Fazolis is an Italian based fast food establishment that Has quite a few locations in our local area. This particular location is right off the Shepherdsville expressway in the small city of Shepherdsville, Kentucky. I'm a big fan of fazolis. I'm a big Italian food fan so a fast food one that still has good flavor is great. They have really good lasagna and my favorite is actually there pizza. But to me the thing that makes fazolis alluring to me is the amazing garlic bread sticks they have. Like all fazoli locations if you go in your get unlimited free breadsticks. So I try to dine in When eating fazolis. Thai particular location has a spacious inside and is pretty well upkept. The workers have always been friendly and gotten our order correctly. So no major complaints from me. Overall solid location for A franchise I enjoy. Fazolis makes for a nice quick bite to eat for lunch or dinner. Ordered online pick up, lady working the register had an attitude as soon as I approached for my order. Telling me the order will be ready by the time it said on my email which was 25 mins out. I explained I doubt it will take that long especially since I could've went through drive thru and got it quicker than 25 mins. When I got my order my salad was definitely not a salad. Completely rotten lettuce and hardly anything in it. I typically have great experience from other fazoli's but definitely not this one. read more

My sister and I will pickup Fazolis for dinner sometimes. The food is always fresh and hot. By the time we get home we expect it to be cool but it's not and it always tastes great. The women that work there are always very nice. I recommend it highly. Such a nice change from burgers and pizza. read more

Fazoli's in Shepherdsville has never let me down. I try to dine in when I do eat here because let's face it, everyone loves their garlic breadsticks and when you dine in you get practically as many as you want! They have your classic go to favorites such as spaghetti, lasagna, pizza or alfredo. They also keep changing up their menu every month so you can try something different. Several times I walk in and see new menu its. The food always taste fresh and the employees are pretty friendly. When I do want to try something new and can't decide on what I want, I get the classic sampler. It comes with lasagna, spaghetti, penne pasta and alfredo. Don't forget about those breadsticks. Fazoli's also doesn't disappoint with their desserts. About once a moth they have a specialty cheesecake and not once have I been disappointed! So I picked up a team lunch from here this week. They had it ready on time. We ordered a family meal and some baked spaghetti. The family meal did come with a salad which was a great value! However, the only downfall, they forgot the breadsticks! AHHH! How do you forget the best part? I have such fond memories of Fazoli's from college, when we would dine in and gorge ourselves on their never-ending breadsticks to eke out every drop of value from our very limited dollar. Let's be real, Fazoli's is fast food, but it's delicious (albeit not gluten free in any way, shape, or form). We stopped at this location on a long and tiresome trip home after the holidays. Deciding we needed a break from the car, we sat in the empty dining room close to closing. While the staff could have been surly because we threw a wrench in their closing procedure, they were instead friendly and attentive. And they made frequent trips to our table to ply us with their buttery addicto-breadsticks. For a fast food joint, that's some exceptional service. read more

So my wife suggested that we go eat Fazoli's today I really did not want to cuz I'm not a huge fan of Fazoli's. And I knew that we should not have gone there after I got there and ordered my food. However trying to be a good husband I said fine and I did not complain. I really don't like eating Italian food out too much because Italian food is one of the cheapest foods that you can actually make in your own home and I can buy a box of spaghetti for a dollar and a can of sauce for a dollar and we're on feed my whole family for $2 really. However we get to the Fazoli's anyway and I got the fettuccine alfredo came with unlimited breadsticks I two of them wish I didn't because I just feel extremely fat right now. I'd say we spent total I got the fettuccine that was $7 my wife got some kind of tour of Italy thing that was like $8 and my daughter got a slice of pizza and drink and I believe everything was around $24. So way too expensive for Italian. Greasy not good atmosphere not good not the cleanest it was okay I don't want to like make it sound like it was horrible. But the food is just not good and I never want to eat there again. I'm giving it to Stars just because it's not horrible just not good. read more

The food is okay. I wasn't expecting gourmet for the price. Tastes like it came from a can. The breaded chicken was soggy. The service was lackluster with the sense that everyone there hated their jobs. When we asked basic product questions we got a noncommittal "I don't know" and a resounding shrug. Here we go.... Our story begins when we made the decision to have some Italian for dinner. First off, it took 5 mins for someone to acknowledge us and take our order at the counter. A little confused why it took so long, considering they literally watched us come in. The employees were just chillin in the back, having a little powwow. So starting off, not so hot. We hoped our food would turn things around. Wrong. The fettuccine alfredo was watery and overall, not good. Then we get to the breadsticks, everyone's favorite part. If you enjoy butter-soggy breadsticks, then you'll be in heaven here. The place also needs some reeeeal attention in the area of cleaning.. The bathroom was awful. There were cobwebs next to our table and a nice spread of spaghetti sauce on the wall. If you're trying to avoid a heart attack and feeling clean while eating some noodles, I'd recommend going elsewhere. read more

Health department rating: 97%. Other reviews rated this 1-star, but come on, it's fast food. Admittedly not that great, but still fair for fast food. Men's room did have stale urine smell. Sure it's fast food. It's hot, fresh and tastes fine. Super clean. It's a great option when you are looking for a quick hot meal. There are lighter options also. I would totally recommend stopping. Also, the staff is friendly! Oh and a 97 health inspection rating. So a+ in my book. read more

When we entered the parking lot we notice there were no customers, nevertheless we stopped for dinner. We ordered the grilled chicken carbronara with alfredo sauce. The chicken was three strips cut up on top of the spaghetti. The sauce was very thin and as runny as milk. The meal was $8.99, which in my opinion is way too high for the quality and service. This is a "you order" at the counter fast food type operation. And the meal is delivered to your table. It was almost like eating from a "canned food" item.There is no wait service. The bread sticks were very good. Only four additional customers entered at dinner time while we were there. The floor had a drink spilled all over it and we finally located a clean table. This place needs a little help and the prices are way too much for a fast food operation.
