RUN!!!!!! If Paul Turpin or Amy are involved run! The project was to install a shower base, flooring and wall tile with tile baseboard. The project was to be completed within a week by "their crew" of installers. It was not... Not only did one amateur subcontractor who did not know what he was doing but admitted that he had never installed wall tile and several other installations that were to be done in a bathroom. I contacted Paul who claimed to not know much about what was going on, since he had been on vacation in Belize. He said to contact Amy the "project manager" about the status of the job. Contacting Amy was interesting with her telling me that the project would be done in 6 days. 6 WEEKS! later it was still incomplete. The subcontractor arrived on his own schedule, which could be days apart, showing up unexpectedly and proceeded to dry cut tile, mix mortar and grout inside the home without taking any measures to control or contain the dust. The job was not only "a hack job", but he also left a significant mess, spreading dust throughout the entire house. He then claimed the work was completed when it clearly was not. We were not only left with an incomplete project but a house full mortar, grout and tile dust covering not just the floors, but everywhere the dust could float through the air and settle. Flooring installation was decent. But salesman Paul and planner designer Amy, showed no desire to get agreed upon details right, once large deposit was paid. All attempts to clarify order or install details, were brushed off coldly and abruptly by both. Also they attempted to shove thru an inferior product detail we made clear numerous times we didn't want. This could have prevented a bunch of grief for the installer and us as customers, and saved us all time and money. We feel like we were lied to in order to get our business. I have no complaints about the quality, materials, or work, but this company does not keep it's word. I was given a very detailed quote. I was told that if I moved the furniture they would refund me and if they didn't have to remove the linoleum (which they didn't) I would not be charged. After the work was completed, I called to get the refund and was told it would be credited to my card. Fast forward a year. I recommended this company to a neighbor and started looking at the invoice and my credit card statement. I was never credited the $120 for furniture removal or the $105.75 since they did not remove the linoleum. I then noticed that my charge card was billed an extra $232.00 over the quoted amount. I contacted the company to request a refund. I was told my request would be sent to the project management team. I have not heard back from them, so I wrote to let them know. My next step is to take them to small claims court as I am being ignored and should not have to pay for work that was not done, and not receive a refund for the overcharge. read more

My wife and I recently purchased some flooring from Utah Flooring & Design and had them do the install. We are very happy with the way the install turned out but there were some issues during the install we were not happy about. Jack came out to give us a bid. The installers name was Edgar. The office rep was Cindy. When the installer arrived around 11:00AM he was talking on his phone using a Bluetooth device. The installer continued to talk on his phone a good amount of time. At one point my wife was on her phone with a friend and was asked what she was watching due to the talking in the background, my wife stated the tv was off and that was the flooring installer. When he saw my wife approaching the screen door he opened the door and proceeded to walk into our house, this is a problem because we have a dog that likes to run away and also that is totally unacceptable behavior when at a stranger's house. At the beginning of the visit my wife advised the installer that we wanted any flooring scraps that were left over, since we paid for all the flooring. My wife also advised we wanted all the base molding scraps that were left over as we purchased the base molding ourselves. The flooring was being installed in the upper level of our house and during the installation my wife was on the main level of our house. There are only 10 stairs between the main and upper level of our home. At one point the installer stated he did not have enough flooring to complete the job but was able to reconfigure to make it work. We did not understand how he could not have enough flooring as Jack from the company came out to measure and give us a bid. At one point my wife heard the installer using our bathroom without the door closed and he left the toilet seat up. Totally unprofessional. Without the install completed the installer told my wife he had to leave at around 6:00PM for an appointment . When he left he did not clean up the work area leaving a mess in our bathroom, hallway where he was installing the flooring and on our stairs. When the installer returned he parked in our driveway. After a short time my wife asked him to move his van because I would be home shortly. He did pull his van in the street but was still partially blocking our driveway. When I arrived home I was unable to park in my normal spot due to the installer having his saw set up and a pile of debris on the driveway. There was also another spot on our driveway where he had been trimming the flooring. When I went inside the installer was just finishing up and started taking his tools out to his van. My wife once again mentioned that we wanted the leftover scraps but he had already put them in his van. We had to remind him to go get all the scraps for us. After he brought us the scraps he said he was done and left without cleaning up the mess in the work area or on our stairs. At