Found the exit and hit the drive through - it was maybe 3pm and frankly the service was excruciatingly slow. Finally got my order and parked down the street only to find no napkins in the bag. The burgers were fine - it is what it is - you have to love these things to eat them. Not the greatest experience overall and left me feeling meh because I had really wanted some White Castles. Will have to try another location next time I'm in Indiana.

That was disappointing, especially since there wasn't any indication before walking in. What made the experience worse was the staff's attitude. Instead of being welcoming or apologetic, they came across as rude and dismissive. I understand places can sell out or have unexpected issues, but a little courtesy goes a long way. Hopefully this was just an off day, but based on this experience, I wouldn't make a special trip back.

It was quiet and we had 2 long tables which really gave us plenty of room. Some of the most popular meals today were Lasagna, Spaghetti and Meat Sauce, Alfredo Fettuccine and I had something that was new, the Lighter Side, where the portions are smaller, but still plenty of food. I chose the Lighter Side Ravioli with Meat Sauce that was really good. They also have a kid's meal. The 8 year old that was sitting at our table had spaghetti and a child size portion of a pizza, but he had a hefty meal. He was also able to eat a salad. We had 2 servers Shawnna and Marcus. They worked very well together. We sat at Shawnna's table and while we waited for the last of our group to gather, she went ahead and found out if we wanted Salads or Soups. We all chose Salads so she went and brought back Salads and grated cheese on the salad until someone called out, that's enough. By then, the rest of our group was there and Shawnna finished the rest of the groups' orders. Then when we were finished with the salads, the servers cleared away the salad plates and bowls. What was so good, was that the servers brought all of the food at the same time. It worked out so smoothly. Marcus did as equally great as Shawnna did. Then the food and cheese came and the food just looked so good. Time came to clear away the food and get our checks. No problem with knowing who got what check. These servers were excellent!!
