Hot garlic Parmesan wings
Jim P.

There are pretty considerable highs and lows with this place but it comes down to what really matters to you. I'll get the lows out of the way first. Service was slow. We felt ignored waiting to have our drink order taken and while we were ready to order our food also, that wasn't an option. The chairs are maddeningly uncomfortable. Now, let's talk about the food. My wife ordered a pulled pork nacho platter as we had a considerable lunch and was quite happy with it. My daughter ordered chicken bacon ranch pizza and thought it was a little bland. I got a slice of the Two Ton Tony pizza and it was delicious. Light on sauce and cheese but heavy on meat so it balanced better than expected. The wings... Listen, I'm a foodie. It's not often that you bite into something and the flavor takes you back in time to a specific moment. I ordered the hot garlic Parmesan wings and the first bite elicited an "Oh my god". They were the best wings I've had in at least two decades. They are large, meaty, and super flavorful. If I lived close, the wings would become a bad habit. Next time we're here, we'll probably order to go but we'll definitely order.

First of all our server was great. But the pizza was premade crust with added toppings as ordered (.99 each) I had the GF crust slice with toppings that were .79 each. I also ordered a grilled chicken house Caesar salad. Unfortunately I can't have soy and they offered only dressings with it. Even their housemade Champagne Vineagrette. Not Ally I ask for olive oil and fresh lemon as a solution, but this "Italian" restaurant had no olive oil?! Thus the three stars. The place was packed though with lots of TV's to watch the games.

Solid showing for a place attached to a bowling alley. Almost changed my mind. Couldn't. Few places in the area have beer and food. It is a bit of a man cave. Con rear floors, black metal everything, brick walls. The softens the place up with charm and efficiency. Great service. We always had drinks, checked on, and left in the time we wanted to. Couldn't ask for more. Pizza advice: less is more with this crust. It's thinner than A traditional New York crust. This means that if you put more than three or four toppings, by the time you get to your second or third slice the pizza crust has steamed itself underneath. This didn't stop me from eating three slices. Spinach dip tasted fresh. Flat, slightly crispy pizza squares were a nice touch. Pizza? Check. Beer? Check. Room to spread out and no one caring if you are a little loud or have a big family table? Check. Go. Eat. Enjoy.

Patron Margarita

Whenever I go to different state everyday I kind of think of the notorious food that the state is known for and when I come to Atlanta, Georgia I think of hot wings. So today I decided to walk over to this place to try the hot wings. It's located in the Bowling Alley of Lakepoint Station. This little pizza place is more of a sports bar. A lot of tvs playing the games or fights. A big bar and a lot of seating. Right away me and Boss Hogg Dog were greeted with a happy welcome. Got a great table with Katy and ordered a Patron Margarita. And she came back immediately to bring him a great bowl of ice water and my drink. Went on to order the Spinach artichoke dip and my medium level hot wings. State by state has a way different level of hot wings and I've ordered hot wings before that could literally melt paint off a driveway LOL So at any rate I ordered medium level and they came out perfect. The dip was so good full off artichokes too. The portions are humongous and definitely boxed food up to take back. I'm definitely coming back to try the pizza and calzones. Thank you for providing great quality food and an A+ afternoon for me and Bossy.

Decent pizza by the slice. The crust got tougher as I got to the end of it. It could be because my slice sat out for a few minutes before one of the hostesses asked what my to go order was. There should be a system for keeping up with orders if the person who took it has left. The service was not awful, but it was not warm and friendly AND inviting. Looks like the younger ladies at the door just need summer break loose change.

Thin Crust Super Veggie

Travel a lot for work and have had pizza from N.Y., New Jersey. I usually try a veggie in whatever town I'm in if I find decent reviews in Yelp. Soo glad I tried this place across the street from my hotel. I know a lot of times you read reviews and see people say delicious and think it's probably just ok.. First off I was greeted by smiling faces from the two young greeters, which what was also described by other reviews. This pizza crust was thin and delicious, the sauce and all the veggies were fresh. A deliciously pleasant surprise I'm Cartersville Ga. Nice bar area playing trivia, I just got mine to go. Great family energy.

