Before i went here i yelped reviews and decided to go here after seeing 5 stars and a 20% off for new clients. This place definitely did exceed my expectations. Beautiful salon and friendly staff and was able to book an appointment the same day i called. Prior to this a had a 1 year old balayage style with long layers. Was really nervous about cutting. Stylist Stephanie did my hair. I went with a balayage ombre she was absolutely amaaaaazzziing. So friendly so courteous so great at what she does. You can tell she keeps up with new techniques and loves her job. Was so patient the whole time and always asking me if my length she was cutting was ok the entire process. I had Keri cut my hair. Overall, she was friendly to talk to. When she was finished she said that if I found any stray ends, I can come back and she would fix it. I asked for a shoulder length cut and textured ends but it didn't look great on me and some parts looked pretty uneven from the side. I went back and asked to just have it straight instead and she fixed it So now it's all good...for the most part. Beautiful place! I have been coming to Armida for years! She and Ruby are REALLY GREAT hairstylists AND people! They make you feel like family and are always glad to see you. Sometimes I forget to make an appointment and they will try and squeeze me in if possible. These women are the ONLY stylists my teen will go to! Very accomodating and they really know their stuff! They used to work at Haircutters but left when it changed and now own their own salon! --thank Heavens!! I am SO glad they have their own salon now--so much nicer! Classy ladies--classy place. My favorite salon by far. Been wanting to cut my hair short (pixie cut) for the longest time and was looking for that stylish know everything hairstylist. My hubby and I been driving around Temecula other salons mostly don't accept walk in's and booked full.Then we came across this salon and just made my haircut dream came true.The owner EVELISE just did an amazing job.I showed her the style i wanted to and she just did wonders and a total transformation. I went here based on yelp review. I made an appointment and was called promptly to remind me. When I arrived my wait time was just a few minutes. I had a great cut and color with Keith. My only complaint is the receptionist stated they had a special for 99.00 color and cut and she told Keith I was in for that special however when I left I paid double the amount? Thank goodness Armida and Ruby got their own salon!! I've been coming to Armida for many, many years now. I raved about her so much that several years ago my daughter and partner, Toni also started come to her. We followed her from The Haircutters in Temecula. Armida is professional and very personable. Her new salon is clean, inviting and in a great location. I hope everyone who is missing these two ladies at The Haircutters can find them on Google, Yelp or in the PennySaver. In fact, one of their old clients was walking into the Lil Ceasers next door, looked in the salon and saw Ruby and Armida. He was so delighted to see two familiar faces. I wish I can put a great review unfortunately I didn't have a good experience I left, with same hair I came With , actually no I went with my hair not being touched for 7 months. Then rest is history. Was bad my hair was not in good condition when I left , literally felt like I donated my money , but is okay because I actually got it fixed. With a real hairstylist. And under that hairstylist eyes I went to get my hair done , "was tragic" and he even Sad to say. They recommended me get my money back,But is okay I guess everyone has their bad experiences. And maybe they should have said they couldn't do it instead of messing up my hair. Won't be recommending this salon to anyone. Just because my experience. When I left the salon my hair seems ok but once I got home and I showered next day , my hair went bad ,well you can see the pictures I didn't bother to go back because CLEARLY not worth my time, or to say anything to them because what's done is done. I came in and saw Stephanie for a root touch-up and a small trim. I'm a platinum blonde and it's hard to find a hair stylist that won't make my hair yellow,brassy or fried. I am super satisfied. I came in with terrible split ends and my hair simply looked super unhealthy all due to the split ends. I have thick and long hair so that wasn't helping my hairs appearance. Great cuts and Colours is a hair salon located in Temecula that allows the entire family to have their hair done in a very relaxed friendly beautiful setting. My entire family goes to Great Cuts. My teenage daughter got a facial there the other day with Flower, while Armida did a Brazillian Blowout on my long bob. It looks amazing! Not bragging I get one or two compliments a day on my hair...