this point my wife was very frustrated. It was now 8:00PM. To avoid any injury to my wife, myself or our pets we had to clean up the mess left behind by the installer. The debris included floor trimmings, staples, chunks of the removed carpet and padding and a lot of dust. When I went outside the next morning to go to work there were two places on our driveway that the installer did not clean up. One spot was where he had been cutting the baseboard and the other where he was cutting the flooring. I had to take the time to clean up the mess left by the installer. My wife called into their office to let them know about the issues during the install. She spoke with Cindy in the office. Cindy told my wife she would address these issues with the installer. When my wife heard back from Cindy she was told the installer stated the bathroom door was closed ( everything from our closet floor was there blocking the door's ability to close).The installer also stated there were no pieces of flooring or baseboard left over. As to the mess left inside our home the only thing said was the installer said he was sorry if anything was left behind. There was no accountability recognized for the actions of the installer. Had there been ownership and accountability taken for the actions of the installer this review would have been completely different. The first time we used this company the installers did a wonderful job and even cleaned up when done leaving nothing behind. This was our 2nd time using this company. Unfortunately due to this experience we will be looking for a different company for our next flooring project. Between my wife and I we have over 70 years of customer service experience. They installed a SPV kitchen floor for me. And subfloor. They did a great job. I did have to seal up all the edges with silicone caulk in order for any spills not to go under the new subfloor around the stove washer dishwasher and and soft water tanks. That was something that they do . it seem logical with waterproof flooring that around the stove, dishwasher and water producing appliances. It should be sealed up around the edges so water can't get under the new subfloor. It took me a cou weeks with the unfinished product. I was not happy with the original installer. When I called Paul to have them come put the quarter round on, he sent an installer name Bobby, who is absolutely wonderful and did a fantastic job and now my floor looks finished and new. This company has the worst installers and project managers. .The installer cut all the tile wrong after I laid out the pattern for him on the floor. This required additional tile which they promised to pay and then charged my credit card. The gaps between the tiles were anywhere between 1 inch to 1/4 inch. I had to have a new tile installer rip it out and I ended up paying for the tile. This firm committed fraud and does not have any competent installers. Don't use them!!!' read more

This company is fraudulant and I regret not reading reviews before hiring them. The sales guy was incredibly kind and called every day after to see if we were ready to schedule. It was obnoxious but I can appreciate the hustle. The project manager also called every day after giving my deposit to have my sign a contract I luckily never signed- We were scheduled two months out and they showed the first day on time but to the wrong address even after letting the PM know when we reviewed things. After sorting out the address, they sanded one day and told me I needed to see the stain in person, which is earlier than I had planned, so I booked my entire famly flights home early from a trip to make sure I didn't delay there schedule- to then be ghosted for the next five days. Anyone at the office was impossible to get ahold of and none of the three numbers the workers responded from responded either that entire week but they made sure to debit my account WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION for the completed amount of the job the date it was scheduled to be done and with a $1400 charge for a generator we didn't need and was not used... even though we still couldn't get a hold of anyone and only one day of work had been done. We finally heard from Tara at the office and she scheduled for a new finish date two weeks out. At this point I had to push the rest of the work on our space back and pay for storage for the furniture that couldn't be delivered without the floors being done. The day after they were "done" with the floors we we went by to check on things not knowing they had cleared out and left a tree we had just purchased for over $650 sitting outside on a public sidewalk without any communication letting us know 1. they were finished and 2. that they moved our tree outside The floors looked AWFUL... enuogh so that when I sent photos to get a second opinion they confused the "after" for the "before". They agreed to come back and sand them again and it was the same story- no communication, poor work, and they are only offering us a refund for the generator fee they overcharged us for. This company is slimy- I luckily never signed the contract they tried to force down my throat and have taken it up with my bank but they come in strong with a great salesman and have a recorded hold message that promises amazing things and unfortunately is a complete nightmare. I don't believe in bashing company's with negative reviews but it would feel inhumane to not warn people before investing thousands of dollars with them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Read full review, they admitted that they steal from their clients. We went through Floor & Decor and this is the company that they refer you to. All that I can say is this company must pay Floor & Decor a bunch of money for leads. This