I had a horrible experience last night with my food that I ordered online. I went to the store, In which the first interaction I had was with a girl who was friendly until I asked for the manager. Then she proceeds to tell them there's a lady out here that wants a manager in a sarcastic tone. The manager came out with an attitude and argued with me. He only agreed to replace part of it because I only had a picture of part of it. I did not have to provide a picture at all. Never have I ever had a manager argue with me and be so disrespectful and not want to replace my food that was obviously incorrect. I got a sampler that apparently comes with no cheese in the lasagna, so really is it lasagna? The portion sizes were extremely small and old. I got a loaded fettuccine Alfredo with gluten-free pasta. I asked for shrimp added to it and no bacon add mushrooms extra Alfredo. It is supposed to have Parmesan crusted broccoli in it. I told him that it was not it was regular broccoli and he argued and said that's impossible because we make it in the morning. Tried to tell me that what he saw in my picture was cheese, after I mixed it up and the Alfredo spaghetti sauce. As if I can't tell the difference between plain broccoli and broccoli with cheese on it. Also, based on food regulations is it really OK to fix broccoli in the morning and serve it all day long if that's even true! I got no chicken, no extra Alfredo with spaghetti sauce in it and spaghetti noodles and not hardly any mushroom. When has it become a policy to argue with a customer? I used to do reviews of restaurants. I would give this a one. I also could not contact them by phone last night or this morning. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I could not eat my food last night. I have stomach issues and cannot do the marinara. My husband barely ate. When I told the manager that the sampler didn't have hardly any portions in it and he said it's a sampler it's supposed to be small. My question is why am I paying $30 for a small portion of food that's made incorrectly. read more

This place is always clean, the employees are always friendly and I've never had a problem with the freshness or taste of the food here. It is fast food Italian, so you get what you pay for in that sense. They also have cheesecake factory cheese, cheesecake which I absolutely love, but didn't get this time. read more

My wife loves Fazoli's and we don't have any local so I had to swing by when I saw the interstate sign. Nice large and clean space. I was surprised to see a lot more than pasta on the menu, but snagged her a to go spaghetti. Breadsticks are much better than Olive Garden. $7.99 lunch special every day until 4pm is a good deal. I like their salad with Italian dressing. Ravioli with meat sauce was pretty good. Followed my fettuccine Alfredo, and definitely last was the lasagna. I was also impressed by real plates and forks being used. Very clean inside. read more

My husband and I had lunch at Fazoli's in Dublin, VA on Christmas Eve after a hectic Christmas grocery shopping trip. The service was impeccable! The employees there were so nice and made sure we didn't need a thing. They did not act like people who were working on Christmas Eve. After placing our order, I mentioned to my husband that I am going to try a sub next time. The manager JP asked me what kind I thought I might like to try. I told him that the Club looked good. When he brought our food to our table, he brought me a whole Club Sub for free! That has never happened to me at a restaurant. Thank you to JP and Victoria for the excellent service we received! Today was my 3rd time trying and I think the ball got dropped because my order was not good. I had ordered baked spaghetti and the container did not look full, like the last time I got it. The salad had some lettuce that looked wilted and brown- didn't look very fresh. Also, ordered cheesecake, and the strawberries were left out - this was a to go order. Today's order was so bad, I'm not sure that I will be back. If I do, it will be a long while. read more

The staff is extremely rude and disrespectful! The food is mediocre at best. The lasagna tastes like a large canned ravioli.

The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. When they brought our food out, they even added fresh Parmesan table-side. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful, especially Jason. I only wish we lived closer so we could come back more often! read more

The hubs and I are so happy that this place is open! He sorely missed Fazoli's, especially with the one in Christiansburg closing several years ago. So whenever we are in Dublin we make a point to dine here. Today they totally knocked it out the park with the service --Angela is the one that waited on us while we ordered and she came around in the dining room to make sure that we didn't need anything --who can say no to more breadsticks? Our meals were delicious and we had some leftovers to take home for later. If you are a fan of this place, make sure that you download their app --totally well worth it! read more

Ok. Just ok. They haven't been open long at the location we visited so hopefully some service issues and such will get ironed out. It was busy on a week night. Lots of employees but many were like small dogs in high grass. read more

OMG! Best food I have had in a while! My family and I were traveling for a wedding and needed to stop for some lunch and it was absolutely delicious and the service was top notch even with a big lunch rush. Everyone was so friendly and very on top of making sure you had everything you needed before you knew you needed. The atmosphere was so clean, fresh and friendly. One of the members even gave my daughter a cookie and me an Italian ice after he over heard me telling my husband how bad our day had been previously. It was the best service I had ever received! 10 out of 10! This team is the best I've seen in what customer service means! read more

I had heard great things and not-so-great things about Fazoli's in Dublin, Virginia. But, after holding a colleague's retirement luncheon there today, I have to say I was MORE than satisfied with the food, service and overall experience. The staff was friendly, the manager was helpful and professional and our food was delicious! I would highly recommend this little place to those in the area! read more

Stopped in for lunch and tried the lunch special. Got the salad (ok in size and crisp, a little plain but good) and lasagna (lunch sized portion, cheesy, very good for the money), bread sticks (better than Olive Garden) and a soda for $6.99. Wife got same thing except ravioli instead of lasagna. Very attentive staff. Will go back. read more
