After looking over my vehicll, they wanted me to replace the condenser and almost the whole a/c system. I was generous because they pointed out some not-cheap, borderline issues which I agreed to. As long as the topped up my a/c After agreeing to extra work, they didn't even bother putting a can of fryon in! Also, they pointed out a leak which was never there before. Sent it to me in a video when I wasn't present of course. Not only did they ignore one of my primary request, my a/c completely quit after collecting my vehicle. These people, and Dan the manager primarily, only care about pumpingg up your invoice as much as they can. I thought I'd found someone reputable. I told them I was a 100% VA disabled and survive on Vets benefits. Dan didn't care. So, thank you Daniel for I can no longer take my dog to her favorite location until I can find someone who'll simply put a can of fryon in until I getn back to NE in a month. Oh, and don't give me the "well, it has to be evacced first" because I am not dumb, and have actually harmlessly put a can of Fryon in my vehicle. Then again, I suppose I must understand that at the core is you trying to squeeze the most life out of my wallet as you can!!!! Furthermore, I am mechanically-oriented being a retired Aircraft Mechanic from the USAF! My point being, I would gamble my left pinkie that there are UMPTEEN PEOPLE YOU HAVE SWINDLED in the Naples area. I will not stop here.
