This new space is not as easy for me to visit as the old offices in lower Manhattan. I'm recommending you get your information via their website. ALWAYS get it in writing. They turn off the hot water in the entire building. They insist you call them and not 311 or fire department for gas leaks. Building infested with carpenter bees, roaches and mice. They Never clean the hallways except the day before they are showing the apartments. Do not sign a contract with them. There have been fires and floods in this building many times 6 in 10 years and never once was anything cleaned. Use another management company if you want to live in a safe clean apartment.

With their help we completed the project under budget and restored gas service to the building. Based on our positive experience, we have also engaged the Owner's Rep team to assist with a large parking garage project that the building must complete to stay in compliance with Local Law 126. For coop boards who are already run by volunteers, the Owner's Rep team is a must to bridge the gap between coop board oversight and day to day project management of large capital projects.
