Food is average as is any Fazoli's. However, the service and cleanliness are terrible. Went inside to order for to-go as I was delivering food to friends and drive thru was closed. No one was at the counter. Waited about 5 minutes. Yelled "hello?" hoping someone in the kitchen would hear me. I finally ordered on the kiosk. Someone finally came out from the kitchen. Restaurant lobby smelled like sewage and natural gas. Drink station was filthy. I understand this happens from time to time but I was the first customer in the restaurant after opening. read more

The girl taking our order was unfriendly but courteous, the salad was awful, half brown and all wilted and obviously old, salad dressings were all sweet and disgusting, the marinara sauce on the spaghetti was bitter and tasteless. Not good!! Would not return or recommend! read more

First off, the place is disgusting. There was literally one other couple in the entire store so they weren't busy. all the tables were dirty we literally had to wipe our own. The waitress who brought our food was absolutely rude; we asked for more parmesan and we was told to get our own Parmesan cheese-- that there was some at the bar... though none of the containers had any in it. I know it's cheap Italian fast food, and they still couldn't meet my lowest and most basic expectations. I had to order for myself because there was no person behind the counter or dining room. I helped myself to cups and quickly learned that Tea was "out of order". The food delivery time was fine - not "fast" but not slow either. The lasagna was hot and actually tasted good... until I found a 1"x2" label cooked into my lasagna. At first I thought it was a bandaid and I was VERY Concerned. I found a staff person who assured me it was "just a label". What?!? JUST GROSS. She offered to make me another helping. I was so worried about trying this location from the mixed reviews. Been years since I've eaten at one but glad I did. Took my two 5 year old grandchildren after we stopped for school supplies. One wanted pizza and the other loves garlic bread. Glad we tried it out. The front counter wasn't manned when we arrived because the lady was busy running food out to the dining room. I found a course black hair in my Grand Sampler 2 bites into eating it. I called the store and asked for a manager and explained what I found. She said if I came back up to the store they would refund me. I did so but when she started the refund she mentioned that it was interesting that I found a black hair because no employees there had black hair. The hair was small and coarse enough that it could've even been an arm hair. No apology or remorse, and this is coming from someone in a management position. I wholeheartedly believe that she believes I was lying just to get my money back, which doesn't make sense because I had to buy lunch elsewhere. I do not recommend eating here. read more

We've had Fazoli's from the drive through twice in the past couple of weeks. Ordering baked spaghetti adds time to the wait, but it's worth the wait. The Caesar side salads are a good accompaniment to the pasta and bread sticks. The last time I asked if the penne in the Penne Creamy Basil Chicken was whole grain, and was offered to substitute the whole grain fusilli instead. read more

Fast casual Italian food (Sometimes it's not so fast). The classics chicken parmigiana, lasagna are good. The Alfredo though, lacks flavor, every single time. It's the bad apple in their samplers. Recently tried the new sliders that they've introduced - the smashed meatball and the chicken Parmesan. Both were flavorful because of the pesto. In life something's go without saying. The sky is blue, grass is green. Also if you a order a chicken Caesar Salad. There a a few things it should have... 1)chicken 2) greens 3) some type of parmesan 4) Caesar dressing. Guess what wasn't there you got it Caesar dressing. I waited in line for 25 min. The Company Fazolis has really stepped their game up on how the company is run. I think the quality of food has improved as well. They also stopped using disposable plates so they cut their waste back dramatically. I don't carb out very often anymore but when I am hungry for baked spaghetti, lasagna or pizza, Fazolis is the place to go. Make sure you get a rewards punch card when you stop in. read more

When my husband stepped up to place his order, she made a rude comment about not hearing my order and something about not being deaf. We left without ordering. I wont be treated rude! OK, So a few of my Co-Workers decided to Order Fazoli's ONLINE. I order the BAKED Spaghetti WITH Meatballs and Extra Breadsticks. $7.99 for the Baked Spaghetti WITH Meatballs. I ordered at 11:20 am for a NOON Pickup. 12:10 p.m. I am finally getting my food. I get back to my office with my and my co-workers food and anxiously open my Baked Spaghetti. NO MEATBALLS. Spaghetti barely baked...it was just like regular Spaghetti. So I call the Frankfort Fazoli's Sotre Number listed on the Fazoli's Website 502-875-5590 (Option 3). NO ANSWER until it self-disconnects. It just Rings and Rings and Rings and Rings. I did this 4 Cycles. NO ANSWER. So this leaves me reviewing on YELP about How Horrible this service was. I tried contacting the Manager but they wont answer their phone. I tried for 30 + minutes. No Answer to get this resolved. I paid for $7.99 Spaghetti with Meatballs (Baked) but got the $4.99 version....And they wont answer their phone to get it resolved. Bread Sticks was SOGGY also. HOW LAME. If you have a choice, DO NOT EAT AT FAZOLI's IN FRANKFORT. Save your Money and Go Elsewhere, Like Johnny Carinos or any other place than Fazoli's. read more

Pizza was over cooked and reminded me of gas station heat-lamp pizza. It was just shy of voicing a complaint.

I've tried the new Fazoli's concept twice in the last 2 weeks. First dine-in and second at the drive-thru. I've always been dissatisfied with the length of time waiting at the drive-thru (and they no longer give you free breadsticks while you wait). The flatbread pizza was so bad. Even the waitress agreed when I said it didn't look appetizing. There were few ingredients. Imagine taking a piece of flatbread, a heaping tablespoon of cheese, five 1/2 inch pieces of chicken and a few peppers and that's what Fazolis serves you. My drive-thru experience after a 15 minute wait was a less than appetizing chicken basil sandwich with dried-up tough pieces of breaded chicken and Italian Wedding Soup that I was saving for dinner. The soup was nothing more than bowtie pasta with a little broth, some unknown greens and 2 large bland meatballs. I ate it after doctoring up with fresh parmesan and pesto and it was edible. I won't return to Fazolis and would recommend any number of the other fast food and sit-down restaurants in the vicinity. Finally, it is bound to be a fire code violation that the door that exits into the drive-thru area is kept locked from the outside. Perhaps it will open from the interior but I watched 2 elderly ladies have to walk all the way around the building to enter the restaurant. They could at least put an "exit only" sign on the door. read more
