We want to specifically shout out Cole, who was exceptionally thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful in the planning phase. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and offered expert suggestions to ensure we got the best result. The final shower looks amazing--we absolutely love it! The team was reliable and punctual throughout the process. While there were a few minor bumps, the way they handled them was impressive. Specifically, the wrong size handles were initially ordered and there was a small chip on the storage pod/shelving, but they proactively installed a different colored set so that our shower was immediately operational. They returned to fix both small issues within a weeks time! Upgrade Remodeling was fully accountable and made everything right quickly and without any hassle. We are incredibly happy with the end product and highly recommend them.

Way to expensive and they now will no longer warranty the job as they sold us on. The floor is falling through, the shelves are falling off the walls. The shower floor is stained with yellow glue, the side panels are scratched up, the toilet came unbolted from the pipe/floor. We will be seeing them in court this coming year once the 90 days is past and we can for the entire $30k cost of the bathroom since every panel must be removed to replace the shower pan, let alone the floor repairs. They do not have American workers, all foreign illegals it seems.

Travis and his co-worker came over and discussed with me different types of materials. They were definitely knowledgeable. But I got the feeling they were not interested in my property, my neighborhood---I don't know. They asked me my budget and I told them--I mentioned that I would buy a door. They said they'd have the estimate by the 26th. The 26th came and went. I contacted them on the 28th and they sent it over the next day on the 29th. Amazingly it was just $40 shy of my budget - no details except that I will buy the door...which is what I said. I just didn't feel like they spent any time at all on planning my deck or even thinking about building one in my neighborhood. They have bigger fish to fry.

This company has a problem with communication - big time…read more I had the owner, Travis, come to my home on a Saturday to provide me with an estimate for a redo of my laundry room. Based on our conversation, he seemed to have a lot of experience and I was really excited. He promised me some drawings and an estimate the following Tuesday 1/16. Tuesday comes and goes, silence. I follow up Friday 1/19 and he promises to have something by the following Monday 1/22. Monday comes and goes, nothing. In a last ditch attempt, I reach out again on Sat 1/27 and he promises to send something over that day. Today is 2/1 and I have yet to receive anything from Travis. If you say you will do something, do it. If you are not able to follow through on your commitments, say so. If you are overwhelmed or overcommitted on other business, tell me and I will find someone else. Travis' lack of professionalism with something as basic as an estimate lets me know that his workmanship is probably not as good as he says it is. If I hired him for a job, he probably would have a hard time sticking to a budget or timelines. Clearly, Travis' word does not mean much.
