I'm extremely disappointed with the misdiagnosis and the financial impact it caused. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop.

I also requested to see camera footage regarding the incident and was told it was "too much footage to go through," which was frustrating and unhelpful. When I told him I could provide the exact date and time the car was dropped off, he still refused to show the footage. If he's innocent, showing the video shouldn't be an issue, especially since the car had no scratches when it was loaded onto the tow truck. When we called back to try to figure out the situation, he ignored us and refused to take our calls, even after we already paid him. On top of that, their prices are extremely overpriced for the level of service provided. I understand accidents can happen, but honesty, communication, and taking responsibility go a long way. Instead, I was left feeling dismissed and forced to deal with the damage on my own. I would recommend taking detailed photos of your vehicle before leaving it here.
