But Zaxby's charges for every individual sauce. And then you find that it's not in your bag or any of your boxes. I think it's ridiculous to charge for a 1 tablespoon serving of sauce in the first place, but then to hold them hostage from customers is insane. It happens so much I almost think the managers TELL their employees to do this so that they can make a couple extra bucks. The workers are always cold and miserable towards you. No matter how many times you say "thank you", "good evening", "have a good day", it's always the same. And I know it's not just my bad luck either, I've never heard anything good about the Cartersville Zaxby's. I got my blood drawn the other week, and the workers were talking lunch, and upon someone suggesting Zaxby's, another worker shared that they got food poisoning from this location recently....
