    * BE AWARE: No where was it stated there would be a 12% gratuity automatically added to the bill. Since a paper bill isn't presented, just an iPad with the tip scale already on the screen, we weren't able to see that 12% was already added to our total. We ended up way over tipping for a place where we cooked our own food, from a serve yourself buffet, and had very little server interaction. Our first visit here was a little confusing for us. We arrived for dinner mid week, we didn't realize we could make a reservation so we waiting approx. 45 minutes to be seated. We expected a long wait when we chose to have dinner here. There's some seating to wait, inside and outside of the entry way. There's also a fun game room and a beverage station offered. The token exchange wasn't working so we didn't get a chance to try the claw machines. Once we were seated we were given very little instructions on what to do. There aren't any instructions posted at the tables either. It's a little confusing for anyone who doesn't regularly go to a hot pot style restaurant. After choosing the menu tier that we wanted we wandered over to the buffet area to choose some items. We discovered the hot pot soup bases there and started figuring out how to get started. There's a large selection of meats, veggies, seafood, sushi, noodles, and sauces. There's some "hot" items offered too (pot stickers, crab puffs, spring rolls) but none of them were hot, they were barely warm. Most items are labeled except for the sushi. It's hard to tell what type of sushi is on the plates without any labels. We eventually figured out the grill & the hot pots and how to work everything. The food was overall ok. All of the veggies and meats appear fresh. I think we just weren't experienced enough to know how to get good flavor from what we were making in our pots. Even adding additional sauces, and making dipping sauces, didn't provide us with flavors we were hoping for. It's not from a lack of items offered here. I think we just don't know how to achieve getting those flavors into our boiling sauces and into the food we added into the pots. Maybe with a little more research into reviews, and seeing how other people fix up their hot pots, we can try this place again with a more delicious outcome. For us the price of the meal doesn't come out to be worth it to make ourselves bland meats with some noodles. It was definitely fun to give it a try. We may come back sometime but this won't be a regular place for us.

On a Friday evening, we came in with a party of six. It took about 45 minutes before our table was ready. When we were sat, immediately a man comes to tell us to leave a 5* review and follow them on Instagram to get a lobster for $9.88 (they also boiled these for too long so they were rubbery and they didn't have butter for them). So those are the reviews you're seeing! After he left, nobody really came to tell us what to do. So, if you're also looking around all awkward, it's completely buffet and you even go to grab your hot pot broth! The hot pot was just okay. I got the sichuan broth and felt like it was spicy but lacked depth (like if you dipped your ingredients in, no broth coated it). There were so many different ingredients you could grab to throw in, so I loved the variety that was available! One thing to note is that, in tiny font and listed nowhere else, the drink and sauce bar is $3.99. They also ran out of soy sauce around 7:30 pm and never filled it again. The meat for kbbq were not good. I'm not sure what it was but the galbi made us think of those microwaveable dinners. We felt we had to pile on the marinade/sauce in order to taste okay. Sushi was fun to have, however all of the rolls had cream cheese and crab meat or were deep fried... if you know what I mean... The best part was the matcha and vanilla ice cream :) hack: add Thai tea to it! The sketchiest part was the very end, when our waitress cashed us out. She noted a higher price than what I thought. And when I inquired with her where the difference came from, she insisted she got it right and that we could get a receipt from the front. Later we note on our menu, if you peel back the tape that they put over, there's an added 12% service charge for ALL groups and 15% for over 6. All of that would have been great to be communicated because we overtipped -- that's a scammy business practice to not disclose that. The food felt like a "jack of all trades, master of none" kind of thing. The scammy practices made it worse.

Went to have lunch at the newly open AYCE buffet, it was more like supper when we were seated. Waited about an hour or so, it was a weekend, the restaurant needed more staff. We decided to go all out and go for the Diamond tier. Tuna sashimi, wagyu, tiny lobster tails. There's a veggie/meat/seafood/sushi/condiment/ fresh fruit/ dessert area. You could have a great meal if you selected the Silver or Gold tier.

