Excellent customer service from Ernie, I'm from out of town and I love fatburger because of the vegan options. But the favorite been back twice in week should say a lot. Ernie remembered me from last time and had the same bright smile and welcoming energy. He made sure everything was good and hand made my vegan shake for me. The food taste so fresh and doesn't seem like anything has been sitting out. There's not many vegan options where I'm staying so I will be back plenty the month I'm here. First of all this review is not a reflection of the employees or the cleanliness of the restaurant which was fine. This franchise may want to change the name because the burger was anything but "FAT". I got the "original" meal because it would seem like a logical place to start. I thought it was funny the way the burger was wrapped up as to assume I wouldn't be able to take control of this mammoth sandwich. The vegetables were cold and fresh and 3 to 4 times thicker than the ultra slim burger, which made it cold throughout. I know I paid for cheese, but I never saw it. So basically after I left $1.50 tip by the register I was out almost 16 bucks for what could only be described as the skinniest most insignificant flavorless "burger" I have ever had. I see that they sell an impossible burger, that should pair nicely with the invisible burger that I had. It was around 2 PM so the place was relatively empty except for a four top that was already eating. I know how long it would take to cook a burger this size and the skinny fries. It just seemed to take much longer than it should. I don't eat McDonald's because I think it's crap , in fact, I know it is. But at least when you go in there, you know what you're getting. This franchise is a joke. I noticed there is a restaurant next-door called Slim Chickens. Welcome to Slim Burger . That's the chance I'll be back in one of these places. The very helpful cashier explained the Skinny Burger (not on the menu, FYI) to me and it sounded perfect. Turns out, it was perfect! Nice crispy edges on the burger patties. I had been curious to try Fatburger every time I've got to LA but hadn't ever gotten around to visiting (my husband would always just want to just keep going back to in n out) so I was really excited to finally have one open near me in Celebration! The location is kind of small but it wasn't too busy when we went. The restaurant is super clean and it's a nice vibe in here. I went with my husband and we each ordered the original Fatburger. The burger was really solid and was a very good take on a classic burger in my opinion. We also got both the fat and skinny fries. They were both good but we both agreed that the skinny fries were better. We also tried their crispy chicken sandwich and I was shocked at how good the quality was! You get not one but two choices of fries , either skinny or fat and then Choose your burger either of the original, the double, Or the triple. The burgers were fantastic!! The reason for losing one star is the menu is so limited at this location. They only had burgers and none of the specialty burgers. The kids menu was only burgers (one of my kids doesn't like burgers and online said they had hot dogs which they don't at this location) the service was great the food came out pretty quickly. Oh I almost forgot the water didn't work on the soda machine it came out soda water instead of flat water. It's a small place but the food was all great just wanted a little more. But I think we will be back we will just bring something for our son who doesn't want burgers so he can eat more than fries. read more

I was definitely excited when i found out FL finally had a Fatburger. I had to make a trek over to Celebration because I dont live close. I ordered a Double Fatburger and an Oreo Milkshake, i can't lie... it was worth the drive. It had been years since the last time I enjoyed Fatburger during an LA trip. It lived up to my memory and expectations. The service was amazing alone with a playlist I didn't experience to enjoy the way I did. I felt like a child the way I was bouncing and enjoying my food. We waited nearly 30 minutes a just for the order to be incorrect. Additionally we waited 20 more minutes for the order to be corrected. The food was fine but not worth the hassle, you could go to another fast food place to receive the same experience. We are disappointed to say the least. read more

Foods decent location is brand new so it's very nice and the service was good. Really the biggest drawback is the price it's not terrible but 15.99 for a double burger and fries just seems a little expensive for a fast food place. I placed an online order for a burger on a bed of lettuce and sweet potatoes fries. Once I made it back, I noticed that they didn't give any lettuce. They put a burger patty with tomato and thousand island dressing in a box. I checked the confirmation, and it clearly says, "No bun (bed of lettuce)," which is a selection in their system, not something I typed. I've tried calling them three times, and no one will answer the phone. I even tried to use the contact us form on their website and it says, "Sorry, this form is not open to new submissions. Order Number #32764513455292416 This was a pick up order that I initially went to pick up for my Son. Looking forward to a good lunch as a FIRST time customer patronizing your restaurant. As all lunch time businesses are busy for lunch in organizing orders to go I asked for an order with the name "Gaffney" on it prepaid & one of your counter person couldn't either understand when pronouncing Our last name couldn't find it until I told Her what was called in for pick up. I said the order only has 3 burgers in it. (We recorded a "come & pick up for the order is ready & went right over) So she says here it is on the to go counter. I thanked them & left. Upon opening up the order after arriving home, it was the wrong order. So I bring it back & that same counter person cops an attitude & states "it's my fault for not looking in the bag". So who in Gods name condones customer service like that? The manager thankfully came over to straighten out the mistake still with this counter person commenting the while I'm speaking with a very nice man managing the store and come to find the order only to be on the counter right in front of Her. Your food was excellent as was your manager. However, that employee at the counter who initially waited on me would be the reason my NEVER patronize your restaurant ever again not just because of Her unforgivable customer service but disappointing note is that the Manager didn't reprimand Her in front of me.