company has a couple of different names (one being Installation Made Easy), it is like they run a name into the ground and try to cover up their horrible business practice by changing their name. On the first day of installation, Camren showed up late, hungover and smelling strongly of weed. (When I brought this up with this company, I was told that they don't care what their contractors do on their own time. Great, that's fine, however, when it bleeds into my time...it's a probHe cut up our carpet and left after an hour of work to go eat lunch. Almost 3 hours later I sent him a message asking when he was coming back. He let me know that he wasn't because of his car issues. Apparently, he just wasn't going to let us know. He said that he was sending his "clean up crew" to remove the carpet. His clean up crew was one guy and he showed up over an hour late. We live in a condo building and the HOA has very strict rules on when construction can happen...he showed up after the cutoff time for work being done. He removed the carpet and left a horrible mess, which we received a fine for. Remind you, this was just the first day. We needed leveling on our floor. Camren tried to "sell" me bags of leveling concrete for a mere $80 a bag (it's $33 at Home Depot). We said that we would supply everything that was needed for this installation so we just went to Home Depot and bought it ourselves. During our consultation we were told that the only way that our quote could go up was if we added square footage. When I contacted the company regarding the extra charges, I was told that they charge their clients $150 per bag. WHAT!?! Oh and it gets better...I was also told that because we went through Floor & Decor that they would charge us $150 per bag AND we had to supply the bag of leveling concrete. This would have added almost $1500 to our quote. How is leveling a floor not included in the installation? We supplied the materials AND we were charged extra for about 2 hours of work...it would have been $1500 for that work. We got a discount because Camren said that he would do it for $40 a bag. Long story short (too late, I know), Camren did a horrible job installing our quarter round and he left a huge mess. Our floors still aren't done. This is a pathetic excuse for a company and they flat out admitted that they steal from their clients. SLC PD agrees that this company hire irresponsible and dangerous drivers. When I contacted when when I got run off the road by their driver and they just openly mocked me over the phone multiple times and let me know the office was laughing at me too. I was run off the road into a gutter by someone trying to get to work in the morning.. They said they would call me back when they called the driver and never did. Extremely rude behavior yes but it's a crime but people's shouldn't be in danger on the road from these trucks either, you replace floors you don't save lives or something. I wouldn't trust them with money let alone to drive a vehicle responsibly given this situation. Plenty of other responsible businesses to spend your money so I did want to leave a warning. UNBELIEVABLY BAD/SLOPPY/UNPROFESSIONAL - DO NOT USE Found out as I was driving to unlock the location that they were going to be 3 hours late. They charged me for the full amount of the job immediately even though they had not even shown up yet. Then he texted again saying he would not actually start until 5 hours late (We do not live in this location and had to drive all the way out there (an hour away). He never let me know he had even arrived. They finished the job 7.5 hours late. I had to drive out there 3 times because we cannot just leave the location unlocked (6 hours total of drive time for me that day) Someone called me and spoke to me in an understanding way and let me know they would get back to me and will absolutely be giving me some kind of refund for the inconvenience, drive time (6 HOURS), and bad communication. They then gaslighted me and acted like absolutely nothing went wrong that day on their part and apparently that conversation I had didn't happen. They will probably respond to this with some bull saying none of this happened and they responded in a timely manner. They did not (I have emails and text screen shots) - don't be fooled by the first estimate appointment. They were unreliable, sloppy, unprofessional and the worst customer service I have ever seen. Workers showed up, (did not ask to use the restroom, peed in a bottle and stuck it behind my basement wall. (Yes, I called the company.) During install the heat thing broke, but they continued to install with broken equiptment. Fastforward 3 years and all my seams are showing and comming apart. TLDR: Look elsewhere for flooring services. This company lacks integrity. There are plenty of good alternatives in the area. Reasons not to work with Utah Flooring & Design: - After agreeing upon a service date, we made arrangements to be out of the house for 5 days during the flooring work. 2 weeks before the agreed upon date, Utah Flooring notified me that they were coming on a different date. I explained the situation and they told me that there was nothing they could do. After a week of unresponsiveness from Utah Flooring, I accepted the new date. - After they completed the work, they charged my credit card an extra $770. They did this without speaking with me or notifying me. It was $770 more than the agreed upon amount, and no changes had been made to the original scope of work. They refused to refund this amount, said it was my fault for choosing a difficult finish, and claimed they could charge me without notifying me (even if no changes were made to the original bid). If I had known they would charge this increased amount, I would have gone with a bid