ALERT: The restaurant automatically adds 12% service charge for parties of five or fewer and 15% for parties of six or more. We checked out Feast Utopia today after all the buzzing on instagram this week. One of the staff told us they had their soft opening on 7/5/26. We arrived around 4:00 PM and had no wait, though by the time we left around 6:30 PM there was already a line forming in the waiting area. The two of us chose the Gold Tier ($49.95/person). This is an All You Can Eat: hot pot, BBQ, and sushi with three pricing tiers per person. * Silver: $39.95 * Gold: $49.95 - 2x Limited Per Person on premium items. * Diamond: $65.95 - Unlimited: Include Gold Tiers, and Lobster Tail (limited 1), Tuna uni Sushi Hand Roll (limited 1) Gold and Diamond include everything from the lower tiers, with additional premium items ordered through an iPad. Pros: * One built-in BBQ grill at the center of each table. * Individual hot pots for each guest, so everyone can choose their own soup base or share if preferred. * Large self-serve fresh & unique veggies station with plenty of hot pot ingredients. * Staff constantly cleared empty plates, keeping the table clean throughout our meal. * Plenty of parking, lots of seating, clean restrooms with toilet seat covers, and you can conveniently pay directly from the iPad at your table. Cons: * Tongs to pick up food were everywhere they weren't supposed: in the trays, on top of the food, or completely submerged in trays. Look at my photos & decide for yourself whatever risk level you'd be willing to take eating here as it's all you can eat style & self-serve. You can watch your hands & fingers crossed others to do the same. You Have Been Warned! *Beside the hotpot & BBQ you cook & control temperature at your table, the hot food station is not hot nor warm at all. *Overall poor BBQ meat cuts quality: razor thin slices make it chewy without any flavor when cooked regardless how much & what kind of sauce you dip into. * The iPad ordering system still has room for improvement. We were initially told we could submit a new order every 10 minutes, then later several staff member said we could order whenever we wanted. The inconsistency was confusing. * The countdown timer on the iPad also felt unnecessary. Staff told us they aren't strictly enforcing it at the moment, but it still takes away from the relaxed dining experience. * The Gold Tier includes 2x maximum order per person of selected premium items, and keeping track of what we'd already ordered became more work than fun & enjoyable for me. Personally, I'd rather see these offered à la carte. Our favorites were the Wagyu Finger Meat and the Signature Seared Salmon. Everything else on the premium list was not memorable enough for us to order again. We ended up being so full and felt rushed at the same time so we barely made it to the hot pot options. We chose the Tom Yum broth, which unfortunately was much saltier than we prefer. The drink station is fairly standard: fountain drinks, separate dispensers for salted lemonade, Thai iced tea, orange, and hot tea individual packets (regular green tea Costco Kirkland brand and organic). The dessert bar and seafood (shrimp & mussels) selection were the biggest letdowns for us. One thing to note is the meat. As a seafood lover, I actually wish they offered a seafood-focused tier. Aside from the Wagyu Finger Meat, most of the premium beef was sliced extremely thin, making it chewier than I expected after cooking. Overall: Unless you specifically want the premium Gold or Diamond selections and fasting for days, I honestly think the Silver Tier offers the best value. It already includes more than enough food for most people, especially once they begin strictly enforcing the 100-minute dining limit. I'd come back, but next time I'd happily order the Silver Tier and focus on enjoying the hot pot and standard selections instead of trying to maximize the premium items. I'd rather have they bring out all the limited premium items included in Gold/Diamond tier to my table instead of having me keeping track and ordering them myself. I prefer the least amount spent cooking & serving myself during meals, especially when eating out!

Honestly these reviews aren't giving them a benefit I of the doubt. There sign when you first walk in says help wanted. Saying that they need people when they clearly just opened August 5th. The food was great. Service was great. Other than the check out process. Took another 20mins to check out. All you can eat sushi, Korean BBQ and Hotpot?! What can go wrong with paying 63.95$ a person? But if you want drinks and the side bar it's 3.99$ extra. Which again isn't that bad at all. Think about a buffet, you're paying the same price for that. We had a good time and will be back. I'll give them time to hire more waitresses/waiters. There were a lot of teenage boys cleaning and grabbing plates/bowls out of the way then checking in. One boy if I knew his name I'd give him a shout out, he asked how our food was and we both said great! No complaints about the food. Clean facility, great atmosphere. Don't go during busy time! Which is dinner.

Best combination of hot pot (lâu) and Korean BBQ, and good sushi... we loved how you can literally have 4 different flavors and styles of hot pot authentic flavors along with a large varieties of different seasoning, sauces and all the unlimited things you usually don't have access to at other restaurants at your hands. We enjoyed the varieties of sushi as well as the BBQ meats and selections, the hot pot food items and fresh veggies. Our waiter named "Hunter" was very welcoming, friendly and provided good service and care to assist us and help us choose what choices were offered. We selected the Silver option. The decor and ambience is culturally respectable with neat table side options for grilling BBQ or boiled hot pot. Beat the rush and try during the week for less crowds, this place open 2 weeks ago and it looks like it will be very popular for weekends and families.

The wait was absolutely insane- almost 2 1/2 hours. They will also start strongly encouraging you to leave once they see you slowing down by offering the check repeatedly. That being said, the food was delicious and the variety was incredible! If you go, you have to try the caramel chocolate cake. It's amazing.

We purchased the Silver package, which allowed us access to the entire buffet and I feel that was just perfect.

Each pot is split in 2, so you order one regular broth and then a spicy broth. They also have a veggie broth, which I really enjoy. You can grab things from the salad bar, and they have different sauces/oils you can take and add to your soup. You're able to really customize the experience. It's a fun little experiment you get to do with your friends and family. The space itself is busy with customers walking around and staff brining drinks and food, but it's not crazy. We joke that the steam from the soup is a nice facial treatment. Lol. You can end the night with an ice cream cone and lollipop in the waiting room. I've been a few times, and I will say the first time is overwhelming with trying to figure out what to do, but after that you get more confident and interested in curating a soup that's to your taste.
