Finally had reason to drive out to Celebration Fla. Friends holidaying in Kissimmee Fla. I recommend meeting at Fatburger, closer to them, since they are out of town. I drove from the Conway area and I'm glad I did. My first time to Fatburger and will not be my last. I had the Original and fat fries. Outstanding sandwich, fries delicious! Wish I had photos...but these thoughts didn't hit me until after eating all of them. Anyway before leaving I ordered two more Originals and fat fries and Chickenburger. Needless to say I will be making the 30 minutes plus drive again, since no store is on my side of town. Service was extremely friendly and helpful. read more

A must if you love a good burger! Had the thousand island burger on a gluten free bun and it was delicious! So flavorful. The sweet potato fries were crisp and delicious and the fat fries were crunchy on the outside and pillowy potato perfection on the inside (similar to Red Robin without the seasoning). My husband had the BBQ rodeo burger and he gives it two thumbs up. Welcoming atmosphere and excellent customer service from all of the staff. Super clean as well. read more

Worst experience ever! Waited 30 minutes for food and another 10 minutes for a shake they forgot. Management didn't apologize for delays. Soda machine was not working, they still charged full price for meals and gave us one can of soda to equal a medium soda that I should have been able to refill. Burger was cold and onion rings were subpar. Sign says 8-12 minutes for burger to not rush perfection but it was far from that even with a 30 minute wait. read more

They don't serve the full menu. I'm from southern California so a fat burger is always with Chili and a side of onion rings. They don't have chili or onions rings. We also ordered a milk shake came out like water and they got upset when we asked them to remake it. They did but still was watered down like there was no ice cream in the milk shake. If there is more than one car in the drive thru you will be waiting for over 45 minutes. I do appreciate that the food is cooked fresh, however the burger is simply not good. I've had burgers at restaurants throughout the country and also other countries and this is just not a good burger. The burgers are great and I love the 2 options of fries (skinny/fat). I wish they had onion rings!! I am greeted Everytime I walk in, so service is friendly. Seating is spacious with 2 big screen tvs. Great for sports so you don't miss any action while you grab a meal. I don't like their online order process. Ernie made my first time at Fatburger a great and memorable experience. He was very helpful and delivered a quality meal that was made from a hardworking group of people. Everything needs to improve. 47 minutes is too long to wait!!! I placed a very basic order(original fatburger with fat fries and a root beer). I paid and was handed a root beer and expected the normal 5/10/15 minute wait. The order was placed at 12:16pm. All good at this point. I waited, and waited, then waited some more. I have been here more than 6 times without an issue and started to like the burgers. Today however my food never came. I had to open my door and tap on your door before anyone would even acknowledge I was standing there. A lady came over and said that they were busy, then she said without checking my receipt that because I had such large order I should understand that it would take them some time. I did not understand since I had only a very simple combo. I showed her my receipt and she Oh, sorry about that. No mention made of when my order would be ready. At this point a little empathy would have helped since it was fast approaching an hour since I placed the order. Her solution was, "would you like your money back." We I then had a refund receipt, but no lunch. I accept the fact there are a lot more important things than what I have for lunch, however I can assure you that whenever the subject of trying Fatburger again comes up, the only thing I will remember is today. I've been dying for Fatburger to make its way to Central Florida ever since watching their episode on undercover boss. Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and helpful. Spike, the manager, introduced himself to us and was very knowledgeable about the business and very friendly in conversation. The food was fresh and fantastic. I got the original with skinny fries and it was about $12 with some change. Pricier than some fast food burger chains, but the quality of Fatburger exceeds the competitors by a landslide. The only down side is there is a small dining area and it took us a few minutes to find a seat due to large crowds. read more
