As always my Chick-fil-A is full of smiling faces and a fast moving drive-thru even in the middle of lunch time on a Saturday. I love the fact that they have face-to-face ordering and the food runner is moving quickly in and out of the cars to deliver my chicken and my warm cookie hot and delicious. Their employees are always so friendly and they always are warm and inviting. Extremely dissatisfied with this location we just came from the Chick-fil-A towards 4 corners and were heading this way when we realized my wife's Diet Coke was normal Coca-Cola and my grilled chicken sandwich was made with a small sized chicken breast. We came to this location because we had already driven the 3 miles or more and figured we could get this fixed. This store gave us the worst issue about it and said all Chick-fil-A is owned independently. That we were required to buy a new order from them.... They forced us to buy a new sandwich and new drink. This is the true customer service of this location. So be mindful they don't actually care about the customer. Unless it doesn't favor the business. My friend and I came here pick up dinner on a Saturday night before the Walt Disney World Marathon. We placed our order on the mobile app and waited at the pick-up area for the food to be brought out. Our order was for a market salad with cold chicken filet, a Cobb salad with grilled chicken nuggets, and a frosted lemonade. The staff seemed to be more focused on drive-thru orders, but still the wait wasn't too long. Once our food was ready, we took it back to our hotel to eat. I suggest you do not order takeout from this location. My friends and I ordered takeout 20 minutes before we picked up our order and it was not even ready when we got there. They use the excuse that they only make it to order when you get to the location. If you were in a rush, you literally have to wait another 15 minutes for your order and it's best to just literally order at once you get to the location or go to the drive-through. For my inconvenience, they did not offer me any remedy or an apology. I paid over $60 in advance for my order . It will not be ready when you get here even if you order 20 minutes in advance. There's another Chick-fil-A down the road and they are so sweet. They even have people waiting to help you for pick ups. I will drive to the other store on Irlo Bronson and drive the extra 10 minutes just to go to a different Chick-fil-A. I hardly ever write bad reviews, but this was a terrible experience. read more

Leaving a Disney World resort after several days in Orlando, my kids were hungry and voted on Chick-fil-A for breakfast. So Chick-fil-A it was. 4 breakfast meals - three chicken, egg and cheese bagels - with hash browns, along with lemonade, orange juice and unsweetened tea for my kids. A Chick-fil-A biscuit, hash browns and coffee for me. Total order - $28.13, including tax. Not a bad deal for attraction packed Orlando. And certainly less expensive than I paid the day before eating breakfast at our hotel. Drive thru server was friendly and polite, although the wait was a bit longer than I expected. Normally at Chick-fil-A we are asked if we want ketchup or other condiments. On this occasion, we had to ask for ketchup. Not a big deal and the bag had plenty of napkins. When we were last at Disney, we stopped here every morning for a week. We went through the drive-thru and ordered breakfast and also two regular chicken sandwiches that we took into the Park each day for lunch. I had no idea they served the chicken sandwiches during breakfast. I was surprised they said, "Yes" when I asked. They don't have them ready though, so you will have to wait about 10 minutes for them. I have been going to Chick-Fil-A restaurants for many, many years and I've been to a lot of them. I gave this one 5 stars because of the fabulous customer service we received every morning. Most of you already know that Chick-Fil-A is known for their outstanding customer service at all of their restaurants, but they really went above and beyond here. A little something extra they did here every morning was put mints and those little hand sanitizer napkins in the bag with our food. It may not seem like much, but I haven't seen it done at any Chick-Fil-A before. Because we had to wait the 10 minutes every morning, we would have to pull forward. Each morning a different person brought our food out, but every one of them brought it with a smile and wished us a good day. The size of the piece of chicken on the sandwiches were also huge every day on every single sandwich. This is a solid location. The service is good and the food is in line with how a C-F-A should be! It's always hopping busy at lunch, as most locations tend to be, but they move you through very efficiently. We like the management at this location a lot. They don't try to re-invent the wheel (see my review for the 535 location) and they are VERY active/present to the customers. That gets high marks here. I really should come to this location more often than the 535 location. It is a much better store. Fast food reviews are always tough... but this is a good C-F-A. read more

Pros: Nice location, relatively short drive off of route 4 and close to all the Disney They have curb side pickup, in addition to drive up and inside dining (hadn't seen that until I went here). Cons: Communication was an opportunity. I placed an online order for breakfast and chose curbside pick-up. After waiting for 10 minutes, the employee came out and told me there were no biscuits. This was after 2 other customers had pulled up and got their orders. I understand that food runs out but the fact that I had to wait 10 minutes for them to tell me my order couldn't be completed, I wish they told me earlier as a curtesy. The fries were cold and because it was raining the bag busted open all over the car. Worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. We've been a few times as we are local & love CFA. Service is NOT your typical CFA experience. Pulled up one afternoon and the server said "what do you want" with a terrible attitude, huffed and puffed, and did not say my pleasure. Argued with us another time because our drink order was entered incorrectly and apparently it was putting them out to give us what we actually asked for. Tried mobile ordering to avoid the staff as much as possible and it took FOREVER. Kept trying bc we really do love CFA & the food was always good but we won't be back anymore solely bc of service.
