Asked to be contacted back to make sure my application/resume went through, and he Kept telling me it probably did but wouldn't tell me for sure or take my info. So I waited two days and called again. The hiring manager, Audrianna, said she would "call mid week the following week to set up interviews". Didn't hear back all week so I called the following Friday, the 10th, and was told she was sick and would be calling Monday to "set up interviews". Monday comes and goes, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt since it was MLK day, and even waited the full day Tuesday, and called again Wednesday and was finally informed, by what I assume to be the same uninformed guy from before, that they already filled the position. Got strung along for two weeks, excuse after excuse, promised to get a call to set up an interview, and nothing. Finally informed the guy who was there, who had zero clue of anything, to just take my name out of the running and to get rid of my application/resume. Don't want to work for people like that. Also, they don't require their employees to have knowledge about vapes so I'd go somewhere where they actually know what they are selling and can answer questions for you. Sad that businesses are allowed to treat people like this. ‍

The guy I spoke to was short with me and unfriendly saying "all sales are final there's absolutely nothing we can do, it's state law". He asked me if I opened them up and tried them in the store, that was never offered to me or suggested. I told him that I understand what he said about state law prohibiting the issue of a refund. However I just moved to the area and I'm trying to find my regular local vape shop. I said this is my first time coming to your shop and $20 wasted. Really good prices, definitely not going to get ripped off. Customer service is huge, esp when I don't know what I'm doing. They always help me out when I need something. Often times patiently deciphering my charade like descriptions of my vape mod problems. Diagnosing, recommending and happy to teach me the "what" and "why", so I can understand down the road. They don't make me feel like a total tool or an annoyance. Even a couple hours ago, at weekend closing time, Isaac tweaked my butane lighter that I thought was a total goner. Plenty of affordable mid-line stuff as well as your generic cheap junk, and plenty of support for local glass artists too! Something in every price range really. I went in with my hubby looking for a new water pipe and left with a (in my opinion) gorgeous soda-lime glass piece. It caught my eye on the shelf the moment we walked in and at only $45 I think it was a steal. The owner was also friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. He seemed very happy to talk about his shop and about anything on display with candidness. At no point did I feel like he was pressuring us to consider the more expensive pieces and seemed more concerned with matching me to what I wanted.
