There are pretty considerable highs and lows with this place but it comes down to what really matters to you. I'll get the lows out of the way first. Service was slow. We felt ignored waiting to have our drink order taken and while we were ready to order our food also, that wasn't an option. The chairs are maddeningly uncomfortable. Now, let's talk about the food. My wife ordered a pulled pork nacho platter as we had a considerable lunch and was quite happy with it. My daughter ordered chicken bacon ranch pizza and thought it was a little bland. I got a slice of the Two Ton Tony pizza and it was delicious. Light on sauce and cheese but heavy on meat so it balanced better than expected. The wings... Listen, I'm a foodie. It's not often that you bite into something and the flavor takes you back in time to a specific moment. I ordered the hot garlic Parmesan wings and the first bite elicited an "Oh my god". They were the best wings I've had in at least two decades. They are large, meaty, and super flavorful. If I lived close, the wings would become a bad habit. First of all our server was great. But the pizza was premade crust with added toppings as ordered (.99 each) I had the GF crust slice with toppings that were .79 each. I also ordered a grilled chicken house Caesar salad. Unfortunately I can't have soy and they offered only dressings with it. Even their housemade Champagne Vineagrette. Not Ally I ask for olive oil and fresh lemon as a solution, but this "Italian" restaurant had no olive oil?! Thus the three stars. Con rear floors, black metal everything, brick walls. The softens the place up with charm and efficiency. Great service. We always had drinks, checked on, and left in the time we wanted to. Couldn't ask for more. Pizza advice: less is more with this crust. It's thinner than A traditional New York crust. This means that if you put more than three or four toppings, by the time you get to your second or third slice the pizza crust has steamed itself underneath. This didn't stop me from eating three slices. Spinach dip tasted fresh. Flat, slightly crispy pizza squares were a nice touch. Pizza? Check. Beer? Check. Whenever I go to different state everyday I kind of think of the notorious food that the state is known for and when I come to Atlanta, Georgia I think of hot wings. So today I decided to walk over to this place to try the hot wings. It's located in the Bowling Alley of Lakepoint Station. This little pizza place is more of a sports bar. A lot of tvs playing the games or fights. A big bar and a lot of seating. Right away me and Boss Hogg Dog were greeted with a happy welcome. Got a great table with Katy and ordered a Patron Margarita. And she came back immediately to bring him a great bowl of ice water and my drink. Went on to order the Spinach artichoke dip and my medium level hot wings. State by state has a way different level of hot wings and I've ordered hot wings before that could literally melt paint off a driveway LOL So at any rate I ordered medium level and they came out perfect. The dip was so good full off artichokes too. The portions are humongous and definitely boxed food up to take back. I'm definitely coming back to try the pizza and calzones. Decent pizza by the slice. The crust got tougher as I got to the end of it. It could be because my slice sat out for a few minutes before one of the hostesses asked what my to go order was. Pizza was a medium size with ham, italian sausage, hamburger, tomato, mushroom, olive and some white cheese, can't remember what kind. Not enough meat except for ham which was too much, overwhelmed the little bit of other and veggies. Pretty flavorful sauce on pizza, tho. I'd recommend and will probably try another time.
