(Would mention her name but she doesn't wear a name tag). She is very insistent and doesn't listen when I say I'm not interested in opening a Kohl's credit card account. After I say no thank you, she continues to talk about the savings and coupons I would receive as a card holder. It's getting to the point now that I try to go to another register to avoid her. Granted, she doing her job and well by promoting the credit program, but listening to a customer is also very important!

The person on duty was fairly old possibly in her late 50s to early 60s. She definitely needs to go back to remedial customer service training. And talk about being punctual on time management & proper vocal etiquette. Like seriously what's with the attitude. Door posted at 0930 to be open, I waited patiently outside at 0925, and to enter at 0930, and she started back talking "not until 0930", and I told its 0930, and she back talk to me "open at 0930, stay outside." Now will I return here? Probably not. I ended up leaving the store not wanting to do business again. Totally unacceptable. I request a sincere apology from management & from her directly. The food court is absolutely horrendous especially on a weekend. I still haven't eaten a hot dog or pizza from their food court because it's so bad. The entire store is a decent size and quite clean though. It has pretty much everything you need for groceries. If you can find it a Costco, there's probably another alternative at Sam's Club. The membership was like $25 a year during black friday... so I couldn't resist getting a membership. I am able to go through the self checkout line quite fast also. I just wish they had Apple Pay.

There so many fun things to have here from fresh groceries, freezer items, canned, jarred and even special specialty. The have grab and go items hot and cold. The starbucks male worker in the store with the messy hair and glasses…read more Let me tell you, I placed an order for the mango dragonfruit refresher that I get all the time--he brought out the mango strawberry new drink or whatever and when I addressed that it was the wrong drink he was like "I guess thats a free drink for me"--dude the hell...so weird to say. And then he was telling me and my sisters (3 of us) that I had said the wrong drink and that I must've been talking about a "dragon fruit dream". First off. What the hell even is that. No "hi give me a minute" she literally ignored us and i waited in line for 10-15 minutes watching her clean. 2 other people in line behind me decided to leave because after the male worker took my order, they failed to acknowledge the other customers behind me. I have never seen such bad workers...the drinks weren't even made right. I got two blended drinks and it was too milky and he didn't put the caramel drizzle on top for the caramel frap. I don't know a Starbucks that doesn't do it, i guess this one takes the cake. 10/10 would never go here again. These starbucks workers were ass. Unprofessional, rude, poor customer service, unhygienic.
