I was so shocked and how gentle they are while threading. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for about 15 years and it's always been painful but this salon is so great and not rushing and it doesn't hurt. whenever I come after work, they are always able to fit me in and I appreciate their customer service. I requested if they could create an arch for my left eyebrow because the previous salon I was going to in Carson completely removed my eyebrow tail. It's growing back and looks normal now thanks to Aadhya.

Experience was most unpleasant and painful. The lady used a thread that was a lot finer and sharper causing to leave marks and minimal blood.. The threading was so bad that you can see halve of the hairs stuck, they look like open pores now. In addition, I asked for a clean only for the eyebrow, yet she took more, shortened them and removed too much from the top. She left so many hairs for my li threading that I have to now pluck. Missed so many spots and failed to communicate, did what ever she wanted. The same quick way I was referred here, it is the same quick way that I will not return or recommend. Not cool!

Unfortunately I will have to stop coming because she's not always there and I tried giving the other girls a chance but both times they let me down they overthin the brows and you end up with 90s style brows so unless that's what you're going for avoid this place at all costs (unless it's Tika then you're safe!) !! At my last visit which was 8/23/25 Rita did my brows and the first thing I asked for was "please don't leave them thin, only clean up" ..well she did the exact OPPOSITE of what I asked for when I seen my brows I almost wanted to cry (see pics of before and after attached ) Rita not only left my brows super THIN, she also messed up the shape and they are uneven. When I expressed how unhappy I was with the service she said "okay only pay me $5" I told her I didn't feel like I should pay at all and then she THREATENED to call the cops. I ended up paying her the full amount $10 because that wasn't the point , I just want to make it very clear I was not trying to get a discount or anything I was truly UNSATISFIED with her work. She didn't even apologize throughout our interaction all she offered was for me to go back next week so she can fix it.. WITH WHAT BROWS am I supposed to come back !!!?!!?!?! They're literally all gone. The reason it makes me so upset is because my brows typically take MONTHS to grow out and I have a wedding to go to next week. I am going to speak to the manger Tika when she comes back to let her know what's going on and to make sure the girls she's hiring to work there actually know how to thread eyebrows because this was really unacceptable she cannot afford to keep losing customers

I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!

Unexpected Charges and Lack of Transparency…read more I booked my appointment in person on Tuesday 7/15 because I wasn't sure what to select online for Gel-X removal. I trusted the front desk staff to guide me, and was quoted $80 for Gel-X, builder gel removal, and French tip. At my appointment on Friday 7/18, I was unexpectedly charged $110! I was told the card on file couldn't be used for the service--only for late fees or no-shows--which made no sense. If the salon can charge the card for penalties, why not for the actual service being provided? This was especially frustrating because the appointment was a gift for a huge accomplishment of mine, from my mother, so of course I didn't have the physical card with me. On top of that I was also charged extra for nail length without warning, and billed twice for polish: $20 for gel color and $15 for French tip, even though I only received 1 design; french tip. When I asked for clarification, staff just pointed to the online pricing--but I booked in person to avoid that confusion. The experience felt misleading. I intentionally came in person to avoid confusion and relied on the staff to guide me accurately. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. If you're considering booking here, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for more transparent and customer-friendly service.
