In our 4 days in Denver we enjoyed everything at Snooze twice, it was that good! Our servers were so amazing and fun, offered suggestions and checked on us frequently. The morning margaritas and fresh juice they serve are both so fresh and delicious. I ordered the pancake fight with the cinnamon, sweet potato, and strawberry shortcake. All of them were so unique and delicious and big enough to share with friends! The sweet potato ended up being a surprise favorite, it was so full of flavor and tasted like a cozy fall day. The next day I ordered the breakfast tacos and added avocado, and they were incredible as well! The sauce on top adds an awesome flavor to it, and while I thought 3 tacos wouldn't be enough, it definitely was, they were FULL of hashbrowns and eggs! My boyfriends ordered the corned beef hash with over easy eggs and tortillas on the side both days because he loved it so much. Absolutely a place I'd love to revisit. read more

We come here almost weekly and it never disappoints. We tend to go pretty early in the mornings because we have young kids, and the service is always great, I do know it gets busier later though with longer wait times. The food is always delicious and they have lots of options that are tasty every time! We love the atmosphere of this place! It's super bright and fun. And the staff are all so friendly and amazing with great service every time. In particular, Tess is our buddy and always looks out for us and says hi to our kiddos, and Omar went above and beyond to help us out with allergen issues and was so kind and considerate. Our favorite dishes are the habanero pork belly Benedict and the spuds deluxe! We also love getting their pancake of the month too because it's usually super delicious! My only drawback to this place is the price, it's pretty pricey, but we love it so much that it doesn't keep us away. See yall next week lol read more

Came in for a quick breakfast with a friend. I had the smashed avocado Benedict and they had the stuffed French toast. After going to the airport location (which really surprised me) I decided to finally try one of the actual locations. This spot is fine. It's clean, service is friendly and fast. Like, there's nothing bad, but honestly (and I can't believe I'm saying this) but the airport's Benedict tasted better than the one here. It's solid food if you want breakfast, but it doesn't call to me to make this a returning location. I just can't quite put my finger on why. read more

The food is always good at Snooz. I have tried many different things and they have all been good. To me, their specialty coffees are some of the best you can get anywhere. Service is always ok. It feels rushed, but they are trying to cover everybody and get everybody taken care of as quickly as possible. I have a personal preference for a server who doesn't act like I'm just a quick drop off point before they run to the next table. The ambience is open and noisy and boisterous. My biggest complaint with SNOOZ is the wait. A couple Saturday ago, true story, I was told the waitlist was an hour and a half long. An hour and a half!!! To wait for a table for 3 people. We went next-door to the Corner Bakery instead and ordered, got our food, ate our food, and got out still about 45 minutes sooner than we would've gotten into Snooz. I think Snooz is good, but not THAT good. read more

This was my first time to Snooze. All in all, it was a good time. I ordered the Habanero Pork Belly Breakfast Fried Rice, which seemed like I was asking for trouble at a brunch spot. It was actually a great mix of flavors! The portion size was also ideal -- enough to check the brunch box, while not too big to ruin the rest of your Sunday. It was around a 45 minute wait on a Sunday afternoon (1 p.m.), so I'd factor that in if you have other weekend plans. I think I am more of a traditionalist when it comes to brunch, so somewhere like The Original Pancake House checks a few more boxes for me. But if someone invited me to Snooze? Our server gave us a new order of the bacon and also took it off our bill. Didn't love the ambience which was kind of new and modern. First off, nothing screams professional quite like a bit.ly link in a business response on Yelp. Because when I'm voicing frustration about hidden price hikes, what I really want is to click a shortened link like I'm being lured into a spam trap. Excellent job. Second, what does that magic link lead to? A form to resubmit the very same review I already posted here. Brilliant. Truly groundbreaking customer care: "We didn't read what you wrote, but could you please write it again somewhere else so we can ignore it properly?" And the most telling part? At no point did ownership deny or verify the 40% price increase I called out. They didn't address it at all. No explanation, no clarification, no accountability, just a canned "we're sorry you feel that way" and a spammy link. This isn't hospitality. This is laziness disguised as "engagement." And it confirms exactly what I suspected: the ownership is either clueless, indifferent, or both. The food is good. The staff is great. But with ownership this incompetent and dismissive, I could never step foot in any of their establishments again. read more