Lemon pepper wings

Great place to stop for lunch while waiting on your next game during a baseball tournament. The kids had a blast playing the games while the parents ordered. The service was exceptional, the food tasted great, and everything was so timely. Usually I avoid large lunches with the team because they are stressful and slow. This was a perfect venue. In addition to these lemon pepper wings that my son claimed were the best, I ordered a delicious spring mix salad with pecans, cranberries, feta, and vinaigrette. I'd come back again.

This is always a must stop while in the area. Some of the best crispy wings you can ask for. The hot lemon pepper are absolutely delicious! The pizza of the months are a great deal - for September we got a large Jimmy the Greek pizza for $9.99! It was super super tasty and highly recommend it. Definitely want to come back to try more off the menu we usually just get wings, but camped in the area so got to venture out and try the pizza while we were here too. The spinach artichoke dip and the French fries are also incredible! They have spicy ranch and some really tasty garlic butter as well. The cheesecake wasn't anything special, but it was still good. Definitely a place worth trying if you're in the area. They have online ordering, dine in, and call for takeout. It is connected to an arcade type place so that can be fun if you are looking for entertainment as well.

We were just passing through and stayed at the hotel across the street. The pizza and salad we ordered to go and they were both outstanding.

Unexpectedly good food in a casual and fun environment. Wings are some of the best around. The Summer Salad (huge portions) is also special.

Part of a larger entertainment complex. We went on a Saturday and it was packed! I liked the pizza, did not try anything else.

One thing that stands out is the owner's pride in the establishment and their willingness to personally check in with guests, which adds a welcoming touch to the dining experience. My guest thoroughly enjoyed the shrimp and grits and had nothing but positive things to say. I value businesses that care about their customers, and this is definitely a place I will continue to support and return to.

Not in the staff but there are some minor interior issues which could be addressed. As the dining area and service areas are open plan you can easily see the duct tape doors to the dishwashers area is in dire need of repair versus patching. Also it is rather filthy along the edges. The wall a/c unit also needs to be completely cleaned as it appears to have some grime building up. Now for the biggest disappointment ... our food. Coffee - yummy Country fried steak biscuit..... yea nope not again. It's just like it says just a huge very thin slice of commercial packaged frozen patty of country fried steak laid across an open faced biscuit. I had a side of fresh fruit. But it was mostly out of season fruit so not sweet and still underripe. Biscuit was light and fluffy but I had to order a piece of cheese and some gravy to hide the flavor of the meat and coating. Chicken and waffles - husband's favorite here but today it wasn't the same at all. Chicken was super dry inside. Waffles he described as no different than ones he makes at the hotel lobby. All in all we will wait some before returning to try again at some point. Thank you to the wait staff for always having smiles and helping each other to keep us happy.

Man what a find. Above average experience overall…read more Came in on a Tuesday night around 7:30. Place was busy but not loud at all. Great acoustics. Service was great. Didn't catch his name but he's been there 2-1/2 years he said. Only knock, had to remind him a couple of times to refill my water. They no longer leave carafes of water on the tables as a regular customer complained it was unsanitary. A shame. They should just wash the carafes after each use. Anyway... I ordered a burger with an extra patty. No bun, with cheese, onions and mushrooms as I recall. Here were the two oddities. The meal was served with a single patty and the second patty came out 5 minutes later. Made me think they forgot. Also, the 2 patties were different. One was cooked perfectly and moist. The second was cooked a bit more (but not terribly more) but was dry. The asparagus was fantastic. I do recommend though. Cool spot.

The sunchokes, golden beets, and squash with the salmon were amazing; they melted in your mouth, and the fennel and orange flavors were a nice touch (5/5). The tarragon cream was an excellent sauce; the only reason why I am not giving it a 5 is that the salmon itself was a little plain. The service was good but a little slow (4/5); the guy who brought out our food was really funny! The interior of the restaurant is also pretty nice (4/5). Overall, we are excited to come back and try more items, especially since they have a rotating seasonal menu! I am pretty confident they'll get a 5!