from another flooring company. Note: Utah Flooring & Design subcontracted Lucy's Flooring to do the actual work. I took time off work to get an appraisal from your company. Scheduling was a breeze and I appreciate that! I waited. I thought it was lovely to even get a phone message from (name removed) stating that he was on his way to my place. I waited and worked in my front yard as I waited. I texted him about an hour after his anticipated arrival time. I then get a message via email that the appointment was cancelled. (What?!) Later on he texts back and says I was not home when he came. I've included screen shots of our texts for reference. I tell him that I was outside and that my security cameras didn't show anyone coming to my home. He blames a bad address - the address in my confirmation email is correct. He then says he's gone out of his way to come to my home and that he feels my pain. (again What!?) This is why I will not make another attempt to use your services. Your staff seems upset to fulfill his job duties and was irritated at my request for an appraisal. This is causing lost business for your company along with failure to go to correct addresses. Please make sure you read the contract before doing business with this group. They are going to bill you half the amount of the project just to put you on the schedule. You will pay the rest at the beginning of construction. My carpet was stained. I had mud on the walls, baseboards and door jams throughout the house. They broke the tank on my toilet. The job was suppose to take three days. It took three weeks. The project manager (Amy) was ratchet. She ignored emails, voicemail messages and text messages. My saving grace was using an American Express Card for payment. It was only after American Express refused to release funds, that Utah Flooring Design reached out to me to address my concerns. I was able to get reimbursed (Not Compensation) for the cleaning and the broken toilet. I have no doubt that American Express played a big role in that. read more

While we are generally happy with the end product, the process was painful. Our flooring that we prepaid for was not available the day it was supposed to be, and no one knew that until the day the project was supposed to begin. Therefore demo was delayed and the schedule was blown. This would not have been terrible except that we received terrible customer service and communication. And, because of the delay ended up staying 4 days in a hotel as our condo was uninhabitable. They use contractors which is not assumed when you hire them as they claim to be flooring experts, not general contractors. The contractor was better at communication than they were BUT we had to have them come back 2 times to fix mistakes that should not have been made. I do not recommend this company. read more

**They tried to bribe me to leave a 5-star review in return for the $200 credit they owed me for damaged accrued during the job** This company has been a disaster to work with, and I would caution anyone who is considering moving forward with them. Below are the key reasons that left us frustrated, and unsatisfied with the outcome. 1. The sales point of contact is very diligent and helpful, but once you sign off and put down the deposit, everything changes. You are assigned a project manager who does not communicate. 2. The demolition crew did not put plastic around the demo area, so our bedroom was totally filled with dust. They also left countless unnecessary holes and dings in the walls. Not to mention, our carpet was trashed from them coming in and out with their boots on. Our tile installer was horrified when he came to see the mess they left behind. 3. We were billed the remaining balance of the project before it was completed. This made me extremely nervous and stressed, as I felt they were even more unavailable once we were paid despite the project not being completed. 4. Our original target completion date was Jan 2nd, this project was not completed until end of Feb. 5. They owed us a 70x30" piece of quartz that was remaining from the project. They delivered the remnant to the wrong customer, and that customer is not giving that piece back. I was ultimately offered a credit for the value of this slab, but I'm disappointed b/c I wanted to use this piece on a future project - but will now have to purchase a large slab to cut into for the future. 6. They left our garage full of the construction and demolition waste - I had to follow-up multiple times to have this resolved. 7. Lastly, the project manager [Amy] tried to withhold a $200 credit for our damaged walls, in return for a five-star review. This was the cherry on top of a horrible experience, and show they have no integrity. I ultimately got the credit back but was horrified they would ask this. read more

This is the worst flooring place. The customer service horrible, the warranty on the flooring is non existent when they told me it was 20 years. My flooring has gaps, in which you can feel it on your feet. They took the base boards off and promised to paint them and put them back on. They never came back. Also they left exposed wood by the cabinets. They ordered double that I payed for and now it sits in my garage. And before Covid they told me they would give me a reimbursement for some. I should of not had to paid for that. Within a week I had cracks and pulled up. If you want to get ripped off, I would not recommend it. read more

