All too often i'm getting a breakfast sandwich on my way somewhere.... Shirley is almost always in the window smiling. (One day I asked her name just incase I ever got the opportunity to brag about her.). Even when she has to ask you to pull forward and wait... she makes it hard to be frustrated. It's Mcdonalds. We know what were getting for food-but this review is based on service.... And it's based on Shirley. Well done to whomever hired her...or.. she might be the owner-she performs like it. The service wasn't very good. I came from work exhausted, so I use my McDonald's app and ordered from my table. I put the table number in and waited for my food. Noth McDonald's in Festus bring it to your table if you use the app. Apparently this one doesn't do that. I wait forever for my food. Finally i go to the counter tell her my table number and she has my food sitting on a tray on the warmer (but it wasnt very warm). I don't know why she couldn't have just called my number out of the weren't going to bring out the food. I didn't even know my food was ready. Then they shorted me a drink. I ordered a coffee and md. Dr. Pepper. I only received the coffee. I wasnt impressed. read more

I would just like to say mc Donald's in pevely has never really been bad, but tonight me and my friends went to mc Donald's to eat together and the service was terrible the server had an AWEFUL attitude and not to mention there was a fly in my drink. I took it up to the counter to tell the lady and she said "what do you want me to do about it" with a terrible attitude. When I told her we filled our drink up from the sweet tea fountain she said it must've flew in. Like why would you leave the tea fountain open? This was a terrible experience and I don't recommend. the food was great. what was difficult was watching the "manager" Sierra speak very rudely to her employees. It was quite awkward to stand there and witness her degrading an employee by speaking to him like a dog. All the other managers seem very professional and friendly, but Miss Sierra needs to be demoted and learn to speak with respect to her employees. read more

Most McDonald's are run-of-the-mill fast food locations. I was pleasantly surprised upon stopping at this McDonald's one morning for breakfast. The cashier was quick to wait on me taking the order with no mistakes. And then went to sit at a table and then the food was promptly served to me hot, fresh, and correct. The tables were all clean and it appeared the manager walked around from table to table checking with the customers to make sure everything was all right and inquiring if they needed anything. The condiment / drink area was clean, wiped down and organized. Upon completing by meal, the manager came over and asked if she could remove the tray with dirty wrappers and did so with a pleasant smile. One of the BEST McDonald's around! We are OTR truck drivers. Delicious breakfast and hot coffee. Very friendly service, and clean restaurant, and restrooms. Even brought our order to the table. Employees walking around asking if everything is ok, and refilling coffee. Recommend this location to everyone! Stop on in! read more

Stopped here on a recent road trip. Easy on and off I-55. Like McDonald's everywhere, there is a level of comfort knowing that the food will be pretty consistent. It was nice to have Hotcakes and Sausage and coffee after driving most of the night. My husband wasn't as happy with his bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. He thought it was just a little undercooked - the biscuit wasn't browned enough for his tastes. This particular McDonald's seems to function as the community cafe, it was well lit and there were several tables of 'regulars' who were drinking their morning coffee and shooting the breeze. I highly recommend the fuel stop right next door too. Great lot to catch a nap. read more

What is there to say about Mickey D's except it's Mickey D's. The food is average the drinks are average the prices are cheap that's why people flock here. Enough said. I think the best sandwich on the menu is the Egg McMuffin and a coffee. read more

I had come in the drive thru on my way out leaving my cousins and I am beyond amazed at how fast and well this location did. Best McDonald's I have EVER been to!!! My burgers and fries were both fresh and it was a fast visit. Only waiting was the cars in front of me cashing out and grabbing their orders and going. Beyond amazed! GREAT job! read more