Seems to me since Snooze has a "retro vibe" the playlist should reflect that; Sinatra, Bennett, Ella Fitzgerald, Miles Davis, Charlie Parker. The techno dance music or loud metal just doesn't work. Been to snooze many times. Came on Mother's Day and expected it to be busy. Got sat and our server dropped silverware at our table and never came back. We thought she was a busser. After about 10 minutes (that is a long time to sit and not have even a drink order taken) I ask a server if he knows who are server is. She was an older lady who was walking around lackadaisical like there was not a care in the world, and was very slowly taking an order from a table that sat after us. The server i asked to find our server, Joe, was very helpful and I asked him to take us if it wasn't going to set him back. He was AMAZING. Quick and efficient, and even brought us an appetizer because our other server didn't have a care in the world. Food was fantastic, and Joe helped make an amazing Mother's Day for my mom. I work as a bartender / server and I can honestly say it was UNACCEPTABLE how long our original server had us waiting. She even had the nerve to come over to our table and express her disappointment that we asked for another server. She also stood near the drink bar behind us most of our visit and gave us unpleasant stares. This lady has ZERO business being in the industry, let alone a server. She was rude, and walked around like service is on her terms and speed. Thankfully Joe was there and saved the day. Snooze, you know who this server is and she should not be a server. It's a great spot with a uniquely Colorado menu. I have been here a couple of times and am completely surprised by the delicious food! I came with a friend late on Thursday morning, and it was a relaxed atmosphere. And on a Sunday (avoid the weekend if you can)it is very crowded and loud. You must try the crab omellete; it is yummy. Christen was our waiter for the first time, and she was terrific. Great service! Prices are what you expect nowadays. Plenty of free parking! read more

Generally unappetizing dish. Ingredients were not very fresh. Avocado was over ripe and beginning to get yellowish grey. Sausage crumble was not freshly griddled as depicted in the picture, just chopped and kinda grey looking. Scrambled eggs did not appear freshly scrambled but batch scrambled and scooped onto the bowl. Don't know for sure how the kitchen actually prepares their eggs etc. The bacon was crisp and hot and very edible. I can't recommend a kitchen where the food is not prepared at least as good as I would prepare at home. Disappointed in this dish. The peanut butter maple syrup that came with the protein pancakes, was insanely good. The server was very rude and inappropriate. When taking our order, she kept skipping to the next person before the person ordering had a chance to finish adding/ modifying. She responded with a snarky "that's enough food" when collecting our menus. She NEVER checked on us after the food was delivered. I had to get out of my seat to go find her to ask for a cup of ice. I guess this place was a snooze for me, ha. The description of the food is way better than what you actually get. I was sad to find out they got rid of the breakfast pot pie. We came here on Thursday and then ordered take out on Sunday. Snooze is consistent delicious and I always bring out of town guests here. We had a delightful server who has helped us before. She's so kind to y son which is always nice too. You can't go wrong with their selection of breakfast items from eggs, pancake flights, French toast and omelets. They take it to another level with a seasonal menu, salads and bowls. I always find at least 4 items that I want to order! You can join the waitlist from the app which is really helpful on busy weekend days. Today is the Hotcake Divas and Doing my usual thing celebrating my birthday at Snooze. Though I'm celebrating at a different location due to the usual one I go to is being renovated. Today's pancake was their Blueberry Danish pancake. So I was expecting the usual blueberries inside of the batter pancake but of course Snooze does it's own twist. No hidden berries as everything was in the sauce. And the graham cracker topping made it all the better. I'm not doing it any justice. You just have to try it. The Diva definitely gives this pancake 5 stars. On top of that the service is great as everyone is very personable and military receives a discount. read more

The staff were really putting the "snoozefest" in their service this morning. I understand a wait when it's busy, but I watched the buss staff walk past tables that needed to be cleared multiple times without any sense of urgency when there was an hour + wait. So many staff just wandering around aimlessly, including the person who seemed to be manager. Props to the hostess and our server for trying to make up for the delays with some free items. The food was good, the strawberry shortcake pancakes were delicious, but everything is still overpriced. Our overall reflection was that it wasn't worth the levels of hanger we experienced and we won't be returning. read more

My experience in Snooze Southglenn today was disappointing. A friend that I had not seen for several years selected this place for us to meet and catch-up. It was a little after 10:30 am when we were seated. My friend had already had some breakfast and just wanted a beverage and asked if blueberry muffins were available. Server J said, in my opinion, condescendingly, "Corner Bakery down the street has blueberry muffins, we have english muffins." I ordered The Classic. We had to ask for some water. Server J did not seem too pleased as she took our order. My friend and I were chatting away when our order was brought to the table. As I was eating, I noticed my bacon was undercooked on one half but well done on the other half; it was unevenly cooked. It looked to me like the pan they cooked the bacon in was heated unevenly and that is why the bacon was like that. I had eaten my toast, potatoes and egg before the server came to check on us. I brought the bacon to the server's attention and she agreed it was undercooked and she only offered another order of bacon and I declined since I was done with my meal. She said she would take the plate with the undercooked bacon to the cook. In retrospect, I should not have accepted my plate of food. I worried the whole day when I got a slight headache or my stomach was rumbly that I may have gotten sick from undercooked bacon touching my other food. I used my Christmas gift card to pay for my disappointing meal and service. My friend left a tip. The only good thing about this experience was seeing my friend. read more
