My first time at this location. It's next to a bunch of other dining establishments near 192. However, there's plenty of parking. I had come with a large party of 20+ but we notified ahead of time and they gave us a large table in the back of the restaurant. Our server and staff were awesome at organizing orders. I got the Ultimate Sampler which was the perfect amount of food and the right taste of all my favorite items on the menu. A big fan of Buffalo Wild Wings in general and thus experience was not the exception, but the rule. To start, usually the servers are great. We had Nelly and she was stellar. Sat at the a table in the main area and ordered drinks, just a beer and a mixed drink, but it took like 10 minutes to get to our table. We had ordered by then and had our tea and a coke before our original drinks. The food is always hit or miss. Their boneless rings are never hot, like they have been sitting in the back under a hot lamp. We asked for our trading wing cooked well, extra crispy. They got that right, but all the veggies were soaked in water and slimmy. Yuck!!! Plenty of TVs if you'd like to watch a game. And all in all, okay. Wish the food was more consistent. We somehow became the lunch rush , arriving as a party of eight followed by two couples, so just three occupied tables with two servers. Despite the light crowd, service moved slower than molasses , which was surprising for a place with this much capacity. Our server was genuinely kind and sweet , but our order had mistakes, she frequently disappeared, and even after five or six attempts ‍, the bill still wasn't correct. I certainly didn't expect that level of difficulty when the restaurant was only managing three tables. On the plus side, there's tons of room for large groups , and the classic sports bar atmosphere makes it an easy place to gather and catch a game. The food was decent , though nothing that overshadowed the service challenges. Parking is plentiful , so at least arriving and finding a spot couldn't be easier. I walked into Buffalo Wild Wings at the ripe age of 18, already trembling when they told me I had to sit at the bar. I was scared -- but alongside my aging (yet still sufficiently adequate) partner, Maraino, we stumbled in, frothing at the mouth for wings. Exactly 2 hours and 94 minutes later (don't question the math, I lived it), half my order finally arrived -- and of course, it was naked, unsauced, and dripping only with the shame of a sad reputation. Ordered wings for pickup and everything was correct. It was a standard Buffalo Wild Wings, lots of TVs for sports and a bar in the back with a lot of tables in the dining room. We might try dining in some time in the future when football season picks up. Overall the wings were very good and hit the spot. Just one thing I noticed was that the server taking care of the dining room had to get ours and another group's to go orders and took some time doing that. Our waiter Andrew was fantastic, he was friendly, patient, informative, and attentive. With that said, our food weren't great. We only stopped by for some snacks after mini golf. We ordered the nacho supreme and the pick 6 for $19.99 deal and soft drinks. The regular lemonade was very flavorful but the taste reminds me of soap. The black cherry limeade was pretty good, it's like a sour cherry soda. The chips for the nacho felt stale and the $2 extra charge for guacamole was NOT worth it. It was super tiny amount and one of the most bland guacamole ever. For the pick 6, I did both upgrade to traditional wings, one with fries and the other tots. The fries taste old and not crispy at all, the tots were so much better. They didn't season neither the fries or tots which is fine because there's salt and pepper on the table but the fries was not good, GET TOTS. The chicken were basically fried to jerky toughness but the sauce were great. We got hot buffalo which was decently spicy. The parm garlic was flavorful but the meats on them were just so tough. Also, if you order the $19.99 pick 6 deal through their app or online for pickup or delivery, you don't pay the extra upgrade charges. The food is always fresh and delicious! The quality is amazing. I'm very picky with wings, but this chain is my favorite. The staff is usually pretty friendly, but sometimes they are pretty busy and no one is there to seat you for a while. But other than that, the ambiance is nice and quiet. Went here on a Tuesday to use a gift card. Was pleasantly surprised it was bogo traditional wings (minimum 15). The server was attentive and quick! Inside was average not too many people, and masks were not enforced. Wings came out really quick and they were perfectly sauced! The nachos were average, we added the guac, but it was such a small amount, wouldn't have added it otherwise. The salad was also average, the dressing was supposed to be a vinaigrette but I really couldn't place the flavor. Paying was all via mobile phone so that was quick. It got really busy as we left. I am ONLY leaving this review based on Abbey's service. Came in, sat down in the bar area as we usually do and waited. And waited. And waited. Finally after 15 min Abbey came out from the bar to get our drinks started. Never saw a waitress despite there only being two tables occupied. Abbey got our drinks and then we waited some more while she helped the people who arrived at the actual bar. Came back to take our order as it had been about a half an hour at this point. (Jill is usually our waitress and that is why we keep coming back to this location - we are local-but did not see her here tonight). Abbey ended up taking our order, checking on us and keeping our beer refilled. She has been running food orders out, taking care of her bar and our table of 7 ON HER OWN. Two other servers showed up and seem to be really struggling to keep up with orders/drinks and have 3 tables each. This is the worst service I have ever seen at ANY BWW. Most of these folks are veterans (as we are) and are sporting their gear, shame on this location! (Please note, the dining room is only about a third full). For being in a very high traffic location with MANY other