Our friends ordered the chicken sandwich and it came with stone cold fries. All fries were discarded and fresh ones brought out after awhile. 1 out of the 4 meals ordered was the only thing that turned out right. The salad bar (Garden Bar) is always well stocked and fresh. All the individual salad fixings and dressings you'd want, plus pre made potato, pasta, broccoli salads, croutons, bacon bits, and so on. I showed them my online receipt showing it was paid in full. I was told that the app must have glitched and that it wasn't their fault but I would have to pay the extra $5 to get either of my pizzas. I talked to Michael Holman who offered me a credit towards a future purchase but I told him I would rather have the $5 back that I never should have paid in the first place. He then got very aggressive and said never mind you can't have anything.
