Was in town and saw this Fazioli's! We lost the one in our time long ago so was excited for my two sons to try it! They loved it!

I love Fazoli breadstick and baked spaghetti. Is it elegant? Nope. Affordable and yummy? Yup.

We got carry out at the Scottsville Rd location two nights ago. They ask us to hold on for a second. Seven minutes later, they asked us to wait for a few minutes. When we finally got to order, they repeated our order three times before they got it right. We were then asked us to pull up and wait. The service was horrible. The food was good. Y'all the customer service was amazing. I forgot the lady's name . Also the place was very well cleaned and put. To begin with my friends and I came after the gym for a little spaghetti. Though we didn't know if you joined their rewards program you would get a free Spaghetti which we got by the way as long as you bought a drink you would get the free spaghetti. The spaghetti was so tasty/delicious omg not gonna lie so good. Then with their unlimited beard sticks we got so full best spaghetti I've tasted in a while to be honest. Food tasty and hot, clean inside, friendly workers who actually seemed happy to take my dishes and held the doors open for me. I'm from Richmond, IN where the fazolis is the total opposite. Came out of quarantine today to find some bread and milk and decided to stop for lunch. Haven't had Fazoli's in a loooooooong time so we decided to check it out. It was pretty pricey, 2 small slices of flavorless pizza for $5. Come on now...that's crazy! The chicken carbonara was pretty good but lacked in the amount of actual chicken and broccoli in the dish. I will say that their breadsticks are my fav!!! In all honesty I probably won't go back unless I'm by myself. (Which is kind of rare) My kids hated it and my hubby isn't big on Italian food. Also for the fact that $36 for LUNCH is a little high for us. For those of you that enjoy Fazoli's and are ok with what they charge then by all means go for it! I am loving the food here but today I came at lunchtime and the wheels completely fell off the bus. There were 15 people in line, 1 register running and manger was in the back doing the best he could but he was yelling at every one. At one point he finally realized he needed another cashier. Thank goodness! One part of his equipment broke and this young man was drilling all around the food, saw dust was flying everywhere it was a mess! read more

Drive through is super sloooooooowwwwww! So slow, in fact, we called while in line just to make sure they were actually open in the drive thru. I understand made to order, but come on. The entire drive thru experience lasted for over 30 minutes. Guess it's actually more convenient (and quicker) to go home and cook pasta yourself than to use the Fazolis drive thru. They were friendly, so there's that. Guess that's worth a star. If I come back and my experience is better, I will gladly change my rating. Food is good, so if you have all the time in the world, get you some Fazolis. If sitting in your car and just waiting is your thing, have at it. If I could give a 100/10, I absolutely would. The food here is immaculate and you absolutely MUST have their breadsticks. Olive Garden needs to up their game, Fazoli's is beating them. Absolutely amazing restaurant. Staff is very friendly and helpful, restaurant was very clean as well. read more

Fazoli's is my favorite restaurant and I go there often. But last night was absolutely amazing. The employees name was Jason. He was attentive and kind. He made us feel right at home. He went above and beyond to make sure that the place looked amazing and that everyone was happy with their experience. In Michigan there's about 1 Fazoli's in the state, so to my surprise we find one in Kentucky on our journey back home, we got there 5 minutes after they opened (we're those people) we had been driving a couple hours so I immediately had to use the restroom, yesterday I used a porta John in the middle of nowhere in Nashville and I thought that was scary but I was wrong, this bathroom was absolutely disgusting, it wasn't even like years of filth on the walls it was the "we never mop the floors, clean the sink or take the trash out" kind of nasty, I probably would've been less grossed out had they not opened 5 mins ago, then as sitting in our seat waiting almost 25 mins for someone to even bring breadsticks I looked around at all the tables to see ALL of them were dirty, food, sauces of some sorts and just filth, our table was sticky the seats were sticky, the wall dividers were dirty, not a single thing was clean, the floors had old food and trash on them, reading other comments "run down" is an understatement. The food tasted a little funny and one plate had half cold food. It's a Fazolis, so I really don't expect much but basic things like cleanliness is always important, because after looking around I lost my appetite because I can only imagine the conditions of the kitchen.
