I was not satisfied at all with the work I got done. 1, I asked only for a clean up and she thinned out my eyebrow, when I looked at myself I was shocked. 2, i told my boyfriend to see my eyebrows and I just wanted him to pay & walk out.... he made the lady sit me back down because she still left long eyebrows. 3. She kept tugging my skin, pictures don't show great but you can see the little scratches she left 4. Last but not least as you can tell in the pictures she messed up my right eyebrow. This is my 2nd time going to this place for threading and both times have butchered my brows. First time I didn't complain because it is what it js, but this time I went In (saw Neimeen) and in the first photo you can see one is completely opposite of the other; so I decided to go back after my husband was home to watch my kids and the 2nd lady said she'd fix them (Nora). I asked the 2 women who did my eyebrows and my sisters to wipe off our faces before I had no intention of doing my eyebrows so I had make up on. We were out walking around and she sweat. both women insisted it would be fine. I NEVER break out like this especially right above my eyebrows and afterwards she wiped my make up off with a dry cotton ball and I knew it would take a turn for the worst. So the following night I noticed the bumps. I could be wrong but they may have tried to reuse threads which is disgusting. Never again. read more

Terrible customer service ! The lady left my brows scarred and bleeding. Not only did I leave with dried up blood underneath my eyebrows , I also left missing half my eyebrow. She had completely removed the tail of my left eyebrow and when I told her about the cuts she immediately said "it's not my fault" she blamed me for the whole thing ! Said I wasn't pulling my eyelid tight enough , but this has never been a problem anywhere else I've gone. It was my first time coming here and it will definitely be my last. WORST PART IS !! I PAID HER !! And even tipped her ! After talking all that mess back and fourth , I still paid , I hope this review will be beneficial for anyone and save some eyebrows. read more

I couldn't get the name of the lady who did my eyebrows, but I wentt there on a Sunday, she did a horrible job. Now I have two different eyebrows. And she hurt me a lot. I stopped going there along time ago however last December I had no other choice and went there, I should say, at that time there was this nice Indian (I think) lady and she did a great job. Don't get your eyebrows done here unless you want to walk out with cuts on your face! They even blamed me for not "stretching" it correctly. Terrible business practice. I've been getting my brows threaded for 10 years (at other establishments) and I've never ONCE gotten cut. I had to call the manager just to get a decent discount. I had a great experience here. I did not check the yelp review. I just walked in since I was shopping at the mall. There was a little lady with accents who threaded my eyebrows. It usually hurt me a lot, but whatever she did did not hurt me a bit. There is "happy hour" on Tuesdays, so I'm going to try that next time. read more

Me and my family went to South Bay Galleria and I saw this brow salon and remembered that my eye brows needs some threading so I decided to try their salon, I was thinking twice at first cause I wasn't prepared and haven't red any reviews for them, but good thing Ronny did a really great job on my brows and she's knowledgeable about skin care and how to grow brows cause I wanted it to be fuller. So first just let me say they ladies in here are so sweet and they do an excellent job, every time I come to this place of business I always leave satisfied. They communicate and they always do my eyebrows great until today! Whenever I come in I specifically tell whoever is doing my eyebrows that I still like them thick and full, I just want them to be cleaned up (keep in mind I have very thick eyebrows) so I like to keep that thickness to my brows so I ask for them to not be thin. I tell the lady doing my eyebrows and she says okay and it seems like she's doing a good job, she hands me the mirror and I'm pissed to see that all of my eyebrows are gone and she made them way to thin for my face and tells me she had to ?! SERIOUSLY?? you had to make my eyebrows thin for whatever reason after I specifically told her how I wanted them done, I was shocked because whoever does my eyebrows they always communicate with me about what I like before proceeding to do whatever without asking me and before making my eyebrows look crazy ! I told the lady that I couldn't pay for the services that she provided and I felt bad but I just couldn't! Like I said very sweet ladies that work there but I sadly won't be returning. read more
