I'm a tenant. I've only been in the home a short while and have had serious plumbing issues. Landlord, Gay Naiditc, had Favian come to snake the plumbing after a week without toilets or a shower. I had already paid to have the septic pumped myself. I had asked that Favian not video in my home, when I left the room and returned he was videoing. He had to go in pretty far with the snake and found minute pieces of some kind of wipes. TOLD THE LANDLORD I had been using wet wipes and that's what plugged the pipes. I never used them first of all. He could not know if they were from me or the previous tenant either. Landlord, Gay Naiditch, wanted a way not to pay the bill and told him so. When he was done letting her know what she wanted to hear she sent me a nasty text and told me she would be sending me the bill after what Favian had told her. RENTER BEWARE!!!! read more

I called favian for a full repipe in my home.. he told me he'll be there within the hour to give me an estimate and did just that. I have vaulted ceilings and the hallway attic does not connect to the kitchen, which was a problem for mostly all other plumbers. I had about 7 plumbers come out, every one, except favian looked as if it was going to be a problem. Favian was the only one who looked in my attic, assured me it would be no problem repiping in my kitchen area. Other plumbers told me the job would take 4-5 days, favian told me 2 days... I ended up hiring Fabians plumbing... they showed up on time, early in the morning and started the job... and stayed late. They were done in 2 days. This is the second review I post on the services provided by this Company. The first time , I had called regarding a leaking Toilet issue that was fully resolved in a prompt manner and fair price, excellent work! My second call for service a day ago was regarding a kitchen sink / Dishwasher leak, and Favian answered the call and in short order responded , diagnosed the problem which was more intricate then I had realized, but easily clear to him , and he went out of his way for a part , just to make sure my issue was handled. The repair was well worth the trouble it took to fix. I get nothing for my review except satisfaction knowing that these guys are really terrific and deserve the business for all your plumbing needs. I had a leak on my main water line and was recommended Favian through my realtor Rosemary. I was looking to get a second estimate because another plumbing service quoted us at about $5,500 to fix the leak and another $7000 to redo all our pipe lines in the home. I called Favian pretty late around 6pm and he had no problem coming by that same day to give us an estimate. He was nice upon meeting him and walked us through our home to let us know everything that needed to be done. He showed us pictures of all the work he has done and went on to give us an estimate. His estimate was literally less than half what we were estimated with the other company ! He got the job done in two days just as he had promised! Both days he was ready to start bright and early at 7am! He and his two guys were very professional. They made sure to lay tarps out all over the flooring and the furniture and after both days they would make sure to clean up after themselves including wiping things down and brooming. After the job was done they made sure to put everything back into its place. I'm extremely satisfied with all his work.