In the beginning they were great. The flooring itself is very nice but...When it came to communication and installation it's been a joke. Our flooring project started in May and we are still missing pieces and our stairs are lifting (it's now the end of July). No one seems to have a clue what they are doing. The installers either showed up extremely late or not at all. For the past month we have been trying to get someone out to finish and fix things but unable to get in contact with anyone. The installers left their McDonald's trash, soda cans as well as speaking to each other about "women" in a not so positive way! Not to mention blaring extremely explicit music through the entire house while our son was there! What has been happening is just wrong! Not only was our original flooring no longer available, we got a "Deal" by having to pay an additional $500+ for "higher end" flooring I DO NOT recommend Utah Flooring. read more

Utah Floor and Design (UFD) is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life! My home was built in the 1960s. The hardwood floors are original. In the beginning of August, UFD was quick to respond to a request for quote. The salesman was prompt, courteous and helpful. They scheduled the job and asked if I'd like to use credit to fund the floor. I found out within days that the full charge for the entire job was put on the credit line immediately, weeks before the job was even scheduled to begin. (Is that illegal?) They called me... I think it was this "Project Manager" and asked to jack the schedule around (they had a "big job" for the following week and wanted to move mine). They wanted to come the next day (Friday) instead of the following Monday when I could be there. I was accommodating and drove an hour to the property. I read the contract where it clearly stated that "you do not need to remain on site for the job", let the crew in and waited a while before I had to leave. The following day I received a text mssg from the installer. Under the previous dark stain finish they were removing, were black stains in the wood that were too deep and they were VERY apparent! The installer sent pictures and was attempting to do the right thing and notify me. I responded to the text asking them to PLEASE WAIT and not apply the polyurethane over those stains. I HEARD NOTHING from ANYONE in response. On Monday I anticipated walking into a raw sanded floor... instead there was one coat of polyurethane on the floor. The stains were non-treatable and permanent now. I called Utah Floor and Design several times that Monday. No return call or messg or contact at all. On Tuesday morning I reached out to the salesman who indicated he was just getting back in town and had NOT heard about the issue. He contacted the so-called Project Manager and she finally returned my call that afternoon (also indicating that she had been out vacationing all weekend - priorities right?). She said she'd look into the issue. She called back an hour later or so and indicated that her boss had given the go-ahead to apply poly on the floor AND that the Boss and Salesman had both tried messaging and calling me on Saturday. I politely indicated I had received nothing from either of them. I sent her a screenshot of the text and pictures of the floor (as she had requested... but shouldn't someone already have those if they had reviewed the issue and attempted to contact me?) I also told her that I had spoke to the salesman just moments earlier and he had said it was the first he had heard of the issue! (She was blatantly lying to me and I never got proof that anyone with that company attempted to contact me for over 5 days! I had to call them.) When I told her I had sent her screen shots of my phone's call and text log indicating I was worried that I had missed calls and texts. She got further agitated. I requested the same from her or the Boss or whomever she said had reached out to me. Nothing! She also told me that I should have been on site for the job. I told her that I read the contract and it states that homeowners do not need to be on site for the entire job. Her response was, "well, I'm not going to argue with you on that right now!" Wow! Argue? Am I NOT the customer or is this how you treat ALL customers? When I said that I needed the polyurethane off the floor to attempt to treat the stains she said that they had provided a "finished product" (see attached picture of Utah Floor and Design's idea of a "finished product" that had only ONE COAT of polyurethane... even I know 2 coats at min is recommended). I also asked what they were going to do about the fact that another sand to the hardwood would make it so that I could never refinish the floor again. No response! They did come out two weeks later to sand the floor again and remove the poly. I spent time researching and then the last three days I've been working with wood bleach and staining the floor MYSELF. They espouse to be "a trusted flooring company with a full range of services... Our team provides superior craftsmanship on every job we take on, leaving your flooring looking flawless every time." If this company is a "trusted flooring company" why have they done NOT a SINGLE THING to consult, make recommendations or assist in ANY WAY with the stains in the wood and or making the floor look decent? They spew fancy words and "flawless every time" appears to be fraudulent every time. Next time I read reviews FIRST!!! This headache is what I got for $2500. What a JOKE! read more

