & flavorful. (My husband does wants to try their plain marinara next time) They DO NOT skimp on their toppings. There was sausage, pepperoni, & cheese EVERYWHERE **Remember napkins!! So we were discussing this pizza not minding the traffic at all coming home. The crust was amazing. Yes, they are correct. Add a drizzle of honey. This pizza fed 5 people. Literally. We all ate. And this is now my pizza spot. I finally found a place. Can't wait to try their spot in Evergreen a drive up there. Then this pizza. Yum.