eateries to choose from, you really should be ashamed. We will be back to support Abbey-who's other half is deployed BTW- and to see her hardworking face again. Unfortunately she had to deal with many mistakes from the kitchen. First, the friend pickles came. In my 20+ years as a patron, I know that they normally come in a larger paper container with enough to share among 8 people. What we got today was a joke....it looked like a half order! When asked, another person (presumably a manager) simply stated that "this is they way they do it now..." Next, a "basket of onion rings came. The order was also about half what you would expect for $9. On three separate occasions, servers came to deliver items to our table that we did not order... Last, my order of (10) traditional wings came. I had to ask for the blue cheese seperate, and, the order had only (9) wings! Had I not been so disappointed with the appetizers, I would have never even counted but considering our experience, I counted and they were short..... BWW is BWW so we stopped by for a quick dinner. It took a little while to be seated and the table was just wiped...but leaving a sticky residue. Our waiter was very animated; I was feeling Disney character vibes from him. Ordering our food went well, but it was kind of downhill from there. Our appetizers came with no sauces so we asked another waiter since we couldn't flag ours down and were forgotten. My dad literally had to walk to our waiter to ask for sauce after several minutes we finally got some brought to our table. We ordered a large traditional wing with 4 different flavors...and when it came out, they were all basically on top of each other and the stickers all in one corner. We thought the stickers would help a little, but they were not much of a help. We had to do process of elimination of where each flavor was located through taste testing and color. Do you know how much of a struggle it is looking at various shades of brown sauce in a dimly lit place??? It was basically wing roulette, you get what you touch and that's it! Also, the vegetables in the salad were a little too large for liking. BWW is BWW, but not this BWW. 4 stars for a great and efficient service I've received! It could've been 5 stars but this establishment reeked so much! The smell was so strong it slapped my nose. It's not the first time I've smelled a sewer smell walking into other Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants since the bathroom is near the front door, but damn this restaurant really needs to work on keeping the place smelling good. So we were greeted by smiling hosts and had the option of choosing anywhere to seat as it was a Wednesday, 5 PM in a touristic location. In other words, tourists are busy playing at the theme parks lol so you know I came at a good time. Plenty of parking spots, too. As soon as we were seated, our waiter came and he brought out everything in a timely manner and very professional. The cheese curd appetizer - OMG, it's a must! And they had happy hour on the boneless wings so it was like a 40% discount from the original price so it was so worth it! I commend this establishment on their Asian zing because it tasted REALLY good. I never tasted it this well from other Buffalo Wild Wings I've been to. Can't wait to go back. Came in and they were out of ice and received Luke warm water. So the waiter offered bottled soda. But then came back and said that was out of stock. So then she suggested $3 beer on tap since it was cold. Came back a few minutes and said that was out too and asked if there is another beer we want. We asked if it could be same price as the special she said she would check. Came back and said manager said no because he brought one bag of ice from the gas station in (which instantly melted in our warm water). So we asked just for a modelo. When we get bill beer was listed as $7.75 I asked why she said unless you specifically specify we always give the largest beer and not the regular price. My wife ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wedge salad. Talk about small. One very small chicken tender with 3 small wedges of lettuce. Blue cheese crumbles with no dressing which we had to ask for. So I came here on vacation to have some wings and some drinks with my family. Thank god I am not from here because I have never experienced such awful service before. Such bad service that I had to write this and let it be known. Our server, whom I did not get her name but her shirt said "certified trainer" on it, gave us the worst service you could have at a restaurant. She checked in on us maybe once for refills and didn't refill everyone's drinks. She never smiled and looked annoyed. When she brought out our food she basically just dropped it off and never came back to check how anything was. My wings were ice cold, everyone else's food was whatever. We were hungry so we just ate it. Also, I forgot to mention we did have appetizers, which the empty trays sat in front of us the entire time. Once finished, we pretty much bussed and stacked everything neatly for her since none of the staff seemed to care to do so. When she dropped off the check, I asked her "did we do something to upset you?" She asked us why and I explained that she gave us such horrible service that it seemed she was mad at us. I then asked her if she was the trainer and she said yes and asked why. I explained everything she did wrong, honestly, basic serving 101. She then had the nerve to say she was probably busy and began to talk back to me. No apologies, no sympathy. We were all dumbfounded. I left her a $40 spite tip as my nephew asked to speak to a manager. We ended up just getting up and leaving but he stopped at the door and we explained it all again. He basically just said sorry and I questioned him if she was really a trainer and he said yes and that she needs to be retrained. He didn't offer us anything at all, just sorry's. I hope someone who matters sees this and puts her in line. She shouldn't just be going through the motions, and worst of all, possibly train people to work that way which at this establishment it seems that is how it is running.
