I don't yelp fast food places but I have to give this location a 5 star shout out. In all my years this is the best Fazolis I've ever been to. Food tasty and hot, clean inside, friendly workers who actually seemed happy to take my dishes and held the doors open for me. I'm from Richmond, IN where the fazolis is the total opposite. Very refreshing to be able to enjoy one of my favorite quick lunches in a warm environment. Kudos to this location

Came out of quarantine today to find some bread and milk and decided to stop for lunch. Haven't had Fazoli's in a loooooooong time so we decided to check it out. It was pretty pricey, 2 small slices of flavorless pizza for $5. Come on now...that's crazy! The chicken carbonara was pretty good but lacked in the amount of actual chicken and broccoli in the dish. I will say that their breadsticks are my fav!!! In all honesty I probably won't go back unless I'm by myself. (Which is kind of rare) My kids hated it and my hubby isn't big on Italian food. Also for the fact that $36 for LUNCH is a little high for us. For those of you that enjoy Fazoli's and are ok with what they charge then by all means go for it! The place was clean, friendly and speedy service and it's in a great location. To each their own I say. :)

I am loving the food here but today I came at lunchtime and the wheels completely fell off the bus. There were 15 people in line, 1 register running and manger was in the back doing the best he could but he was yelling at every one. At one point he finally realized he needed another cashier. Thank goodness! One part of his equipment broke and this young man was drilling all around the food, saw dust was flying everywhere it was a mess!

Ordered a double slice and received one slice of burnt, inedible pizza. Yuck!

I placed an online order. Half our food was missing. The pizza was supposed to be a double slice. They sent a single inedible slice. Only half of us were able to eat. I called the store and left a voicemail yesterday upon discovering the problem. Still haven't heard back to have my money refunded for the missing items.

If you are hungry and in a hurry, drive on by Fazolis....I pulled in the drive thru at 6:28 at 7:31 I finally got my order, (baked ziti, nothing complicated). Only 2 vehicles were in front of me and the car behind me got their food before I did. I would have understood if 7 cars were in front of me but 2!! The food wasn't piping hot either....I think they forgot my order....

    Meatballs & Spaghetti and Breadsticks

If I could give a 100/10, I absolutely would. The food here is immaculate and you absolutely MUST have their breadsticks. Olive Garden needs to up their game, Fazoli's is beating them. Absolutely amazing restaurant. Staff is very friendly and helpful, restaurant was very clean as well.

Was in town and saw this Fazioli's! We lost the one in our time long ago so was excited for my two sons to try it! They loved it!

I love Fazoli breadstick and baked spaghetti. Is it elegant? Nope. Affordable and yummy? Yup.

Called twice to attempt to place a $300 catering order and was told they were too busy and to call back. I went elsewhere.

The salads are one of the best parts and the lobster ravioli are sublime, but pricey. Otherwise, they have combination plates that are very reasonable and no more than what you'd pay it somewhere like the chain Olive Garden. I love the ambience -- it's in an "improving" part of town but once you step inside, it's charming.

I started with a soup, while my brother started with a salad. They were served with these garlic rolls, which were absolutely delicious to eat both alone and with the soup. Then came time for the entrees. I got the Sausage and Pepper Parmigiana, while my brother got the Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken. My Sausage and Pepper Parmigiana had a delicious mix of flavor and spice which I enjoyed every bite of, while my brother enjoyed his Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken. Additionally, we had thought from looking online that this would be one of our pricier meals out, but Cafe Italia actually ended up being a great value, as our meals included a soup or salad and rolls, and the portions were so generous, I needed to pack some of my entree away to eat in the morning. In short, we wholeheartly recommend Cafe Italia, both because the food is excellent but also because the portions are so large they are an excellent value. We are glad we chose to go here and would definitely come back here if in the area again.

We wanted Italian. And this looked like the place to go with all five star reviews…read more First the parking. There is a lot of free parking in the adjacent Stadium Park Plaza garage. It's a bit confusing to find the restaurant though from there, as there is no access from the first floor. But from the 2nd and 3rd floor there is access using the elevator. The bulb in the elevator area needs to be replaced because it's burned out, and all dark like a scene from a horror movie. The restaurant faces the ballpark stadium Inside the restaurant there weren't many customers on a weekday for dinner. It was our waitresses second day and she messed up quite a lot. Like the bill/check had us all ordering drinks and extra meat with our pasta, but we didn't do any of that. But she was nice about it all, and even comp'd us a $5 beer which I pointed out to her that she didn't add to the bill yet (that being the one and only omission in the midst of all the wrong add-ons). The fried calamari appetizer was good. Only the rings. No arms. The pomodoro sauce was nice. But overall it was just an average dish and much better at other places. The New York strip was good. But they didn't have asparagus. That would be ok if not for the fact that they only have 3 sides to choose from: roasted potatoes, rice, and asparagus. So it was either double potatoes or the rice. So we got the rice. And it was super boring, and tasted overcooked and chewy. The steak and potatoes were good though. The kid's Alfredo was good too. But the carbonara was kinda bland. The waitress and said it was a white sauce but upon checking it was butter sauce she told us. But it was really not worth it. The complimentary bread they served with the meal tasted like pretzel bread. Kinda hard and chewy. But hot. It was good. It comes with olive oil for dipping. Over $100 for 3 people. It was kinda steep. And add to that a 3% surcharge for using a credit card. Well that really was like salt in the wound. Is all of bowling green like that with credit surcharges? Sure hope not.
