We had a piece of lemoncello cake that was flavorful, creamy and light. We both thought it was great. We had about $20 left on our gift card and were disappointed we couldn't use the balance as the tip. So we ordered two more desserts to bring home to use the balance of the gift card. We brought homemade a piece of Italian cream cake that was as good or better than the lemoncello cake and it was a huge piece of cake. We also have a piece of caramel sea salt cheesecake which was pretty good. It was loud in the small space and a bit difficult to have a conversation across the table. The background music did not help with this issue. The staff were friendly and helpful boxing up our leftovers. So we went to Bravos for dinner and it was lovely! My Chicken Parmesan was prepared exactly as I wanted it, with Alfredo sauce on the pasta. Phil chose the Pasta Woozy. Savannah was our server and she was outstanding. We had met her before and she even remembered the table we had set at. The food was even better than it had ever been. About 4 times that night their Gen. Mgr. Dino and the Chef/Manager Stephen stopped by our booth to check on us and to thank us for coming. They then brought us our desserts. Philip had a Butterscotch Bread Pudding topped with vanilla gelato. Chef Michael searched back through some of Bravo's seasonal desserts and made a mixed Berry Cake for the holidays. I looked at their menu online and I saw that at the Hurstbourne location they had happy hours from 4-6 PM and there were 2 of the most wonderful looking appetizers. So we made reservations for 5:30 and when we got there we were seated immediately even though there was a lobby full of people. The lobby/bar area was a bit loud due to the March Madness playoffs were on but as we were nearing the dining section, it got quiet and we were quite relaxed. Our server was Breanna V. She was at our table before I had my jacket was off. She was so sweet and so helpful. She helped us decide on our sides. We chose the Lasagna Dip with Pita Chips and Spinach Dip with a Tomato Cream base. These items are not always on the Happy Hour list, so don't blame me if it's not available! LOL! At the time we were eating at Carrabba's these appetizers were $5-$7. We decided to share an entree since we had 2 appetizers and our meal came with a salad which Breanna brought out on 2 salad plates. We had the Pollo Rosa Maria and it was so delicious!