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! I will briefly sum up the nightmare that was having our floors done. A 1 week job took 2 and a half weeks. And they charged us for the finished job long before it was done. We spent 2 Saturdays (in December, when we had plenty of other things that needed doing) waiting at home for flooring workers that never showed up, never called or texted. Spent those same 2 Saturdays calling and texting every single number we had for anyone affiliated with the company. The one person I DID manage to contact (the Business Manager) scoffed when I told him I wanted to talk to the Project Manager, because they don't work on Saturdays. Why schedule workers on Saturday if the Project Manager won't be available? They had the tile guy's assistant lay our bathroom tile, and he apparently didn't know what he was doing. (See picture) So we had them tear it up. Communication between groups in the company is TERRIBLE. The demolition guys tore up more than the tile guys expected, so they had to go buy more supplies. Tile guys were never told that we had been promised they'd be over on Saturday. They kept promising us dates and times and not delivering or even letting us know that they couldn't. After the 2nd weekend with no workers and no communication, we were furious. But even Monday we couldn't get a hold of anyone! Finally my husband went to their physical location. And then the Project Manager lied to his face, saying he had been texting me far more often and recently than he had. He also threw the blame back on us ("Maybe you haven't been calling the right number?") Our nightmare is finally over and we're putting our house back together. Their workers left a huge mess behind. We've got dinged walls, dirty hand prints, tile pieces everywhere (why did they shove some in the cupboard under my sink?), and our bedroom carpet is completely ruined. (See picture) read more

Utah Flooring provided excellent service. We had a full basement floor to install and bought our vinyl plank flooring from Floor and Decor, Utah Flooring was the contractor they recommended. Our installers, Stephen and Skyler were fantastic. They worked very hard to ensure that our flooring was installed correctly. They cleaned everything up and made sure that we were satisfied. They finished ahead of schedule and we couldn't be more satisfied. As an accomplished DIY'er I know good work when I see it and there was nothing not done incorrectly. These guys deserve a bonus. Don't bother with this company unless you are willing to be disappointed over and over by unkept commitments and inconvenienced by delays and rescheduling. Not to mention that you have to be willing to foot the bill when their delays mean you pay to extend your storage pod and extended living arrangements. Their initial consultations are pleasant, timely, and customer friendly. That's how they get your deposit! But when it comes down to them doing the actual work, expect them to do very minimal to keep their commitment. They delayed in EVERY step of the way. Here's how it played out in our situation: (1) Demolition of old flooring - delayed ONE DAY (2) demolition done, told to wait FIVE MORE DAYS to get a crew to install new flooring (3) wait FIVE days, then crew calls in sick the day they're supposed to show. Project manager says they can't come for another TWO WEEKS! (4) after much complaining through text and unanswered calls, they finally say they can have a crew come in ONE WEEK. (5) FINALLY get one guy to install the flooring. Happy, except they don't care about making your whole house coated in dust. (6) Now wait to have carpet installed on steps. After waiting for THREE NO-SHOWS and a weekend pass by, we finally get someone to come do carpet at 6:30PM. They work until 9PM, say "I'm done" in an obviously "I don't care, I want to go home" tone (which I don't blame him). Leaving all these carpet scraps for ME to vacuum and sweep. I question how much quality installation was done obviously. What ended up promising to be a two week project turned into a MONTH! Never once did they directly take our call to hear our complaints. People write these long one star reviews for a reason. So much to tell about how DISAPPOINTING this whole experience was. On par with the worst. And they have our money now. Horrible communication, they don't start when they say they will, and don't respond or refund for work that wasn't completed. Once they have your money, they don't really care. They redid our kitchen floor a few years ago and were happy with the service at that time, so we hired them to repaint the bathroom, including the built-in cabinet. They were supposed to start at 9am on 11/23 and had received multiple texts and emails stating this. I took the day off to make sure everything was ready to start that day. By noon, when we hadn't heard anything, we made multiple calls and sent several texts trying to find out what was going on and when they would show up to start working. We finally got a text saying they would start the next day, 11/24. No explanation and no apology for wasting an entire day, even after we send additional emails letting them know we were not happy with the service we were getting. Because of the delay, the bathroom wasn't done before Thanksgiving and it wasn't really usable until they were done and everything was dry by the following Saturday. This house only has one bathroom, so was quite the inconvenience. The two guys (sub-contractors) that actually came in and did the work were polite and professional, and we have no problems with them. When we asked why the cabinet wasn't painted, they said it wasn't in the work order they received, even though it was on the invoice that I was billed and charged for. They even pulled out their phones to double check and offered to show us the work order. Since the cabinet wasn't painted, we contacted the company to let them know and get a refund. I have sent multiple emails and texts and have gotten no response other than an automated text asking how the project was coming along. I have had to file a charge back for the work that wasn't completed and I am now leaving negative reviews to hopefully prevent anyone else from being ripped off by this company. I have several more rooms in the house that will be redone in the next few months and we will certainly NOT be using this company! read more
